I love this plane more then any other! Maybe I'm in the minority, but maybe you could male a 1.1 version with flaps? Alwsys looking for the park flyer version of this
This plane was a game changer for me. There was a rush to get to jets and bigger and faster Warbirds. I okay and I could fly anything in level circles and do half loops and roll out. My rolls were awful, I’d never try flying inverted. The Evolution changed all that. This plane is so steady and gives you the ability & time to recover. Without question the MOST ENJOYABLE plane I’ve owned in my 5 year RC career. The only thing I haven’t done with it is glide and soar. It’s just too much fun fly it fast and work on stunts. If you’re older, or have bad eyesight you might want to add some decals, bright tape or paint. If it’s a bright day it is hard to see. I love this plane. Setup is simple, flying is stress-free, flight times are long and even landing it is simple.
@HorizinHobbyProducts At 3:10 you mentioned and showed a Full Telemetry capable Smart ESC... Does that mean that it comes with the ESC with the Data wire? I have the Blade 330S and the Smart ESC does not have the data wire on the battery connector. To get the full Smart telemetry data shown at 3:13 I had to replace the ESC with a new boxed Smart ESC that has the small data wire in between the power wires from the Hobby shop. I thought that was somewhat ridiculous to have to do that. I guess Horizon Hobby wants to save a penny where they can...
Jason shows/talks about this in the Flight Talk ( ua-cam.com/video/8vlOrrvSY5s/v-deo.html ) and Overview ( ua-cam.com/video/myuBdYXRSMA/v-deo.html ) videos. The E-flite telemetry-capable ESC installed in the Concsendo Evolution is not a "full" Smart ESC so it does not have the third wire that's compatible with Smart batteries to provide individual cell voltage, battery temp, etc. data the way Spektrum Avian Smart ESCs can. However, it still provides overall battery voltage, current, motor RPM and ESC temps via compatible Spektrum Smart receivers...including the AR637TA that's installed in the BNF Basic version. The corresponding telemetry screens on the transmitter will show "Smart" at the top of them because the data is coming through a Smart receiver, but again, you will not have the additional Smart battery data an Avian Smart ESC can also provide when used with Smart batteries.
loved my first one but low fast pass across runway when a person decide to walk across it with out saying any thing {poor plane in pieces now} But have its replacement on the way now
There is no new version planned for this 1.5m span model, but we did recently release a smaller UMX (Ultra Micro eXtreme) version and both should be available in Europe now: www.horizonhobby.de/de_DE/search?q=Conscendo&prefn1=completionLevel&prefv1=Bind-N-Fly+Basic%7CPlug-N-Play&srule=best-matches&sz=24
The wing is two-piece and is easy to install/remove with 4 screws for convenient storage/transport (just like it was on the previous Conscendo models).
The Night Radian has more wing area and lighter cubic/wing loading so it will be somewhat better at catching thermals, especially in less active areas/air. The Night Radian is definitely more of a traditional "thermal" glider platform while the Conscendo Evolution is more of a blend between a motor glider and a sport airplane...a sport motor glider if you will :) That said, the Conscendo Evolution is still very capable of catching thermals, and it is not uncommon to achieve 15-20+ minute flight times with a mix of power on/off flying, or 30-60+ minutes if you catch some thermals!
Yes! However, we do recommend using the new DXS or any of the current Spektrum AirWare equipped transmitters (DX6e and 8e, DX6 Gen 2/3, DX8 Gen 2, DX9, iX12 or iX20) to take full advantage of the telemetry capabilities if you purchase the BNF Basic version.
Lol. You're still good with the advanced conscendo. Just look at it as a little more peaceful flyer because it's only 3s. I bought the advanced model late last summer. Still a hall of fame Eflite plane in my opinion. Now if they made it a Night Conscendo Evolution with flaps and lights on 4s I would say you got hosed just now.
Stonger Airframe? Perfect, but it needs somthing to land on point...it needs flaps for crow & camber...my old 2S glides forever...forever!!!...bushes and trees are my best friend to land it fast...or i catch it...stronger airframe? Hmmm...i think ill get it....again... but next version please.....FLAPS for crow & camber...PLEASE...

Cool the old one flew great I’m sure this will be a lot of fun nice to see the wing is well built with some of those maneuvers
Happy to see the Conscendo back in the line up. Love my Conscendo S. This is definitely on my list. More gliders....
Looks like a winner! I didn't expect to enjoy the music as much as I did :)
I can’t believe they let you guys fly at Allerton. That’s awesome.
Thanks for bringing it back! Can’t wait to get one 😀
I turned my original consendo into a 100 mph best with a huge motor and reinforcements.
Everyone:
Horizon: Here, have an even better Conscendo!!!
OMG I will have to be a very good boy if I want Santa to deliver one.
Very nice! I'll have to add it to the list...

Looks super rigid...love the speed as well!! Great job Eflite and Horizon, another home run!!! 👊🏼👊🏼🔥🔥💥
A "Night" Conscendo would be cool.
Guys, I don’t think it’s a glider anymore...
This is the first plane I ever wanted to get ever. But I never did. Now it’s redone? I may need to grab the BNF!
I still love my advanced, but this looks awesome!
I love this glider. Any chance the V4 could have led lights and 6S power?
there must be a way to install original Radian wings in this.... :)
Wow amazing work love this. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😁
Looks cool

@@HorizonHobbyProducts thank-you so much for responding to my comment. This aircraft looks absolutely AWESOME!!
More UMX planes!
I want one right now!!!!!!!
I don't see a propeller so how does it fly? Does it have to be just windy to fly it?
you just made the list buddy

@@HorizonHobbyProducts Yes, I have already purchased it, although I have yet to try it!!
when is draco 2m comming out?????????????????
It looks fast and fun, but I would have preferred a different wing design for transport.
The wing is two-piece and is easy to install/remove with 4 screws for convenient storage/transport (just like it was on the previous Conscendo models).
I know you guys are about to release the umx f-35 right? 😁
where was this video shot? thanks
How does this stack up to the Night Radian as a glider i.e. flight time, catching thermals and generally staying up without power?
The Night Radian has more wing area and lighter cubic/wing loading so it will be somewhat better at catching thermals, especially in less active areas/air. The Night Radian is definitely more of a traditional "thermal" glider platform while the Conscendo Evolution is more of a blend between a motor glider and a sport airplane...a sport motor glider if you will :) That said, the Conscendo Evolution is still very capable of catching thermals, and it is not uncommon to achieve 15-20+ minute flight times with a mix of power on/off flying, or 30-60+ minutes if you catch some thermals!

Sweet!!!
Kann man as3x und safe irgendwie abschalten sonst super flieger
Will the new BNF Evolution bind and work right using the transmitter from he origanal Conscendo S RTF?
