I love your channel......Here is my favorite macaroni salad......I think that you and Jim might like it as well
    Healthy Macaroni Salad
    2 cups small shells dry
    1 red onion
    1 red bell pepper
    1 orange bell pepper
    1 small zucchini
    ½ cucumber
    2 ribs celery
    4 hard boiled eggs
½ cup cubed cheese of your choice
    ½ cup cubed turkey ham
1 small can of minced olives
½ cup mayo or miracle whip
    ¼ cup sour cream
    2 tbsp stone ground mustard
    ¼ tsp pepper
    ¼ tsp salt
    ½ tsp paprika
    Directions:
Boil macaroni till al-dente and refrigerate. Hard boil eggs then chop finely
I use the 7x7millimeter grate on my vegetable chopper to make sure all veggies are about same size as pasta. It works wonderfully. I mix everything together and add the eggs and dressing last to keep from destroying the eggs. It’s a very light fresh version of pasta salad.

Yummy. My Sister In-law turned me on to Bernstein dressings. Perfect for pasta salad. I love a savory pasta salad and enjoy adding a small amount of sweet fruit, like mango or grapes. Great video.

I've made this salad for over 25 years. I always use WISHBONE REGULAR ITALIAN dressing .cook pasta the day before ,cool and pour the entire bottle over the pasta along with at least 1/4 up of salad supreme. Add tri colored peppers, cucumber, red onion, grape tomatoes, and sliced black olives. This is a food safe side that is always a winner.

My niece made this pasta salad for my 60th birthday celebration five years ago. I fell in love with the combination of flavors and make it myself quite often.

Perfect hot weather meal. And so much better than those boxed ones.
I make a similar Pizza Salad, but instead of black olives (not a fan), I add halved or quartered cherry tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. I also use a tangy dressing.
For a change, I use chicken instead of pepperoni and use Alfredo sauce as the dressing.

Pre internet I ran across a homemade Italian dressing in the newspaper. Sadly my local paper has stopped running reader recipes.
I've been using that recipe for most of my life, until I met my 2nd husband. He doesn't like vinegar based dressings ☹. No more pasta salads or my mom's German potato salad. Perhaps it's time to make two choices of pasta salad one with Italian dressing and one with mayonnaise like I have to do when I make potato salad.
Thank you for the effort you and Jim put into two! different channels, and the recipes. ❤

Looks like another winning pasta salad. I don’t usually make pasta salads but I made the broccoli one you showcased on the Rose Red website, with some additions, and it was delicious. Instead of raw, I blanched and cooled broccoli & chopped carrots, added red & green sweet peppers, hot banana peppers, celery and Kalamata olives. For the protein I used chunks of mock crab and lobster meat and for the crunch factor a mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds as those were what I had on hand. Just like you, when it was time to toss everything together I needed to grab a bigger bowl! 🤣🤣

Hi, Pam & Jim! This is a perfect summer salad. Not too heavy but very flavorful! I made a similar pasta salad using fresh mozzarella “pearls” or tiny balls, and fresh cherry tomatoes halved. Thank you for sharing! 😊

I'm purchasing the items for that dressing. Sounds wonderful. The McCormick perfect pinch makes me think of many other applications for it. I bet that its great on chicken. I'm going to try it in bean recipes also.
