Passed the State Portion last night the second time around due to this very video! Thank you Travis! I heard the stories and rules in my head from all your videos while taking the entire test!
Hi Travis. I am attempting the state specific portion on the 24th and noticed that you have these four videos regarding NC License Law. From the outline given on ncrec.goc of the questions you need to study, I was wondering if you had any videos about "Other NC Laws and Practices" and "General Real Estate Topics"? Thank you!
@@sharicetherealtor I passed finally!! Highly recommend all of Travis' videos along with Elisa Edmunds state specific review- her video was super helpful in understanding the state section and the trick questions they try and get you with!
@@michaellewis9519 did you focus on Travis's videos NC License Law & Rules part 1 through 4? or other videos as well? I passed the national just trying to really prepare for my second attempt on the state portion ( i missed by 2 questions )!

Did u get the answer?
Can an agent be a sole proprietor and hire an employee or do they have to strictly work for and by themselves?
A Broker In Charge can be a sole proprietor and hire an assistant.
Can a sole proprietor have a trust account?
Sure they can. A sole proprietor can do anything they want so long as they have a BIC or declare themselves BIC
@@traviseverette what about having 2 brokers in a partnership do they need a firm license
