Mik, this was a great workout. I enjoyed the combination of Pilates and weights. The movements were familiar enough to follow without trouble, and they were different enough to challenge my mind and my muscles. Please include more workouts like this one.

Love these 25 min strength and pilates workouts. I like that I don't need to wear shoes (my floors are slippery). I could do longer with this type of workout so if you have demand for longer ones, I am in!!!!

This was perfect for me! Love the pace and the dumbell/pilates combo. Got my heartrate up, but was slow enough for me to feel the muscle activation for each movement. Most full-body videos go too fast for me-so glad I found you! What other videos of yours would you recommend that are like this?

This was perfect!!! I’m a low-impact girlie, but I like to incorporate weights at least once a week. This workout combined what I love (Pilates) with what I am always hesitant to do (weights). I will be repeating this one for sure!!

They are the right level of intensity (I appreciate all of the alternate suggestions) and the timeframe is perfect for this person who dreads working out. My "dread" mindset is slowly starting to change - yay!! A question - when I log this in my fitness tracker, what do you think is the most appropriate description? Here are some of the choices it gives me: circuit training, dumbbell workout, weight lifting, or calisthenics. Do you think it makes a difference how I log it?
Really like that you give us instruction on the next move with plenty of time for me to decide if I want to use a heavier weight. I like to use heavier than 10lb where possible.
This was really good. I like it just as is with modification for less intense and more intense moves. I wish I had someone here to make sure I am doing the moves right when it comes to Pilates though... will continue to practise.
Keep these coming! Maybe just make suggestions for varied difficulty, I added ankle weights. Also I need more info what to done those around the worlds. Where should the weight be at various parts of the rotation?
Please keep doing these types of workouts-Piates with weights. There are very few 25/20 minute workouts like these on UA-cam that incorporate both pilates and dumbells..GREAT WORKOUT IN SUCH A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME!!
