I passed my national test on the first try, I’ve taken the state i believe 4 times. I was worried about passing the national. For some reason the state is what is REALLY getting to me, i thought it would be the easier one. I go tomorrow for my 5th retake and I’m hoping this license laws and rules videos will help! You mentioned that several brokers come to the class on July 1 because they are inactive and can not earn a commission. I thought if the commission/brokerage activities were conducted/earned while the license was active the broker can still be paid if they later go into inactive status. Is this not correct?

The hardest chapter for me by far. I passed my national part first try but not the state so I have to go redu it Monday and I’m still struggling

An LLC doing real estate business would need a firm license

I always look at these Real Estate videos and this is the first time I keep getting advertisements as I'm watching the video. Very distracting.
Only way to change that is if I made them subscription based. Keeping them free means the ads are there.
