    Great job on the explanation. Very thorough. I've been in pharmacy for over 30 yrs and now an esthetician. I make many of my products and rolling over holistic and medicinal medicines. I just heard about tallow and will be looking forward with this product. Thank you 💕

    Great information. Thank you! Exactly what I was looking for! I studied aromatherapy and have been through many eating styles through my 70 years, vegetarian, Macrobiotic, Paleo and now Carnivore. I was wondering of the bought cosmetics, whether they are toxic and made from plants that I wont eat. I have also watched another video on how the women use to clean their hair without washing it with shampoo and water. They put tallow, then puff it with cornstarch, letting it dry a bit and then comb it. I will make my night cream today! :))

    Can you do a tallow and rosehip oil mix for the face? Would you need additional ingredients?

    • @RoughandTumbleFarmhouse
      @RoughandTumbleFarmhouse  4 місяці тому

      I think that would be a great combo! You could add still the vitamin e drops but wouldn’t need to

    Hi! What do you think about adding a honey to the cream? What whould be the proportions? Tnx in advance!

    • @RoughandTumbleFarmhouse
      @RoughandTumbleFarmhouse  Місяць тому

      I think that sounds like a great idea! I wouldn’t add too much or it will get too sticky. Maybe just a teaspoon.
      You could also whip in a little melted beeswax as an option. There I would probably try a tablespoon or so.

    Hi there just came across your video thank you for all the tips you sharing… I am getting ready to do my own. Would you be kind enough to share your thoughts on using beef dripping instead, where I am based right now seams impossible to find tallow. I was just wondering if beef dripping could have same positive effects as beef tallow. Many thanks in advance!

    • @RoughandTumbleFarmhouse
      @RoughandTumbleFarmhouse  4 місяці тому

      Hi there sorry for a late reply! I think beef drippings MIGHT have similar benefits. The biggest drawback I would see is it would be very "beefy". Tallow is rendered at low temperatures, slowly removing the fat solids from the meat/muscle/gristle, vs if you are collecting drippings that you cooked, I think it might smell a lot like a pot roast.
      Which hey might not be a bad perfume depending on who you are trying to attract.
      😆

    Any thoughts on using tallow for psoriasis or eczema spots?

    • @RoughandTumbleFarmhouse
      @RoughandTumbleFarmhouse  6 місяців тому +1

      I’d use it! I developed eczema during pregnancy. Tried a ton of different things. This cleared it up in a few days.

    Have you ever made it from Deer tallow?

    • @RoughandTumbleFarmhouse
      @RoughandTumbleFarmhouse  6 місяців тому +1

      I haven’t but I have used bison! Same process. Though you might need to render it a time or two extra as it tends to be even more fragrant than beef.

    • @JustinMentionedIt
      @JustinMentionedIt Місяць тому

      Prolly won’t be able to, deer fat isn’t like any other fat, it’s super sticky.. ever seen a kid make a bad batch of slime and it’s super sticky all over their hands hard to get off?

    Great, but that is face butter. Cream contains destilated water and emulsifire. Anyone with recept for face cream with tallow?
