i wouldn't mind a full video about using wiggle bones for simplified cloth animation of loose clothing, instead of having to decide between actual cloth sims (which offer little control while animating, are prone to breaking, and take forever to tweak, bake and work with) or doing everything with shapekeys/manually (more control but you lose out on realism, and it also takes forever)
for the first one I think part of what makes it look goofier is not seeing the neck (I mean because it's not there irl but the stretched hoodie makes for a bit more stiffness which makes it very springy) and the glasses definitely add something
Idk if this makes sense but I love the videos where you tell me what you did instead of a tutorial. The tutorials are nice for when I’m trying to follow along but this vid was nice to watch cozied up in bed, more entertaining that a tutorial but still learning ! ❤
This video approach is fascinating. Watching people animate is usually..pretty lame. But this video made it really fun. I mean of course, you didnt show your animation for like 10 minutes straight, but still. The overall process has been shown, I might have to steal this concept. Credits included tho
This was soooo sick!! Especially the small ghost 👻 whatever thingy thing. Wiggle bones and animating hands separately imitating the feel and not the exact movement was genius 🫶🏻 exited for the NLA and layered animation video as this would really help me
@@JoeyCarlino both the first and the last had the choppy movement imo, i feel like the movement doesnt lean into each other, making it noticeable where each keyframe was likely placed. The puppet one kinda had that perfect mix of realistic, exaggerated and uncanny/cartoony movements that the original video had. One suggestion i have is animating completely with constant interpolation and on twos, as if its a 2d animation with no in-betweens (imagine spiderverse), and if it works well with no in-betweens, then enable Bezier interpolation, this *could* help with the issue as it tends to allow you to focus more on the timing of the animation which should also indirectly make movements lead into each other naturally if done right. Another thing could be a rig that has alot more features tailored to animation as the green stick guy seems to have a basic setup (tho cant blame u too much since you didnt have many days to do it). just food for thought though. I do like the animations of your character talking!

I love the last day of the month, or as I like to call it, "Every high effort UA-camr has to meet their sponsorship deadlines" day
It's true 😭
The idea that the elf has more bones in the cloth wings like a bat is horrifying and absolutely perfect. Love that tbh
watching some one animate is not that entertaining but you made it sooo much fun and engaging , awesome stuff man !!!!
i will never not laugh at the fact that "dope sheet" is a genuine 3d animation term
It do be pretty dope tho
It's an animation term that predates computer animation.
@@WaterShowsProd oh wow

You are my blender GOAT! Great job
Great video! I'd also love to hear about the noisy distortion of your character. It looks very similar to that of a wind shader in a game.
Thanks, it's a geometry node setup that distorts things with a noise texture. I'll probably talk about it in the next video
What do you mean noisy distortion??
@@Ifx-the way that the character morphs slightly
love that these blender videos quality are getting better and better :D i never knew that blender related videos could be so enjoyable to watch
0:52 NOOOOOOOOO!!!
Lmaoo the one of Mestre Ensinador (wise puppet) is so silly! The face kinda scary tho, looking a bit like Fofão
Thanks for sharing your process!
Awesome education delivered in a highly polished manner. You're a wealth of knowledge and inspiration man!
I love your videos, especially this one. Keep it up! Pls!
I learned a lot!

MESTRE ENSINADOR!!! 🔥
Here we go
Thank you for using the Mestre Ensinador lol
3:32 seems like gimbal lock, the animators bane
This was sick
saying "Wacky motion" makes me think of flap jack
why has 47 views and 55 likes? good vidddd
I..I.. I watched it? **I watched all of it?** bravo very well done my adhd didn't scream at me the entire time ❤🙏
0:00 oi, ya aeaeeh?
Oh, wait a minute. Can you do a rigging tutorial for how you do the eyes you have on your character please?
Bababababa I’m lovin this
Its nice that your avatar isn't on screen while you are giving information
Hey, ¿You can explain with more detaill how Made de Paint shader in blender?
If you mean the paint shader for the last video, check my second channel
ahh yes i remember when it was november 13 and i have 17 days left
Take me back
I get burntout and find animation tedious, i used to be able to animate, but it takes so long that i get bored and quit.
11:44 bro 💀💀🔥
Is it possible if u could make a video of behind of scene just to show us how you record and what's ur workflow?
Mestre ensinador ♥♥
when animating "Real Human character". Should the mesh of the Character be seperated by body parts, or the whole Body be 1 mesh
Very cool video
Duende apparition oi oi oi
Nice one
Nice challenge. Seeing how you would do face animation, maybe 52 blend shapes would be good. Sorry my english.
Hi bro
What do you use for holding stick in your character hand (child of constraint) or any other method???
Yeah, the child of constraint is what I always use. There are some free addons that make it easier if you wanna search for those
@@JoeyCarlino tell me the name of the addon if you know and thanks for being responsive.
Can you please make a video of how to create your own models
Brother please make video about this rig.
CAN YOU MAKE A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO MAKE A BACKROUND ?
you mean modeling? Search for a modeling video, I have some for beginners
12 million view??? for this video???? That low???????
Joey, did you update your title and thumbnail to this video? I'm wondering because I'm seeing changes to it every time I see the video.
whats the name of the puppet i wanna buy him lol
What is that wizard thing in the thumbnail. I see it everywhere and I NEED the name.

:D
I'm hoping you don't *actually* watch TikTok.
your animations are too stiff and unnatural
Which ones? The ones that are explicitly wacky and unnatural or the ones I animated yesterday?
