Dear Lillie, if I were your age, I would wholeheartedly endorse your dessert concepts (although I’m not a fan of oreos). But at 73, with a recent diagnosis of prediabetes, fatty liver, and an ongoing struggle with hypertension, obesity, damage to heart and kidneys from the hbp, I am on a low-carb diet. The carbs from whole raw dairy and prunes are my treats. I have to say, over the decades, I have consumed a whole life’s worth of sweets, notably the featured chocolate dessert of all my favorite restaurants a la mode. I’ve only been on this carnivore+ diet for two months, and I’m not ready to cheat. Maybe next October, I will make some traditional German lebkuchen (honeycakes). With real sugar and honey. And give most of them to friends/ relatives. But eat 3 myself, one per day. That would please and satisfy me, I think. And they are Christmas cookies, so you can’t have them again for a year!
That sounds like a great plan! I honestly don’t make any of these desserts nowadays as I am satisfied with yogurt + fruit but these were helpful dessert recipes for me to get off of my old high sugar dessert days. Wishing you well on your continued health journey Margo!😊🥰
Brown butter is life! I make big batches of it and pour it into silicone mold so that its in little tablespoonish cubes. I throw them in my coffee, top my steak and ground beef with them. The flavor is amazing.
Love it when you have a whole video on just your recipes. I know you’ve shared a similar brownie recipe and I could never find it again after that. Thank you. ❤
Take 3.5 oz package of pork rinds, add stick of melted butter (use a gallon ziplock bag to shake everything), add 1/2 cup swerve brown sugar or monk sugar brown sugar substitute, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp cloves. Shake really well. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with avocado oil. Pour out into single layer and bake at 200 degrees F. for 20 minutes until crisp. Allow to cool. Put into refrigerator. Can eat as a snack or as a cereal. Also very clean dog snack.
I'm an abstainer. If I open a package of Oreos, it'll all be gone by the end of the day. One small piece is usually more than enough for me. That butter brittle sounds great! My two favorite foods! My sister likes to remind me of the Simpsons when Homer told Bart to "butter your bacon and be quiet!" I usually have bacon with Swiss cheese as a snack.
Thanks Lillie! Trying to break my sugar addiction the struggle is real. I just made Kelly Hogan’s crème brûlée. I cant wait to try it. Its chillin in the refrigerator.
Thanks for sharing this part of your diet, Lillie. Not all of us can handle a strict, monotonous diet the same way! Even if I have grown to love ground beef with butter... Xo
Hmmm, doing carnivore and the butter bacon brittle is right up our alley - going to try it today! Will update! All the recipes look amazing - popsicles and jello will work on carnivore, too! Thanks!
In Mexico, that protein powder is $152 US on amazon. The LMNT variety box is $76. It's too bad because those companies could have a real following down here but they've priced themselves out of the market. Thanks for the great recipes! I'm looking forward to the carnivore bacon brittle!
Dice peeled apples (honeycrisp is my fav), saute with a little butter and a dash of ceylon until softened, drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy! Similar concept with plantains, cut into 1" chunks, sprinkle with ceylon, saute in butter until browned on both sides, drizzle with honey and enjoy!
Health safety note! : much of the dark chocolate available is contaminated with heavy metals like lead & cadmium. Ghirardelli is one of the "safer" ones. Also, chocolate cravings can indicate mineral deficiencies like Magnesium & zinc. 🤓
That's good to know. I usually have a strong craving for rich dark chocolate 85%. I can stop after one small square. Usually less than the serving size. But since I've been taking magnesium supplement the past few weeks, my craving has been gone. Crazy.
I made some sugar free marshmallows yesterday. I used almond extract since I love the flavor. Otherwise, it’s similar to jello in that it’s mostly just water and gelatin otherwise. You do need to beat it for a long time to get that marshmallow consistency! I also made a sugar free caramel sauce, and dipping the marshmallows in a little bit of the sauce is quite yummy and low calorie.
I always make jello. then mix it up in a bowl with a fork kinda like a course blend then pour a little bit of heavy cream over it. It taste just like those little creamy jello cups.
Mix Greek yogurt with sugar-free chocolate pudding (the jell-o powder), monk fruit, cinnamon, caramel essence and granola. I sometimes put some tiny pieces of apple in it and add milk if it's too thick. U could add protein powder also. It's my favourite breakfast/late night snack of the moment.
Thank you Lillie! LOVE your videos, and as everyone has said, it is always a fave when you share your recipes!!! These are super creative and I am inspired to try them. Ordered some products in order to do so while watching lol. Blessings on you always!
Also this is one I make but it’s more indulgent and rich Sous vide creme brûlée (Makes 4 1/2 cup servings) 5 yolks 2C heavy cream 1/2 tsp salt 1tsp vanilla Mix above and strain into 4 small mason jars Twist “finger tip” tight - lid barely closes and easily open with 2 fingers Sous vide 179 1 hour Chill custard (it’s also good warm) Also you can add sweetener if you like but I think it’s delish even without **MAKE SURE CREAM NOT TOO COLD OR WILL BREAK. I also will put into the bath before it reaches 179 to help prevent glass from breaking
My fav dessert is similar to one of yours. With a twist. I have ice cubes trays that each square is about the size of a sugar cube, slightly bigger but still small. I blend my homemade raw yogurt with fruit of choice with a little bit of raw heavy cream. Fill the ice cube trays and keep these but sized goodies in the freezer. They’re awesome when you want to snack on something like popcorn. It also slows down the amount you have because they’re individual pieces. It might look like quite a few but if you were to thaw them it’s usually less that a bowl of yogurt. If you’re a really good moderator and/or trying to cut back. Since the pieces are so small you can count and slowly have one less cube over time and widdle it down :) Second fav dessert: Raw cream Fruit of choice (frozen) I love the organic frozen cherries from Costco. Colostrum powder Blend until super thicccccc, you eat it with a spoon!
Aside from home made dessert ketoway, I get choc zero choc peanut butter cup and all their jams and jelly, coffee syrup! I don't devour them, just 1 or 3 pc,, love your video
I actually hate dark chocolate 😅 I just ain’t it back then to make me feel like I was having dessert but dark chocolate tastes bitter to me and makes me sneeze. I know it’s the healthiest of the chocolates though…I’m a white chocolate girl 😅 I know most people hate white chocolate but I love it

My family love marshmallows! It’s easy to make: -1/3 cup cold water -1 Tbsp powdered gelatin (grass fed) -1 cup maple syrup or honey -pinch of salt Mix water and gelatin and let it bloom, heat up the maple syrup/ honey. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer until thick, put in the fridge and it’s ready to eat 😍
FYI you said 1/2 cup cold water to let the gelatin bloom in the video and 1 cup in the written recipe. I'm trying it now with the 1/2 cup and citrus LMNT. Thanks!
This is what I like to have on occasion. Put cottage cheese in food processor. Add frozen blueberries. You could probably use other frozen fruits. I’ve tried cherries and it wasn’t the same. I just eyeball and experiment with the ratios. It’s delicious, like a sorbet.
Cows don't have breasts, but yes, milk is one of nature's perfect foods 💕 along with eggs, IMO. They contain all the components for nourishing a new life...
@@Ayverie4 Sure cows have breasts. All mammals do, which is why they're called mammary glands, which is where the word "mama" derives. You drink mama's milk from a cow.
Hey Lillie! Quick question about sweetners... I'm getting the feeling that all these alcohol sugars like erythritol are not great for me but better than adding sugar? What are your views on honey 🍯 and coconut sugar? That 👎 bad? ❤ I think I'd rather have honey or coconut sugar to sweeten something instead of erythritol?
erythritol really bothers my gut. I use a bit of stevia when I'm craving something sweet (which I really try to keep to a minimum). If you don't put too much in, it doesn't get bitter. That works for me.
I made your butter caramel fake sauce and put it on my carnivore vanilla iced cream and Wow! Cdiet for 3 weeks and have killed the sugar demon cravings BUT I still want something sweet now and then. U can't watch a diet vid without food being pumped at us! I used Dr Kiltz recipe from YT so NO added sugars❤
Chocolate Cake/Brownies: 6 eggs, 4 scoops Prime chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/3 cup melted lilys chocolate with 1 TBS of butter melted in it and a pinch of salt. Add some stevia if you like them sweeter. Beat all ingredients for 3-4 minutes on high speed. Line a 8x8 square pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Bake at 325 degrees F. For 30-40 minutes until a tooth pick comes out pretty clean
I haven't tried it myself yet, but using a ninja creami and frozen feuits you can make sorbet with zero additives, literally just fruit. There are a bunch of videos already
Lillie my friend, beware of carb creep. I can see it coming a mile away... monk fruit is just a single step away from sugar. Good luck if it works for you. Myself I can't handle sweet taste at all. Cheers!
Ok.. sharing one last recipe .. 🙃 I cannot tolerate caffeine, so I don’t eat any chocolate. But eating these satisfies that craving for me. 90g coconut oil 90g coconut butter 15-20g cocoa butter Line mini muffin tins with liners Melt together - pour into muffin tins then freeze. I eat them frozen They are ok just like this .. but my favorite way is to mix some freeze dried strawberry powder into some softened butter. Put a dollop into the lined muffin tins - then pour some of the melted coconut mixture. Put in freezer. They feel like such a treat - with the outer texture like chocolate and the inside like a cream filling. I like to let them soften for about 1 minute and top them with a little salt before I eat it
Oh lordy, B&J are responsible for my extra 60 pounds and years of depression! I'm pretty sure there's an illegal addictive drug in it. Just DON'T TOUCH IT anymore than you would touch cyanide!
No point in that; it would be sickeningly sweet. Besides, why would you binge on sugar, if you don't crave it? Lille doesn't even eat this stuff anymore except her fruit & yogurt.
For homemade ice cream - if you live somewhere where eating raw eggs is safe, you can use eggs instead of protein powder. Tastes way better (in my opinion). :)
As a carnivore who has to be all or nothing, sadly I can’t be tempted by these visuals, I hate to unsubscribe since I’ve been here for so long, but the temptation with freaking Oreos is not a thing I’m willing to risk. Thank you for all you do, you’ve been a huge help!!!!
Then don't watch the video lol, why are you even on a video about desserts, she did explain that this is for moderators, not abstainers... Do you have a panic attack every time you see a junk food ad? Or do you just not go outside in order to avoid seeing anyone eating a Snickers?
I usually watch all of her videos. Rest assured I didn't watch it. And won't be around for any more, I'm just interested in people who are fully carnivore.@@Ayverie4
I'm training myself to be a moderator after a lifetime of being an overeater of sugar.always needing more after a taste of sugar. Yogurt with protein powder, natural ph and fruit is not almost better than sweets.
Fruit and yogurt is the most satisfying dessert for me nowadays. It wasn’t always, but nowadays it’s perfect. I felt a little silly making this video because I would never make these others nowadays if it were for trying to give people different ideas for healthier alternatives to dessert but hope it was helpful as these desserts were great tools for me to transition off of true sugary desserts 😊
@@LillieKane I think they are super helpful because not everyone wants to be super strict and wants healthier alternatives so thank you for Sharing. :)
I love these recipes, Lilly! But why include stevia? Stevia is a contraceptive, historically used as birth control by indigenous people in South America.
Do your carnivore eating plan how you want , people get over the fact that some of us might want to eat a piece of chocolate or what ever it is and still be carnivore
these look really nice im keen on kefir , and started eating protein puddins in uk which are in type of yoghurt containers but i also do have a sweet tooth and i love chocolate , we have plenty of chocolate variations in uk but i tend to now when i can get i eat dark chocolate by a firm called hotel chocolate its and made , americans tend to like our chocolate saying its better than they can get in us its thicker thats cadbures of the shelf hotel choc is only sold from there own stores or online
Based on the amount used, I'm assuming you're using the sweetener blend that is 99% erythritol, w/a tiny 1% bit of monkfruit. The packaging is deceptive, which is why so many people say "monkfruit" sweetener- it's misleading that companies get away with printing "MONKFRUIT" in huge letters on the bag, then underneath, in tiny letters, they print "with erythritol". It should be the opposite, but I guess they think highlighting the small amount of monkfruit sells better? *The only reason I bring this up whenever there's opportunity is because people (new to this) get very confused when they do buy 100% pure monkfruit (very expensive, tiny bag) & may think they need to use however much the recipe calls for of real pure monkfruit- which is massively sweeter than sugar, erythritol, etc.~ I know I did, & it was an expensive, inedible disaster. Just another reminder to read that label, right?! I learned😣🙃 Thanks so much for sharing your sweets, as I'm sure they will be super helpful to many. I like to make cheesecake bites out of cream cheese, eggs, vanilla or lemon (or both), & a little bit of allulose & salt. So simple, plus lots of base recipes out there. Cheesecake & coconut macaroons were the first sugar free desserts I made, because they're so easy & fairly clean. (Macaroons are basically coconut, egg white, vanilla & sweetener.)
what if you cannot use monkfruit? I mean, if you are skinny anyway is sugar really that bad? I get a severe migraine from xylitol, most fruits and sweeteners made from them. I am struggling with no sugar since none of the replacements are healthy for me. I have been eating meat, cream, butter, decaf, choc chips, organic gf licorice, giggles (the organic skittles) but then I just got incredibly sick again. I have a high metabolism like you Lillie, and feel I need a bit more than just meat but since I am sensitive to so many foods not sure what to have. I am gonna make some browned butter and have it with whipped cream. I wish there were nutritional experts that could help me figure out what is safe for me to eat, I have had a very bad decade plus, got down to 96 lbs a couple of times. But the headaches I get are so severe, I don't dare risk them. No sugar since Thursday night at 9:30 pm, nearly made my three day mark now. So I eat the beef sticks from costco, steak and burger patties. I do want some variety. I came to your channel to find your promo code for canivore snax.
through trail and documentation I have found I get headaches from nearly all fruit, eggs are so dangerous to me I only touch them with gloves on now, spices give me headaches, milk, yogurt, this has been an elimination diet and now I am headache free, but miss eating so many things.
On the jello, did you mean 3 tablespoons of beef gelatin with 1 cup water (video said 1/2 cup water but description says 1 cup water)? Mine was pretty much all water after over 5 minutes and looked nothing like yours after “blooming” and you say to add another 1.5 cups of water on top of that.

Love your videos! Can you please tell me how you get in all of your potassium requirements in a day. LMNT packets are very low in potassium.
Lillie my friend, beware of carb creep. I can see it coming a mile away... monk fruit is just a single step away from sugar. Good luck if it works for you. Myself I can't handle sweet taste at all. Cheers!
Did you quit your carnivore diet?
She made a video titled why I quit the carnivore diet. It may not be the exact title but you’ll see it on her YT channel.
That apple dessert thingy…you gotta heat up those apple slices in a pot. (Insert Kool Aid guy OOOH YEAH)
3:53 WOW!!!
These are great. Thanks
Ok.. sharing one last recipe .. 🙃
I cannot tolerate caffeine, so I don’t eat any chocolate. But eating these satisfies that craving for me.
90g coconut oil
90g coconut butter
15-20g cocoa butter
Line mini muffin tins with liners
Melt together - pour into muffin tins then freeze. I eat them frozen
They are ok just like this .. but my favorite way is to mix some freeze dried strawberry powder into some softened butter. Put a dollop into the lined muffin tins - then pour some of the melted coconut mixture. Put in freezer. They feel like such a treat - with the outer texture like chocolate and the inside like a cream filling.
I like to let them soften for about 1 minute and top them with a little salt before I eat it
Where do you buy cocoa butter?
You should definitely try ben and jerrys, wonderful once in a blue moon
Oh lordy, B&J are responsible for my extra 60 pounds and years of depression! I'm pretty sure there's an illegal addictive drug in it. Just DON'T TOUCH IT anymore than you would touch cyanide!
No point in that; it would be sickeningly sweet. Besides, why would you binge on sugar, if you don't crave it? Lille doesn't even eat this stuff anymore except her fruit & yogurt.
@@Ayverie4 sickeningly delicious I tell ya
I make the jello with lmnt all the time. Another way I like lmnt is I put it in sparkling mineral water. It’s almost like a tangy soda.
For homemade ice cream - if you live somewhere where eating raw eggs is safe, you can use eggs instead of protein powder. Tastes way better (in my opinion). :)
I am going try the butter brital and the ice cream
!!⚠️ real question⚠️!!
Can i use flavor toothpicks (cinnamon, orange, cherry!! Etc...)????????
As a carnivore who has to be all or nothing, sadly I can’t be tempted by these visuals, I hate to unsubscribe since I’ve been here for so long, but the temptation with freaking Oreos is not a thing I’m willing to risk. Thank you for all you do, you’ve been a huge help!!!!
@Westcoastrocksduhthat's a bit dramatic
So good!
Yahooo! Thank you. Have a smiley day!😊
They all look great
I'm training myself to be a moderator after a lifetime of being an overeater of sugar.always needing more after a taste of sugar.
Beef flour? What is that?
How many calories are in these desserts? they look very
Calorie dense
The popsicles and jello are like 5 calories (if that). After that, depends on how much of each you eat 😊
Lillie, where would I find beef powder for the brownies? Thank you! 💕
Haha, I thought she said beef, too. Then I decided she probably said BEET powder! :oD
these look really nice im keen on kefir , and started eating protein puddins in uk which are in type of yoghurt containers but i also do have a sweet tooth and i love chocolate , we have plenty of chocolate variations in uk but i tend to now when i can get i eat dark chocolate by a firm called hotel chocolate its and made , americans tend to like our chocolate saying its better than they can get in us its thicker thats cadbures of the shelf hotel choc is only sold from there own stores or online
Kefir is a great dessert!
Abstainer here. But can moderate if it is not my favorite dessert.
I learned😣🙃
Thanks so much for sharing your sweets, as I'm sure they will be super helpful to many.
You had me at bacon butter brittle 😋
Haha it’s mouthwatering!
@@LillieKane I'll find out this weekend :-)
A good way to satisfy your need for sweet w/out ANY calories is to chew a couple sticks of SUGARLESS GUM. Cleans your teeth, too!
What is ur opinion on “Beg and Barker” human grade, beef liver strips sold at Costco, manufactured by “Stormberg foods”???
Could you add other measures besides Grams please.
❤❤❤ Thanks!
What dish soaps you recommend?
Thank You 🙏
Amazing!
Do you know f a less expensive protein powder than equip? It’s a little too expensive for me
what if you cannot use monkfruit?
Have you tried allulose? I hope you can achieve healing ❤️
Sugar isn’t good for skinny people either.
The oreo recipe is missing the egg from the ingredients everywhere you posted it!
Salted or unsalted butter?
