Chromatic Orrery* not Lantern. Devoted Druid can be killed with -1/-1 Counters the turn it comes down even if it can't tap for mana (as a creature). Setessan Champion is not a Wizard, it's a Warrior lol With Sylvan Library you draw all 3 you then decide which ones you actually keep.
On a side note Sylvan Library is a rules nightmare. It cares about what cards were drawn this turn, not just cards drawn from the library. You can stack 2 at the draw step triggers and have Sylvan Library resolve second. When you do and you draw 3 you can actually put back cards drawn from the effect before this draw trigger. The issue is your opponent doesn't know what you have or haven't drawn unless you are being a gentleman. You can specifically separate the cards you've drawn already this turn from the cards you haven't. Even more complicating when you factor a card like brainstorm in the mix... It's also insane for a Dredge engine deck because it gives you 3 replacement draw triggers to go crazy with each turn. It's a neat way you can manipulate Sylvan Library. "Rule 6/8/2016 / Any cards drawn prior to Sylvan Library's ability resolving, including in your upkeep or in response to Sylvan Library's triggered ability, can be chosen to be put back using this effect. Sylvan Library's controller is responsible for keeping these cards distinguishable in hand, such as by keeping them separate from cards that began the turn in hand. | Rule 6/8/2016 If you choose to draw two cards, then replace one or more of those draws with some other effect, the rest of Sylvan Library's ability still happens. If you've actually drawn only one card that turn, you must choose that card and either pay 4 life or put it on top of your library. If you haven't actually drawn any cards that turn, the rest of the ability has no effect." :)
@@That_Mox_Guy yeah it is! I always try to keep those draws seperate so they know I'm not cheating when I put some back...if I put them back lol I find myself paying the 8 too often
I recommend replacing Destiny Spinner with Meren of Clan Nel Toth to add a bit more recursion. If creatures die before Myrkul is out it's a good way to get them back.
at 14:50 when you talk about Devoted Druid you actually can instantly kill it yourself. You can choose to use the ability to untap it even if it isn't tapped. You can infinitely respond to anything other than things like split second. This card is absolutely bonkers in this deck. I really like this deck. I understand why this is a high target deck when you play it.
@@That_Mox_Guy Go for it! I'd love to see a slightly different one to see what other cards could possibly go in here. I have like a 200 card sideboard for this haha the possibilities are endless
@@nelsikegaming Haha I agree. This card can basically go infinite or become so far ahead it 's hard for an opponent to catch up. He can almost go infinite with a ham sandwich. It's all on how fast he comes out.

Thank you! I caught that before uploading. Read the pinned comment. It really is!
@@nelsikegaming My bad! Great deck for sure though. I want to build a deck like this.

Nice decklist, does it do well in your pod?
It does so well no one is currently playing lol thinking about taking my decks apart and playing jank tbh lol
Dimir house guard gets you a 4 cmc card from your deck, not a 3 cmc card.
that is correct! thanks
