    Some recipes are different depending on the origin of the Islands. For example in parts of the island bakers use lime, and in other parts of the island bakers use lemon, and or orange peel, instead of the lime. Also Anisette liquor is a MUST.

      Thanks for the question! Omitting the anise extract would change the flavor profile, but you can omit it if you want. I just made some recently just using oranges, no anise or vanilla extract and they tasted great. The use of the lime, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and anise extract for the syrup is just what my family was accustomed to when getting capuchinos from a Cuban Bakery. You can really flavor them however you'd like as long as the consistency of the syrup is the same.

      Yes, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Make sure the oven is preheated by the time you are ready to place the capuchinos in the oven because you don't want the capuchino cake mix/batter to sit around too long after it's mixed.

    - CIA

    - IRS

    - NPR
    And move the remaining agencies out of DC.
