I can't thank you enough for posting these videos. I have been watching these videos non-stop for 3 months now. I am happy to say I passed my test today!
Is there a place that we can download/print these slides out? These videos are really helping me understand a lot better and I’d love to follow along with print outs if available!
In here you say we can receive a fee for a CMA ( 39:40) from our client. NC law says we can not bc it is our fiduciary duty to our client. Please explain.
I'm from New Jersey and studying for the test, if I watch your videos will they for the most part be the same info for my state or will it totally mix me up?

Can a provisional broker receive a bonus? If they can they must notify their BIC before they accept the bonus right?
PB can only be paid by their BIC, nobody else
anything they receive as compensation has to come from the BIC if you are a provisional broker.
Last video! thank you Travis!
Does HOA take care of the common areas on condos? Or townhomes??
In most cases, yes. "Common areas" are areas owned collectively by the group of owners. The HOA is the collective group of owners.
Excellent! Thanks
Provisional broker can do a cma?
Of course they can. A CMA is owed to every buyer or seller client. How could provisional brokers represent clients if they could not do a CMA?
