EGGS 4 LARGE
PLAIN FLOUR 1 CUP (120 GRAM)
COCOA POWDER 2 TBS
SUGAR 2/3 CUP (130 GRAM)
OIL 1/3 CUP (60 GRAM)
VANILLA ESSENCE 1/2 TSP
BUTTER MILK 1/2 CUP (100 ML)
SALT A PINCH
BAKING POWDER 1/2 TSP
WHIPPED CREAM 1/2 CUP OR TO TASTE
COCOA POWDER 1 TBS
POWDER SUGAR 2 TBS

Can u use normal milk instead of buttermilk?
Dumb little tip if you forgot the confection sugar for the whipped cream, you can use chocolate syrup instead of the cocoa powder and sugar. Add the chocolate syrup to the heavy cream (same ratio as though your making chocolate milk for the kids) and beat like normal.
Bonus tip, if you don't have a hand mixer (because it's still dirty with eggwhites), I've used a blender bottle in the past. The same kind that you see people mix their protein shakes with at the gym.
