我不知道其他人是發生什麼事啦,但是我做起來挺成功的。
用了4顆m size的雞蛋。
因為用椰子油,所以蛋黃糊有用最小火加熱。
怕12分表面還不行,就加長到15分。
我只有18公分烤模,沒辦法把蛋糕推得那麼高,但還是很漂亮。
其他部分都是照著波波小姐的方法,很滿意。

Just one problem, my cake seemed to be not as fluffy as yours, do you know what could be the reason? I don’t have 2 sets of temperature so I went with the following ones. When coming out of the oven, the cake was sunken at the bottom.

Lê Phương hi! I think it’s becoz the cake is not totally done and there’s still moisture inside. You might need to add a few minutes of baking or get the temperature 5-10 degrees higher. Hope this will work for you : )

我照着做了,主要是想知道12分钟将蛋糕拿出来割面会怎样。配方还不错,蛋白霜照着打发的速度来打发也是有史以来打发得最好的一次,完美。150°C本来在进烤箱后12分钟一切都很好,但根本不能在12分钟的时候把蛋糕拿出来割面,这一割完蛋了😂😭
果然~烤好的蛋糕严重塌陷了, 中间还湿湿的(已经加长烘烤15分钟了)。烤蛋糕在30分钟前是不能打开烤箱的,我相信了。
一个好好的蛋糕就这样变失败品(还是做蛋糕这么久以来最惨败的一次),很好的教训。。😥😂😭😓😢

中層入加托盤,170度 15分劃線,
下降150度,35分到尾。只焗到小小拱頂。如何再調整,唔該!

shakeenida for me this cake tastes mildly. The strong taste of chocolate is usually with chocolate butter cream or Ganache. This cake itself tastes fluffy and not very sweet. If you use Valrhona as the cocoa powder, it’ll smell very very good. And I’ll say the cutting is necessary as what I stated in the previous comment : )
May i know how tall is your cake pan you use in the video? I have a 6 inch pan but its seem less tall then your.
