This group actually has a really wild and intersting story. A song about a night at a Karaoke bar over drinking and singing your favorite songs, and it's now played at Karaoke bars where people over drink and sink this song because it's a favorite! lol Fun song, and was everywhere. Really glad you liked it! Chumbawamba was a one hit wonder, but if you liked this one, you might like Geronimo by Sheppard. It's another great ditty with interesting vocal transitions and a driving beat.
Yes, this song along with "Macarena" easily produced some of the most hilarious and fun karaoke moments of the 90's EVER! I worked in a record store and we had a karaoke machine set. One night 2 lit old men came in and performed these 2 songs! U turned off the music in-store to take in the most memorable time working there ever! We watched the surveillance video repeatedly! If only we had smartphones!😂😂😂
This was one of those songs in the 90s that was great at first, but then it got so much overexposure on top 40, alternative rock, and even at sporting events that it wasn't long before "hey, this is kinda awesome" turned into "oh god, not this song again". But after not having heard it for around 20 years, it's totally back to "kinda awesome".
Chumbawamba was an amazing band that made a ton of stuff over their long musical carreer. They were almost completely disregarded and even hated by some parts of the musical mainstream media because they actually had something important to say. One of the few bands that mastered the art of writing really catchy music combined with provocative and contentious lyrics. Very subversive! Great to see live and always packed out. Anarchy (album) is a good place to start but their older stuff is well worth checking out too. Greetz from Germany
I think most of us have found ourselves "pissing the night away" a time or 2 in our youth. Radio stations played this song almost to death but hearing it now brings back great memories. It is about drinking and singing Karoke. 😊❤
I love that the songs she 'sings' have the wrong lyrics, like only knowing the line "Oh Danny boy... Danny boy... Danny boy" or "Don't cry for me... next-door neighbor". :D
I'd love to say that Tubthumping was written as an anthem to working class Brit's indomitable spirit, but it was actually inspired by the guitarist (Boff Whiley) and his wife witnessing a drunk next door neighbour repeatedly stumbling and falling up his garden path after a night on the swally. Have you reacted to Dry Your Eyes by The Streets, yet? You really should, I think you'd love it ❤
I love it when bands bring in an unexpected instrument like a trumpet. I just realized that the band Cake had a huge hit called "The Distance" in '96. They're another unique rock band that brings in a trumpet when you least expect it.
This was my youngest’s favorite song as a toddler. I would dance with him and dip him with the “I get knocked down” line! Then he’d shake his little fist and head during the other parts! When the song would end….”Again! Again!” Thanks for the special memory today!!
This song was literally Everywhere back then! You couldn't go anywhere without hearing it. Catchy as all heck and a very fun listen. Brings back so many memories. Thanks for doing this one!
It's about drinking all night and getting wasted "pissing the night away". When they sing "Oh Danny Boy" (an old classic Irish ballad) and then "don't cry for me next door neighbor" it is again a reference to their Irish roots, telling their "neighbor" of Great Britain and Northern Ireland that they don't need their charity and are survivors, despite the tumultuous history of the social unrest on the island.
This is another song which highlights the differences in British and American use of English words - here in the UK being/getting pissed means being/getting drunk (I think it's possibly being annoyed in the states ?), and being pissed off means annoyed. It's a song about drinking to oblivion which is sadly much too common here at weekends or in certain tourist destinations around Europe, and the woman's little bit about Danny Boy is a reference to the much loved Irish song of that name, which seems to be belteed out by drunks everywhere. Getting knocked down is of course a result of the pushing and fighting which comes with excessive alcohol, and being drunk they keep getting up again as an act of defiance, ready to fight and argue again.
Being "pissed' can mean being drunk or being angry depending on the context it's used in here in the USA. And the way they used "pissing the night away" would typically mean you're just wasting time (chillin or w/e- no where to be and no cares kind of night). Hope that helps understand the weird US of A. 😄
@@Charlee1776 Thanks for the information, but I will say that although the group are British I have never in my life heard anyone say that they or anyone else was "pissing the night away"...... I assume it was used amongst their friends in whatever town/city they lived in when they recorded the song. Even within a small island (Compared to the huge land mass of North America) there are many regional variations with slang words.

And Nirvana! The 90s were so diverse and there were so many great bands who came and went...some who stayed, but lots like Chumbawamba who just popped in, gave us an earworm like this and then went on their merry way.
I second Possum Kingdom, not only is it a fantastically creepy and eerie song, it's spawned it's own urban legend. So many people say it's based on a true story, or that it's about a serial killer from the 80's. It's a song that sparked a whole myth that everyone has heard from an older sibling or uncle.
Hello Jay and Amber Chumbawamba was a British punk band. Hence, the use of the lingo. "Pissing" means drinking. This is why the line, "It takes a whiskey drink, it takes a vodka drink, it takes a cider drink, it takes a lager drink..." Basically, it is about a night of drinking with friends and "enjoyin' the night away".
You guys are such a great positive couple. It's a real treat to see a young people such as yourself grooving to the music I grew up on. I'm very happy I found your channel. Keep it up.
I really like this band. Their songs tend to reflect the concerns of the working class in England, with commentary on unions, political corruption, and more. They make great use of harmonies, brass, and both soft and loud instrumentation. Another couple of fun ones to check out are "Amnesia" and "Top Of The World (Ole Ole Ole)".
I have tried other reactionists, but I really like Jay and Amber...these two are pretty authentic...I keep coming back to see what they have listened to lately. Fun to see them listening to Tubthumping.
This was a song you couldn’t escape in the late nineties, it got so much radio airplay and was just everywhere! I don’t think Chumbawumba had any other hit songs in the U.S.

This is like an anthem of the 90’s. When you were in it, this song was everywhere. These guys never had another really big hit but this song alone has endured as a massive classic that still gets airplay and mentions in pop culture to this day. Heck, I still do this in karaoke because I know it’s guaranteed to get the audience singing along on the chorus.
God this song was all over the radio the year it was a hit. The "Oh Danny, Boy..." is an Irish song people sing sometimes while drinking but it was meant for funerals. Can't help but to sing the chorus when I hear it. Brings back memories.
This song and band is the EPITOME of the 90's... and 90's music... just fun and free with a mix of EVERYTHING!! Soooo much fun to be a teen in the 90's!!!!!!
This song is weirdly annoyingly catchy...and listenable. To me the best part of the song is the girl singing back up vocals says "Pissing The Night Away"..that was big hearing that in mid 90s radio at the time😂😂
I remember when it first came out in 1997, I loved it. There was argument over whether or not that were saying “pissing the night away” or “kissing the night away”
Tubthumping is jumping into a slightly larger kiddie pool from the top of a straight staircase. The pool is usually full of shaving cream or thick bubbles. This usually takes place in a sorority-type situation. That's what it's called in England, as the band's from there. This was a HUGE song at college in the USA.
Wow! I have to say I'm surprised that you guys haven't heard this one. I guess I'm getting old. Then again I'm only 46 so I refuse the title, lol. This song was HUGE back in the day!😊

This was their biggest hit, but they were hardly one hit wonders. They had a 30 yr career and 16 albums. They were just more of an album band than into making commercial singles due to their political, anarchist background and the experimental nature of their music which blended loads of different genres. Anarchy is probably my favourite album of theirs and was when they really took off in the early 90s.
Most people only know Chumba for this song, but don't discard them as a "one-hit wonder." They had success on their own terms, a long career, many albums. Their album Anarchy is a masterpiece.

These guys were based 2 miles down the road from me in their early days. I remember seeing the name Chumbawamba in local gig guides before they hit it big with Tubthumping, but that was their only big hit.
I love this song. The group knew they were a one-hit wonder. When they performed it live on Letterman, Leno, whatever, they wore an assortment of white t shirts with hand written message. One said one hit wonder.
The ultimate drunken shouting song! I love it. It's about drinking with your buddies all night ("pissing the night away"). "Danny Boy" is a traditional Irish song that gets sung in pubs when everyone is pissed (that's "drunk" in British) and getting sentimental. I heard another reactor describe it as "all hook", and it really is. You gotta keep it simple if it's gonna be a bar song! Fun fact: The band HATE this song. They wrote and recorded it as a lark and it's become the only thing anyone knows about them! (So sad to have an international hit, innit?)
Up until the day I saw the music video for this song, I thought that "ethereal woman" was singing "kissing the night away". I thought that was so sweet...
That trumpet piece at the end is called "The Prince of Denmark March", more commonly known as "Trumpet Voluntary". The name of the band came from a dream one of the members had about being in a strange country where the men were called Chumbas and the women were called Wambas.
Or possibly from one of the MANY other explanations they made up over the years. It's kind of a running joke, and the fact that they said that one on Never Mind The Buzzcocks doesn't make it the definitive one...
Bloody brilliant. Remember this when I needed to 'get back up again'. Good to hear it and See the video again. It really makes such a difference. I didn't realise just how lovely that lady's voice is. But the high energy is great all the way throug❤😊h.

I think this is one of the songs that everyone thinks of when they think of 90's music. I had this album when I was younger, not a bad record. Cool band.
I honestly had never listened to the whole song before now, and I didn't even realize it. This song has become such a meme that I just figured I had to have heard it. It was only as I listened to it here and heard unfamiliar parts of the song that I realized that I had never really heard it before. Thanks for this one! For my recommendation this time, I want to suggest one of my favorite songs from the 90s that I don't hear a lot of people talk about. "Here's Where the Story Ends" by The Sundays. They never really got that big here (at least, not in the part of Oklahoma where I lived in 1990 when the song came out), but the singer (Harriet Wheeler) has such a beautiful voice that I could listen to them for hours. Enjoy!
Jay,Amber❤ One of the biggest club, party tunes of 90s... just a good time song with the message...don't let anything really drag you down from positivity....Go have some fun. Her vocal of "pissing the night away"...too classic Hadn't heard this in decades Thanks as always guys 😊🇨🇦
According to the band - usually a 'serious, political' anarchist collective band, the song is about the 'resilience of ordinary people' - especially the British. It has the sort of optimistic toughness which was seen later, on 7/705 - when the London Underground was bombed, killing 56 people, and which we appear to be famous for, since at least WWII. Some have said it is the unofficial national anthem - and it still chokes me up when I hear it - I'm 56, xxx
I do remember this - and, of course, the chorus mostly - but a reaction from these two always makes me appreciate a song all the more. As Amber says, the female vocal coming in, in contrast to the 'chant' and I love when they are combined/blended at the end (polyphony?) ...and that trumpet... 🎺👌I didn't even remember that.
I saw them perform this live at a ski resort (Sun Peaks, BC) before waiting an hour in the freezing cold for LL Cool J to come out on stage. And if that sounds weird, it's because it was. Another HUGE hit from the 90's: 'Song 2' by Blur.
Rob and Amber, thank you for listening to this catchy tune from the 90's. It's a UK drinking song. The woman in the video says pissing the night away. Pissing in the UK is the same as drinking. I had to listen a couple of times to catch that.
This song was a number-one hit in Australia..We LOVED it!! Especially every New Year's Eve!! The girl singing "Pissing the night way"...meaning..drinking the night away....what all the youngsters do on New Years eve...
If you want to hear something beautiful that you’ll never forget, listen to… “IZ” - Israel Kamakawiwoʻole singing “Somewhere Over The Rainbow”, the song Judy Garland sang in The Wizard of Oz. And Amber, don’t worry about mispronouncing his name, everyone knew him by “IZ”……❤
I'll never forget sitting in the car with my mom and hearing this on the radio. She was concentrating on driving, i was singing (silly 8 year old me), but instead of the text i sang "...geht die Sau!" which in english means "goes the pig". The look on my mothers face i'll never forget. 🙂 A classic trip down memory lane together with "Parmesan" or as the song really is called "How Bizarre" by OMC...
I typically HATE really repetitive songs. And there's hardly a more repetitive pop song than this one. But somehow it's the sole exception! I LOVE this song. It's just so CATCHY! And puts a smile on my face every time 😁
@@jlilley73 actually Moby started 'getting big' right around the same time as Fatboy Slim... Moby tends to find interesting sounding short samples from other songs and loops them mostly infinitely through his tracks... with the background instrumentals gradually ascending toward a rather "techno"-sounding (but enjoyable) crescendo... e.g. if you see/hear the opening minute of the movie "Gone in 60 Seconds" you'll get a sense of his style...

@@hod2116You're probably thinking of the incident at the Brit Awards. They dumped a bucket of ice water on the UK Deputy Prime Minister in protest of the government's treatment of striking dock workers.
It's another great ditty with interesting vocal transitions and a driving beat.
sadly people never understood the song as they are an anarchist/antifa band and might be about the fight
@@Glaaki13 Antifa bs wasn't around then - straight Anarchists. It's an insult to Anarchists to associate the two.
One hit wonder? 🤣 This is the only song their fans hated, have you listened to their early albums, did you see them live before this song?
Geronimo by Sheppard is definitely catchy!
You will hear this song in your head for the rest of your life
This was one of those songs in the 90s that was great at first, but then it got so much overexposure on top 40, alternative rock, and even at sporting events that it wasn't long before "hey, this is kinda awesome" turned into "oh god, not this song again". But after not having heard it for around 20 years, it's totally back to "kinda awesome".
Amen!
Yep
This.
That one and Smashmouth's "All Star". They were everywhere...
That’s what I just wrote too. It was overplayed until you were so sick of it. But now I like it again.
Anarchy is an amazing album, always on my playlist
I think most of us have found ourselves "pissing the night away" a time or 2 in our youth. Radio stations played this song almost to death but hearing it now brings back great memories. It is about drinking and singing Karoke. 😊❤
I love that the songs she 'sings' have the wrong lyrics, like only knowing the line "Oh Danny boy... Danny boy... Danny boy" or "Don't cry for me... next-door neighbor". :D
I am 48 and just now realized that was what she was singing. Honey I was never that invested to knock the lyrics or see the videos
I still have nights where I am PISSSSING THE NIGHT AWAAAY
I'd love to say that Tubthumping was written as an anthem to working class Brit's indomitable spirit, but it was actually inspired by the guitarist (Boff Whiley) and his wife witnessing a drunk next door neighbour repeatedly stumbling and falling up his garden path after a night on the swally.
Have you reacted to Dry Your Eyes by The Streets, yet? You really should, I think you'd love it
❤
Dry your eyes is a good call - Perhaps “fit but you know it” would be too British.
I love it when bands bring in an unexpected instrument like a trumpet. I just realized that the band Cake had a huge hit called "The Distance" in '96. They're another unique rock band that brings in a trumpet when you least expect it.
also Short Skirt Long Jacket from Cake had some brass
@scotty110 beat me to it. 🍻
They need to react to some Cake so badly.
Very surprised they haven't done Cake yet!
Please do Cake. Rock and Roll Lifestyle is hilarious. Their delivery is...unique
RSR family, I salute you. I've heard this song played so many times, but never knew the band nor the song title. 90's anthem for sure! 💯❤️👍
They are from the north of England. I liked their follow-up song too - Amnesia (reached No.10 in the UK)
@@Charlee1776
Thanks for the information, but I will say that although the group are British I have never in my life heard anyone say that they or anyone else was "pissing the night away"...... I assume it was used amongst their friends in whatever town/city they lived in when they recorded the song.
Even within a small island (Compared to the huge land mass of North America) there are many regional variations with slang words.
@@Charlee1776They literally mentioned numerous & various drinks they've had during the night. I think it's quite clear (in this song, at least) "pissing the night away" is about getting drunk AF! 😂😂🥴😵🥴
@LibraKing3121 I'm, of course, fully aware. I was simply giving examples of American usage for the sake of sharing with OP. I love learning the smaller nuances of speech in different cultures so always want to engage in discussions that lend to understanding one another better. ☺️
@@Charlee1776 Very interesting - I used to teach English as a foreign language and it fascinated me to learn about the small differences in words in countries like Spain and UK, because many of them had a common root.
YES! I have been begging for this one! I knew you'd love it. Some more great 90s tunes you have got to check out: "Your Woman" by White Town, "Possum Kingdom" by Toadies, "Super BonBon" by Soul Coughing, "Got You Where I Want You" by the Flys, "We Like To Party" by Vengaboys, "The Impression That I Get" by Mighty Mighty Bosstones, "The Power" by Snap, "Damn, I Wish I Was Your Lover" by Sophie B Hawkins, "Bitch" by Meredith Brooks, "Unbelievable" by EMF...and you have got to get back to Barenaked Ladies! And Nirvana! The 90s were so diverse and there were so many great bands who came and went...some who stayed, but lots like Chumbawamba who just popped in, gave us an earworm like this and then went on their merry way.
I was definitely thinking in the vein of White Town next.
Definitely seconding them doing Your Woman. One of the best songs of the 90s imo
Great suggestions. I love "Damn, I Wish I Was Your lover". I'll add a suggestion for them - "Here Comes The Hotstepper" by Ini Kamoze.
Love Possum Kingdom!
Hello Jay and Amber
Chumbawamba was a British punk band.
I just love how much you two have grown musically to appreciate every one of the different genres in this one song.
I have tried other reactionists, but I really like Jay and Amber...these two are pretty authentic...I keep coming back to see what they have listened to lately. Fun to see them listening to Tubthumping.
The chorus is still being chanted in multiple stadiums all over the world! Very definition of 'anthemic'!!
Anthemic Anarchy.
This was a song you couldn’t escape in the late nineties, it got so much radio airplay and was just everywhere! I don’t think Chumbawumba had any other hit songs in the U.S.
Great pub song. Love how you were a bit shocked by the lady sing pissin the night away. If you were a Brit or Aussie you wouldn't be shocked😂
We would play this song every day at work back in the 90s. It sticks in your head. I knew you guys would enjoy it. Love your reaction.
This is the definition of a Anthem. It's a song that everyone gets behind when it's played. It's not deep or meaningful, it's just fun.
A 90s classic that still kicks ass, picks you back up when you’re down, and gets the whole party on their feet on the dance floor.
Love it when you all do 90s songs!
sadly people never understood the song as they are an anarchist/antifa band
I have always loved this song!! So glad you reacted to it in such an unexpected fun way. It was really a one-hit-wonder and I always thought it was all about drinking at the pub. "Pissin' the night away", British for "drinking the night away". I get knocked down, but I get up again, (after drinking one too many).😂 Thank you for doing this one. 😀👍
They apparently wrote it about their next door neighbour who used to come home drunk, singing loudly, and frequently falling over ( and getting up again).
@@ChrisSmith-xh9wb Yes. I actually went and looked up the story after I wrote the comment. I guess the woman inside the house of the drunk guy was also singing "Danny Boy", ("ask your neighbor"). 😅
@@VickiCampbell-1216 The line is "Don't cry for me next-door neighbour" which is a drunken version of the song "Don't Cry For Me Argentina".
@@davidhuggan6315 Thank you. 😊I looked up the lyrics and realized my error. Ahh, "Don't Cry for Me Argentina". All makes sense now. 😁👍
YAY!!!! This was my theme song when I was going through my divorce! I love it.

Glad you appreciated it!
So many great memories in college related to this song. It's such an earworm.
You can hear John Lennon (I checked the video footage) sing a little bit of it at the end of the Beatles' "One After 909".
Danny boy isn't sang at funerals
Odd...considering that's also almost always where I here it now too. @@kevinreilly9482
They were a British punk band formed in 1982 (I was 22!), I really love this particular song of theirs, great band!!😍😍😍😍
This song and band is the EPITOME of the 90's... and 90's music... just fun and free with a mix of EVERYTHING!! Soooo much fun to be a teen in the 90's!!!!!!
Chumbawamba are the most overlooked and underappreciated band in the history of music.
@@nsasupporter7557It helps if you know "pissed" is a Britishism for "drunk".
Pissing the night away is UK slang for wasting your time getting drunk.@@mjbull5156

The whole album Tubthumping is an experience. It’s best heard from beginning to end.
yeah they're a bit like pink floyd innit. lmao
and all their other 12 albums. They were such a versatile band, moving seamlessly from punk, to acapella folk, to stadium rock and back again.
This was a major hit in Australia and still gets played at parties

Yes, I remember when this song came out I was 10 and 1 of my peers at school was saying they’re saying “kissing the night away.” Uh… no, dude! They’re saying “pissing the night away!” Lol
I know yall have heard that chorus before. It's iconic. One of the, if not the, biggest 1 hit wonder of the 90s.
Their album Anarchy is a masterpiece.
and I still use "the day the nazi died" as song befor going 161

Tubthumping! I'm from Birmingham, England, which is the Mid- Lands . From there and to the North a Tub was a Tin Bath, showers were rare. So jump in th Tub, was jump in the Bath. As in the shower it was common to sing or listen to the radio. So if you liked the beat you played the drums on the side of the bath! Get it!
Got into Chumba during the really early Anarcho days - wrote to Anne regularly. They were always a good bunch of people. Live they were unreal.
Many of us who are traveling down the fighting cancer route kinda look at this song as inspiration during a time we find little.
Praise God
I honestly didn't think there was a person on the planet that didn't know this song lol
Jay & Amber yesterday you took me back to Junior High, now you are taking me to a great place 30 years later. Music is such a gift!
This was a popular Drinking Song Back then... Sitting in a bar with good friends, laughing and enjoying the vibe!
It was also frequently sung during European football and Rugby games, as the "Hooligans" loved the aggressive tone and message.
I've always loved this song, it's so positive. The film is full of people trying their hardest to show the world who they are and it doesn't always land well with audiences but they keep on going, those people are the heroes of human kind x
I had forgotten just how good and fun this song is. I hadn’t listened to it in awhile. Now I remember why it was a big hit!

This is one of those songs that after I heard it once, I had to run straight out and buy the CD. I thought you guys would enjoy it as much as I do and it was great to see your big beautiful smiles all the way through.
I love how the song builds to a symphonic crescendo at the end. It must be a pain in the ass to sing it live.
Chumbawamba were going to be playing at our local pub near the Dale Fort Field Centre in Wales the month they had their hit, which was this. Not surprisingly they cancelled because they were doing radio and TV, we were very happy for them :)
Good to see you getting another 90s song from you guys! This is a staple of the decade it's kind of like the British Smash Mouth
Speaking of Smash Mouth, I'd love to see you react to their debut single from this same year, 1997 it's called Walking on the Sun
These guys were based 2 miles down the road from me in their early days. I remember seeing the name Chumbawamba in local gig guides before they hit it big with Tubthumping, but that was their only big hit.
So glad you are doing this, love Chumbawamba❤❤
I love this song. The group knew they were a one-hit wonder. When they performed it live on Letterman, Leno, whatever, they wore an assortment of white t shirts with hand written message. One said one hit wonder.
They weren't into the music for fame or fortune, they were using it to communicate their political and cultural messages.
@@benjalucian1515 True, but one of their political message was to steal. So I love the song, but fuck them.
One of my favorite one hit wonders
Such a good song! Very fun and unique. This song was massive when it came out, you heard it everywhere. I'm sure you guys have heard it in a movie or tv show or something before. I think this is one of the songs that everyone thinks of when they think of 90's music. I had this album when I was younger, not a bad record. Cool band.
You will never get this song out of your head - it has now takenup residence forever 🙂
Enjoy!
Jay,Amber❤
One of the biggest club, party tunes of 90s... just a good time song with the message...don't let anything really drag you down from positivity....Go have some fun.
Her vocal of "pissing the night away"...too classic
Hadn't heard this in decades
Thanks as always guys 😊🇨🇦
According to the band - usually a 'serious, political' anarchist collective band, the song is about the 'resilience of ordinary people' - especially the British. It has the sort of optimistic toughness which was seen later, on 7/705 - when the London Underground was bombed, killing 56 people, and which we appear to be famous for, since at least WWII. Some have said it is the unofficial national anthem - and it still chokes me up when I hear it - I'm 56, xxx
One of my favs back in the 90s. Definitely a Banger and a One Hit Wonder. Makes you want to dance and sing along. 😊
I dunno, I always liked Mary, Mary too.
It sounds like something bore george was involved
AMNESIA was also a hit, although minor. Very big in Germany and punkside Britain.
Not one hit wonder
Thanks for playing it. What an awesome song and video!
Huge one hit wonder ❤ very few words and everybody can remember how to sing it... And loud! 😂
Is the title of the song a reference to the Miners' strike? A friend of mine from the NE of England loved this song.
Iconic British anthem
Rob and Amber, thank you for listening to this catchy tune from the 90's. It's a UK drinking song. The woman in the video says pissing the night away. Pissing in the UK is the same as drinking. I had to listen a couple of times to catch that.
A fine, fine Band with the utmost Polital integrity...likely to scare Estab-folks with the integrity
This song was a number-one hit in Australia..We LOVED it!! Especially every New Year's Eve!! The girl singing "Pissing the night way"...meaning..drinking the night away....what all the youngsters do on New Years eve...

“IZ” - Israel Kamakawiwoʻole singing “Somewhere Over The Rainbow”, the song Judy Garland sang in The Wizard of Oz.
A classic trip down memory lane together with "Parmesan" or as the song really is called "How Bizarre" by OMC...
I typically HATE really repetitive songs. And there's hardly a more repetitive pop song than this one. But somehow it's the sole exception! I LOVE this song. It's just so CATCHY! And puts a smile on my face every time 😁
So you likely aren't into Moby songs then? They're particularly repetitive too...but I generally lik'em
@@MrEAus I'm unfamiliar with Moby, but for example Fatboy Slim's "Praise You" is really grating.
@@jlilley73 actually Moby started 'getting big' right around the same time as Fatboy Slim...
Moby tends to find interesting sounding short samples from other songs and loops them mostly infinitely through his tracks...
