SECURITY OVERREACTION TO A CAMERA Airbus Filton

- What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we visit Airbus in Filton in Bristol. Security were OTT about a camera, however they were pretty on the ball with SIA rules/PSIA laws.
Btw, shoutout to @exposeandeducate, despite us beating him to it lol, he got his video up first, this one was recorded on the 17/02/2022.
Gormless goons Jay saved the day with his courteous and professional manner
He was a brilliant guy, shame the Securitas goons didn't share his respectful manner
What makes me laugh is they place a piece of modern art set back in front of main gate and wonder why people film ??
The second interaction just shows the quality or rather lack of training that security get. They seem to hear the words camera in the training course and think it immediately means hostile recon every time the see one.
Seems so, have they got any evidence to support that terrorists go around overtly with cameras, somehow I think not
Nope, no real evidence. One terrorist did join crowds and act as a tourist and took pictures around Madam Tussaud's and other places, but there was no evidence that that was their target.
They all turn up because this is the most exciting thing that has happened for months.
The Airbus security guy was decent and knew his stuff and you played it well 👍🏻
Goodness me.All those umpa lumpas in useless masks. Kudos to jay ; they all need to be brought up to speed with photography law.
I know, what do expect from Securitas though, I’ve worked somewhere where we had a Securitas guard on the door and he just sat there with headphones in, on his phone. And yeah Jay was very professional, more professional than a lot of police officers infact
Love the way he apologised right from the get go then reverted to type.
Just a note. Implied right of access is not what you think. It’s a very narrow right and meaning. In short, you have implied right if you’re conducting business or have a cause to be there. A postman has implied right of access as do you going into a shopping centre. The removal of implied right is a term used by those freeman of the land people.
The orange brigade looked a bit crestfallen 😂😂 at the end
Lol
Bless them ! They have nothing to do all day , but get all excited at the sight of a camera . A camera being used lawfully too !
Their small minds are easily frightened.
More people saying that no one can take pictures in UK anymore.
I know, it's ridiculous
If it should be so secure why is it left open ? Why have a security lodge at front & no one in it. They seem to have enough staff to man it then there would be no need for all that stupidity.?
Hey man, have you audited any of the dyfed powys stations yet? They're usually a decent bunch in fairness.
5:33 That guy with the blue jacket didn't show his pass so the sign that says "No pass, no entry" is typically ignored. The guard didn't prompt him either and no way can that guard know every single person who works there.
That’s a good point actually, they didn’t pay attention to that, however the gate is further in, so that’s where it’s implied that access ends
I love it that they have Illusions of Grandeur this lot it makes for frustrating and hilarious films.
Nice young man in the yellow vest. Another great audit, stay safe.
Thank you and yes he was
Paranoia sets in and all sense and reasoning goes out of the window.
All that security and nobody on the front gate house.
& can you turn your dash cams off as you past the site .
All you have to do is check the lamp posts. If they have a notice mentioning the council then you are on council/ public land.,
True, there’s a few lined along that road
@@TheGwentAuditorTGA If that is the case - and ahead of any ; next time ' - I'll send you a list of some very uber-handy swear words!! ( Being Scottish, swearing is in me blood!! ).
kai kito haha, thanks
They are bored and have to justify their existence bless em!
Why did the go through the turnstile rather than the wide open gates ?!
It takes a lot to educate people on the rights of man and woman in the public and how to respect another man or woman rights
NO PASS NO ENTRY. Can you see that
Hi mate is there a way to contact you as there is something i would like to ask you away from the public domain.
They have what's called 'Orange Coat Syndrome' you must allow for that, talk in words of no more than four syllables!
Like "Jog on"!
Yeah could be an idea lol
Jay was fine new his stuff , polite & respectful that’s all you ask.
I always have the longest lens possible with me when doing public photography , then IF I am excluded I bring that big boy out and I can film from half a mile away .
( but that means I also need to carry a tripod, so access is easier. )
Yeah I’ve got a long lens as well, I often bring it out, and yeah I’ve done a couple of just photography audits
Now many does it take?
Not too bad a bunch to be honest. No nasty abusive behaviour and "In House" Jay was spot on. Then the next gate crew were ok, but I thought you should have told them Jay say it was fine to film from public. I guess Jay was on the phone and told them to vanish.
TGA, what was the purpose of this? You complained about bullying but I didn't see any evidence of that. I thought the security guys were very polite and accommodating and even offered to accommodate your filming if you applied at reception. Although you were very polite yourself you did come across as simply wanting a fight 😂
I obviously didn’t want a fight, I was just there to make a video
That’s the most work the orange jackets have ever done there get on TGA :)
Yeah probably lol
Orange dew drop is a proper Mincer bless him.
So the orange coats got educated YEAH!
Give some Joe soap a high vis jacket and a walkie talkie and the power goes to their head..
would of been funny if you got a drone out your pocket
"No pass No entry"🤣
It's better to stay quiet and let people think you're stupid, than to say something and remove all doubt......
The guy in the Orange hi-viz is very aggressive his stance and hands in pockets and his face.
Talk about over reaction and as usual the security people haven't got a clue and l think they like the little bit of power they have. To be honest if you had a gun and not a camera l would say fair enough. My god the amount of orange coats is blinding and ridiculous. Thank you for the video xxxx
Buddie. No pass. No entry
Simply no pass can't go on site. Buddie.
By the way. Is buddie now a common Welsh name. Everyone was called Buddie.
Go to Glasgow and it’s Jimmy.
@@A2Z1Two3 that's the Scottish way to spell buddie.
@@utube7637 If they don’t like you much it is often ‘ PAL‘
It can mean you are on notice that you are pushing your luck. :-
‘ Listen pal ‘. ( passive aggressive )
If you hear that I doubt you will be friends:)
It must be difficult to move around the country , and be aware of the different verbal cues that might put you in danger.
‘
GUY> So why are you filming today
Reply> Well I started out to film that Artwork Airbus wants us to see. But following that I was told lies by your guards, so now I'm filming everything. I believe those lies amount to ILL WILL & INTENT, such as attempting to control a public space, which would be grounds to have your access to it removed, like his gate might need to be closed for good if you keep lairs working here.
10:30 Yep, the public are stupid and need obvious indications like signs or lines on the road to tell them where they can and cannot go. Its only social convention that stops people wandering up to the gate since they won't have any need to go any further. But depending on social convention for security is crap.
It’s because otherwise it’s an implied right of access, as stated under Section 33 Criminal Justice Act 1972, ‘public place’ includes any highway or other premises to which at the material time the public have access, or are permitted to have access, whether on payment or otherwise
@@TheGwentAuditorTGA Careful with s33, that's to do with the wearing of uniforms for a political purpose. Section 74(1) of the anti-social behaviour act is an alternative. Basically "public place" is a common legal term that occurs in a number of places in legislation. But carry on using with security and police because you are just gaslighting them, just the same as they gaslight you.
Jay was great.
Then gates should be shut anyway.
Unless they are open.
Well done matey
Thank you
Well done jay and you
Thank you, he was pretty brilliant
You talk too much
Jay was very nice and professional and fit xxxxx
Definitely, top bloke
Sounded like bennyhill fast fawerding
Haha
10:00 The boundary is not the lights. Google streetview has been up to the gate and they have a huge legal team to check everything because they have tons of money and could be sued for lots of money if they get it wrong. According to planning applications their property includes the nearest of the traffic lights, but not the others. Aerospace Avenue might be a private road, but that just means it's maintained by them. It doesn't mean the public can't walk on it up to the boundary gate. And photography can be carried out anywhere, public or private. There is nothing special about being on a pavement that means you can only photograph from there. In fact the pavement is privately owned - by the council. The only thing special about pavements is that you can't be trespassed from it. But trespass is a civil tort and is about denying the owner the enjoyment of their land, so putting one foot one foot over on to their property doesn't mean they can do anything about it.
If these places are so high risk / top secret, why are they patrolled by these gormless bell ends ?
They are upset that they were caught with their pants down and had left the gatehouse open and UNMANNED! Naughty naughty!
Edited to add...
It's only coppers that need to inform the public that they are recording.
It could be said that recording by them is implied so it's just up to the individual to ask for that footage that pertains to yourself.
Have you sought-after that footage yet? It would be a good lesson for them!
Yeah that’s true and I wasn’t sure, as you see many auditors asking security to inform them they are recording, I’ll have to check back on the PSIA, I’m pretty sure there’s something in there that says they do
Security need to inform as well. Part of the GDPR rules.
@@TheSadButMadLad Sitting on the fence here (because I don't know) I would think that BECAUSE a sign is available and reads "CCTV...etc" then as long as they remain on site, an acknowledgement is not required. Only if they LEAVE site should they be culpable?
@@Nellyontheland Yep, a sign would mean that security don't need to mention it. But being pedantic, that relates to fixed CCTV, not BWV. So professional security would inform.
@@TheSadButMadLad I hear that.
It's not something we hear about often though so....
Cheers Anyhoo.
Such a ridiculous company. My nephew works here. From what I've heard I don't know why anyone even bothers
