Built a Motovox mini bike using a GoPowerSports Tillotson 212 pull start engine and other GPS parts. Road tested the bike for 0 to 30 times and top speed.

Man i just sold my motovox and monster moto last week and ive been missing my motovox now i really really miss it this is sweet even though there small bikes they just look sweet
The first modification to the Tillotson has to be a heavy duty Flywheel cover Powder coated Black to match the rest of the bike, and a Cars and Cameras sticker lol, seriously try some 1.3:1 ratio rockers. then Porting with the Ratio rockers, and then go back to stock rockers with a DynoCams CM grind or a Fire265

I just built my first bike after watching your videos for over a month. Predator 212 on a Coleman CT200u… to the people who haven’t built one yet, DO IT. I’m only 200$ into this project and the top speed is terrifying lol

I had that frame but it snapped while i was doing 65 so i got a mega moto 80 now
Mega moto is a Way better frame

Hey Black66 if you see this comment please do a review on a 212cc dukar engine. I need information on how to upgrade it and get at least 60+ out of it. I know it's a great engine and can easily produce these speeds. I have a 212 dukar and at some point reached 63mph. At the time I was very new to mini bikes and changed some stuff up. I only had 26ld valve springs and a bypass, 15in street tires and straight chain. If possible I know you'd be able to give the best review over anyone on UA-cam. Please please please black66 try to make this happen for us. We love what you do and keep up the GREAT WORK!

Black 66, I'm new to minibikes and I own a motovox. I've been watching your videos and trying to do my research, but I'm just not sure what parts to buy and what parts are compatible with what. I'm wanting to put a predator 212 on it and make it as fast as I can. I'm looking at maybe a Nibbi 24mm carb, but when i look at the carbs it shows that the 28mm is designed for 200-250cc engines. I see that you are running the 24mm a lot of the time. Is there a reason why?
i swapped a Predator ghost from a 196cc on to a coleman c200. Now it vibrates so hard its almost unrideable. Im using the GPS riser and a TC. Everything is tightened down. Amy recommendations for troubleshooting?

I took mine out of the box and zip tide the Spring throttle linkage., Put it on a trail, master storm. It ran 47 miles per hour. You are Going to love building this engine, Now it is on my Coleman CT 200 UES. Running 70

There is an entire world of centrifugal clutches out there and since i have a 75 tooth rear sprocket, getting a 12 tooth clutch should make the gear ratio 6.25, I think? and if I get a 15 tooth clutch, it will make it a 5 g.r., right? But I want to go for overall top speed so which one would be better? Or are those ratios even correct? Since i want to run a predator 212 on mine, I'm not sure what chain to use either, since i doubt that the original chain will work. Its now a #35 Chain I'm pretty sure. Also since i want to be able to reach speeds of 50 or more I dont want it to break on me.

35 chain on this bike. I try and use RLV gold on gold or gold on black whenever I can.
What hydraulic brake kit or system did you use and where did you buy it? ?

Can you tell us what paint you use on your minibikes? It looks really nice on the bikes that you have painted.
I assume no primer is needed if there is no bare metal. 400 grit the old paint to prepare it for the new paint?
I want to paint my minibike soon.
Remove old paint completely. Clean frame with acetone. Mild sanding. Primer coat. Very Mild sanding. Paint with finish color. Repeat. Finally gloss epoxy clear coat

Take the governor off and see how fast you can go with just that and find the best gear ratio

Really if you could please help me, Id like to just have a list of the best parts that you would use personally as if you were starting entirely from scratch building a motovox bike with a predator engine on it. ---clutch, chain, carb, brakes, header pipe, jets for the carb, rear sprocket (if needed) and anything that is used really. The help would be very much appreciated. Otherwise I just have to buy parts and hope for the best. XD

For shits and giggles, do a 3-1 ratio with a stock engine. Then try a modified version.

My exhaust I bought from them only lasted a few minutes before it broke from the welds. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with their products
