What is the Difference between paraffin and soy wax

Paraffin wax is the best wax for consumption and environmentally for these reasons. Please note that I made this video without any immediate research as a customer asked me to explain. This video is my honest answer as I know it and the way I make my decisions.

Thank you for this video. I don’t understand why the sudden fear of paraffin candles. It’s such a great marking ploy from soy candle makers. Soy candles have such a mild scent throw. Paraffin candles smell much stronger and I enjoy them better for home fragrance. The hair spray we use, the nail polish, the makeup we put on our face, heck even the air we breathe is probably more toxic than a paraffin candle. Also, remember all things in moderation. It’s probably not a good idea to burn a candle without proper ventilation no matter what the material of wax. Common sense is the key.

Also, Paraffin burns hotter creating a wider, greater scent throw. That is why a lot of the time soy wax candles have subtle scents because it doesn’t burn as hot and doesn’t spread the scent as far as paraffin.
