Maybe more shorts on what to do and what NOT to do to avoid injury etc.
Maybe something for us women who struggle with that stupid menopause belly? I don't struggle with weight loss but that belly is annoying! For me.

83 days ago I had a bilateral mastectomy to remove breast cancer. I have SLOWlY worked my way back to my former strength and flexibility. I can now do this complete video. 🎉 Surgery #2 is in two days, and I will go back to limitations for a while. But I am so happy that you have standing workouts and other tools that I can modify on my road to recovery. Nicole, my life is better for your work! Immeasurable gratitude sent your way.

Definitely feel ENERGIZED! I just wanted to say that I have always had a very complicated relationship with working out- I always felt mentally drained after going to the gym and I was always anxious working out around so many other people and felt like I wasn’t being in the moment, but I forced myself to go anyway and over time I just loathed working out. I was never able to find a consistency because of this and felt very discouraged. I looked a lot on exercise apps and online, but wasn’t able to find anyone I connected with until I found your UA-cam channel! this completely changed everything and I actually felt ENERGIZED and had a boosted mood after doing your workouts. It’s been a few months since I started your workouts and since then, I’ve noticed my attitude towards working out is infinitely better and I have been able to incorporate these workouts into a routine that I actually look forward to and have fun doing! a feeling I never had before. You’re the absolute best Nicole, and thank you so much for what you do!

I haven’t had time to do your workouts so I’ve been doing my own condensed versions from exercises out of your workouts that I could remember but it’s not the same. Today I did this 20 minute workout nd it was amazing. Would love to see more 15-20 minute express workouts. Somehow working out with you is way more intense than if when I make up my own 20 minute workout. I love it. Thank you!

My absolute favorite out of your already amazing collection of classes❤As a busy mum of young kids, and working full time, I really appreciate these short but powerful classes that somehow also manages to squeeze in relaxing stretches! I would love to see even more of similar classes like this. PS after following your classes for nearly 3 years I am in better shape than I was in high school😊 also a lot of persistent pain I had in my lower back and shoulder gone.
