if you have the pop up ducument and phone holder flap in the top of the console there will this interfere the the replacement head unit?
Hello pluscenter, i have a problem. I purchased one unit from you 9 inch. I have a problem with the radio. It doesn't receive any station and another problem withe the usb port. I manage to recognise the usb but now it doesn't play the mp3 music
How do you ever remove this unit with this type of bezel? I have an identical bezel on my Android unit and have no idea how to remove it so I can install some new wires. It looks like ther's no way without damaging the dashboard or the bezel itself.
I'm going to reply to my own comment to maybe help others: I managed to remove mine from the dashboard by first removing both ventilation grills adjacent to the navigation and sticking my hands through there with plastic tools and somehow i managed to loosen the top clamps. The bottom ones i removed from the outside with specific plastic tools
@@alindevil that sounds like a ball ache, I got the response from Pluscentre to use a trim removal tool, i still haven't installed mine as I want to know how to remove it 1st, did the ventilation grills come off easy enough ?
@@paulgoodchild9385 Unfortunately not. Seen plenty of videos online how to get them out and still struggled quite a bit because they bend a lot and look like they're gonna break and one did break for me. Anyway I still think this is the only way
I have fitted the stereo i purchased from you and have can bus faults. mileage flashing and air bag fault. In your video it looks like the mileage is flashing at the end how do you rectify this?
I have the same issue on a 2019 Peugeot boxer did u resolve yours ? If so how did u rectify please this issue mine won’t work on the steering wheel controls either cheers

Hey I have a problem. I got a similar radio for our Peugeot Boxer and the steering wheel buttons don’t work. I tried different stuff but didn’t manage to connect them
I'm having the issue any help would be appreciated
you need to adjust the CANBUS configuration and choose the rigth model/type/year, at least that worked for us (Ducato 2017)

Once new radio is installed how do you remove it? As there are no pin holes to unclip the radio it is stuck into metal cage and metal cage is screwed in ??

Did I notice the dreaded flashing odometer when you started it up?
Why does it do that? I can’t figure it out.
From the research i've done@@andreablurton, it needs to have a "Proxy Alignment" - computer is plugged into ECU to tell it that it no longer has the original radio.
How do you take this back out once Installed
@@PetepremiumI’m just sussing mine out and I thought the same thing, I’m thinking not screwing the cradle and double side tape in, once it’s pushed into that cradle you ain’t getting it back out unless I’m missing something
