Chocolate Chiffon Cake Recipes
Ingredients
80 g Cakes flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
20 g cocoa powder
50 g Sugar
1/4 tsp salt
60 g. Vegetable Oil
60 g milk
4 egg yolks
4 egg white eggs
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
60 grams sugar
pan for 7-8 inch
Bake 160 c for 40-50 minute

I'm thankful for this comment. I usually prefer to avoid baking soda in my recipes when I can due to the likelihood of putting too much and making the cake have a bitter flavor

50 جرام سكر
4 صفار بيض
1/4ملعقه صغيره ملح
60 جرام حليب
1/2 ملعقه فانيلا
60 جرام زيت نباتي
20 جرام بودره كاكاو
80 جرام دقيق الكيك
1/2 نصف ملعقه بيكنج بودره
1/4 ربع ملعقه صغيره بيكنج صوده
4 بياض بيض
1/2 ملعقه كريم الترتار
60 جرام سكر
يخبز في فرن درجه حراره 160 من 40 إلى 50 دقيقه🌹
شنو هوا كريم الترتار

كريم الترتار يساعد البياض البيض على الثبات والمحافظه على ثبات هيكل الكيك يوجد في السوبر ماركت او محلات لمستلزمات الحلويات والكيك او في موقع امازون
هل تستغرق نفس مدة الطهي بفرن غاز؟؟

I tried your recipe today and it turn out very very good. I am so happy. Your measurements again are very accurate. Same as the pandan cake.
This is the best recipe. I made this yesterday and it came out so amazing. But I used a smaller cake tin. I made a chocalate gateau using this cake. It was soo good

@@ayangoatfarm5395 don't worry my first cake also wasn't perfect. But the second one was soo good. So try again. Please gently fold when you mix the white egg mixture with the cake batter
I hate it when some people just whisk and fold hard when encorporating the meringue and the batter. Coz as a result, the meringue will drop and the cake will not rise. But this one, THAT IS SO EFFIN GENTLE. I love how you fold the meringue into the batter. Well done!

@@dorothyfernandez8692 You might have forgotten the baking powder! Without baking powder it may rise up but after some time it will sink.

Receita Bolo Chiffon
Ingredientes
- 50 g açúcar
- 4 gemas de ovo
- 1/4 de colher de chá de sal
- 60 g de leite
- 1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha
(Misturar todos os ingredientes acima até que fique homogêneo)
- 60 g óleo morno/quente
- 20 g de cacau em pó
(Misture os dois ingredientes e após adicione a anterior e misture as duas)
- 80 g de farinha de bolo (cake flour é uma farinha especial que tem nos EUA para bolos, para ter algo parecido é só colocar 2 colheres de amido de milho e preencher o restante com farinha normal que da no mesmo, tirei isso da internet)
- 1/4 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio
(Peneire ambos e misture ao resto até ficar homogêneo)
- 4 claras de ovo bater elas em neve
- 1/2 colher de chá de bitartarato de potássio/creme tártaro
- 60 g açúcar
( adicione o açúcar de pouco em pouco enquanto bate tudo, até ficar um creme bem “durinho” e depois acrescente ao restante e misture tudo)
Após tudo junto coloque na assadeira e bata gentilmente para n ficar nenhuma bolha ou algo do tipo
Depois só assar no forno a 160 graus celsius por 40 a 50 minutos e tá pronto o seu bolo.

Will it still be okay if i don't have cream of tartar?
Hi! You can use vinegar or lemon juice as a substitute. If im not mistaken the function of cream of tartar is to stabilised the whipped eggwhites. Ive tried this recipe using vinegar and its good though I'd say lemon juice might be a better option in case the vinegar you use might alter the taste of the cake

I just tried this recipe, and the cake did raise up perfect in the oven, but then came back down and ended up less airy and fluffy than I expected. Something went wrong, but I am going to try again soon to identify it. The flavour is awesome!
Maybe this depend on oven 🙄
I suspect it’s the flour. Cake flour is hard to find in Spain, so I used all purpose.

Cream of tarter is not halal however u can substitute it with lemon

Made this today but i used all purpose flour. The result is amazing!!! It's so fluffy, light, airy and moist! Feels like cotton candy in my mouth, the only difference is that it doesn't melt 😂😂

What we can use in the alternate of cream of tartar
As far as I understand, tartar is a backing powder. In Germany we call it Weinsteinbackpulver.
Ok sure ...but i heard that we can use lemon juice or vinegar instead of cream of tartar...
I think the acidity is to make baking soda works so I guess any type of acidity like lemin juice should work.. (i guess)
Use lemon juice. The acid is used to stabilize the egg whites better.
