Take 3.5 oz package of pork rinds, add stick of melted butter (use a gallon ziplock bag to shake everything), add 1/2 cup swerve brown sugar or monk sugar brown sugar substitute, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp cloves. Shake really well. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with avocado oil. Pour out into single layer and bake at 200 degrees F. for 20 minutes until crisp. Allow to cool. Put into refrigerator. Can eat as a snack or as a cereal. Also very clean dog snack.

I made some sugar free marshmallows yesterday. I used almond extract since I love the flavor. Otherwise, it’s similar to jello in that it’s mostly just water and gelatin otherwise. You do need to beat it for a long time to get that marshmallow consistency! I also made a sugar free caramel sauce, and dipping the marshmallows in a little bit of the sauce is quite yummy and low calorie.

Dear Lillie, if I were your age, I would wholeheartedly endorse your dessert concepts (although I’m not a fan of oreos). But at 73, with a recent diagnosis of prediabetes, fatty liver, and an ongoing struggle with hypertension, obesity, damage to heart and kidneys from the hbp, I am on a low-carb diet. The carbs from whole raw dairy and prunes are my treats. I have to say, over the decades, I have consumed a whole life’s worth of sweets, notably the featured chocolate dessert of all my favorite restaurants a la mode. I’ve only been on this carnivore+ diet for two months, and I’m not ready to cheat. Maybe next October, I will make some traditional German lebkuchen (honeycakes). With real sugar and honey. And give most of them to friends/ relatives. But eat 3 myself, one per day. That would please and satisfy me, I think. And they are Christmas cookies, so you can’t have them again for a year!

My fav dessert is similar to one of yours. With a twist. I have ice cubes trays that each square is about the size of a sugar cube, slightly bigger but still small.
I blend my homemade raw yogurt with fruit of choice with a little bit of raw heavy cream. Fill the ice cube trays and keep these but sized goodies in the freezer.
They’re awesome when you want to snack on something like popcorn. It also slows down the amount you have because they’re individual pieces. It might look like quite a few but if you were to thaw them it’s usually less that a bowl of yogurt.
If you’re a really good moderator and/or trying to cut back. Since the pieces are so small you can count and slowly have one less cube over time and widdle it down :)
    Second fav dessert:
    Raw cream
Fruit of choice (frozen) I love the organic frozen cherries from Costco.
    Colostrum powder
Blend until super thicccccc, you eat it with a spoon!

Also this is one I make but it’s more indulgent and rich
    Sous vide creme brûlée
    (Makes 4 1/2 cup servings)
    5 yolks
    2C heavy cream
    1/2 tsp salt
    1tsp vanilla
Mix above and strain into 4 small mason jars
Twist “finger tip” tight - lid barely closes and easily open with 2 fingers
    Sous vide 179 1 hour
Chill custard (it’s also good warm)
Also you can add sweetener if you like but I think it’s delish even without
**MAKE SURE CREAM NOT TOO COLD OR WILL BREAK. I also will put into the bath before it reaches 179 to help prevent glass from breaking

Definitely going to try those brownies and Oreo cookies but I will fill them with my vanilla frozen yogurt I like the data behind allulose what are your thoughts about allulose? I have been working on perfecting my frozen yogurt it's an egg custard based recipe I use equal parts heavy whipping cream, whole milk, and whole milk Greek yogurt, a teaspoon vanilla extract per 3 cups dairy, 4-6 egg yolks, 4 tablespoons Vermont maple syrup, 1/2 cup Monk fruit sweetener with allulose, 1/4 tablespoon salt for vanilla, for chocolate just add 1/2 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder or 6 OZ unsweetened chocolate bars, I combined one cup of the milk 1 cup cream to the saucepan, add the sifted cocoa powder, salt and half the sugar, whisk and heat to about 200f then remove from heat, in a mixing bowl I put the egg yolks and half the sugar and whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved and eggs yolks become pail and creamy smooth, then slowly drizzle in and whisk the hot cream and milk into the eggs with a ladle spoon to temper the eggs then add the mixture back into the pan and return to the heat bring up to a simmer whisking continuously just below 212° or until the mixture thickens and coats the back of your spoon just keep note of the thickness of the mixture when you first add the egg it won't be super thick I use a candy thermometer I also use a silicone spatula to keep the sides and bottom scraped to avoid any scorching then remove from the heat, I like to put it back in my stainless steel mixing bowl to let it cool below 125f so you don't kill the yogurt bacteria then I whisk in the yogurt maple syrup and vanilla extract, to increase the yogurt bacteria cultures keep it @ 110f for 5 to 12 hrs in a proofing oven or in a cooler filled with 130f water and cover it. then let it chill overnight in the refrigerator covered should be the consistency of pudding I just used an empty yogurt container then add to your ice cream machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions. for vanilla I add dark chocolate covered macadamia nuts or almonds, walnuts might even be good, and for the chocolate some chopped walnuts is definitely tasty. I also tried adding LMNT Choclate Carmel pack into my Choclate ice cream to replace the salt in the recipe it actually tastes like a mocha latte, but I would suggest adjusting recipe to 4 cups of Dary for each LMNT pack or just add a 1/4 tablespoon, also I have adjusted my freezer down to in-between the 3 and 5 setting keeps it from becoming rock solid, your refrigerator settings may vary.

what if you cannot use monkfruit? I mean, if you are skinny anyway is sugar really that bad? I get a severe migraine from xylitol, most fruits and sweeteners made from them. I am struggling with no sugar since none of the replacements are healthy for me. I have been eating meat, cream, butter, decaf, choc chips, organic gf licorice, giggles (the organic skittles) but then I just got incredibly sick again. I have a high metabolism like you Lillie, and feel I need a bit more than just meat but since I am sensitive to so many foods not sure what to have. I am gonna make some browned butter and have it with whipped cream. I wish there were nutritional experts that could help me figure out what is safe for me to eat, I have had a very bad decade plus, got down to 96 lbs a couple of times. But the headaches I get are so severe, I don't dare risk them. No sugar since Thursday night at 9:30 pm, nearly made my three day mark now. So I eat the beef sticks from costco, steak and burger patties. I do want some variety. I came to your channel to find your promo code for canivore snax.

    90g coconut oil
    90g coconut butter
    15-20g cocoa butter
Line mini muffin tins with liners
Melt together - pour into muffin tins then freeze. I eat them frozen
They are ok just like this .. but my favorite way is to mix some freeze dried strawberry powder into some softened butter. Put a dollop into the lined muffin tins - then pour some of the melted coconut mixture. Put in freezer. They feel like such a treat - with the outer texture like chocolate and the inside like a cream filling.
I like to let them soften for about 1 minute and top them with a little salt before I eat it

Lillie my friend, beware of carb creep. I can see it coming a mile away... monk fruit is just a single step away from sugar. Good luck if it works for you. Myself I can't handle sweet taste at all. Cheers!

Chocolate Cake/Brownies: 6 eggs, 4 scoops Prime chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/3 cup melted lilys chocolate with 1 TBS of butter melted in it and a pinch of salt. Add some stevia if you like them sweeter. Beat all ingredients for 3-4 minutes on high speed. Line a 8x8 square pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Bake at 325 degrees F. For 30-40 minutes until a tooth pick comes out pretty clean

I have an anaphalactic reaction to anything containing coconut. So im having a hard time finding a coffee creamer that's acceptable to use. Half n half and heavy cream do not sit well in my stomach. Any advice?? I've heard flavored butter??
I also have problems with inflammation. If I dont eat enough protein in a day, the following day, I can not use my right hand or arm because of pain in the joints, it occasionally goes beyond my arm if im not diligent with my eating habits. Such as a few crackers for some nausea the other day. Im going to place an order for LMNT today. I'd like to try your Jello and popsicle recipes. Maybe the bacon and butter too. I've completely wiped out chocolate, candy and snacks but I also like to finish my evenings with desert. Btw im 48. Im not sure how much I've lost in pounds. I stopped weighing myself. Jenny Mitich says the scale is bullsh*t 😂 so last check, I was 40lbs⬇️ my body has definitely changed in composition and I feel so much better. Thanks for listening to my long winded story. Lol😊

I just use a small amount of organic whole milk, I can not find heavy cream in my area without the added stuff in it. Yes it has milk sugars, but the amount is small if you aren't drinking a lot.

Try unflavored pea protein mixed with a little stevia powder and vanilla extract! It would make your coffee sweet, creamy, rich, & APPETITE-SUPPRESSING. Add a drop of peppermint oil if you don't like the faint grassy flavor of pea protein.

On the jello, did you mean 3 tablespoons of beef gelatin with 1 cup water (video said 1/2 cup water but description says 1 cup water)? Mine was pretty much all water after over 5 minutes and looked nothing like yours after “blooming” and you say to add another 1.5 cups of water on top of that.

Interesting.... I'm not really a fan of items such as "baking powder/soda" etc which are still processed, but the cookie recipe is nice.
One thing though... I decided to look into "Monk Fruit" as I was curious about it since people talk about using it.... and it mentions that most Monk Fruit is grown in Chyna, where some in Northern Thailand, and further looking into it seems that for commercial production these are the places it's from.. Idk about you, but I definitely don't eat foods grown in chyna.
You could definitely switch up the monk fruit for another sugar, but is it needed if you use cream/milk? I find it funny you use butter instead of cream.... for the cream lol.
Homemade ice cream should be on the list too, get soome qaulity milk and make cream from it. My milk tastes ilke liquid ice cream, I don't even need vanilla or sugar added(vanilla could be nice).
