My dad passed away on apr 6 and he had a Nissan Sentra 98. That was his car for almost 10 years and we (my brother and I) took him everywhere in his final moments. Now I am doing this deeeeeeeeeep cleaning in his honor and memory. Thank you for helping with your video.
I know this was over a year ago but man did this video help out! I’m getting so excited to clean up my Honda LX coupe and redo the interior. Thank you for making these videos.
My mirror was the same way, I just added a washer behind the screw on the back to make it stay tight and not fall when I hit bumps. I still needs visors for my car and I heard 94-01 integra visors fit if you can't find good ones in a Civic.
Awesome build. Just a word of advice... In relation to towards the end when you sanded off the back brackets to get rid of the rust, always take the time to get off ALL the rust. You're already there working at it, so take the extra couple minutes to use a power sander or sanding disc and get it back to pure metal. Painting over it will only hide the rust and it will still get eaten away at it until it's rusty again. Keep it up though. Looks awesome.
And everything is just so cheap. Like honestly, I was looking at other cars with my 25k to spend. Then I thought "what the hell am I doing, let me just get a 2000 civic for $700 and spend 25k modding it"
Good work, that interior came out niceee!! I just want to thank you for your videos, I came across your channel a few days ago and you've help me out massively. I've now changed the clutch in my eg on my driveway after watching you do the same in one of your earlier video's. I've got a track day booked on the 12th September so I'm getting the eg ready to rip, thanks again, sending love from the UK.
Oh man that’s awesome! I’m happy to hear you got some use out of the videos. Also super happy to hear you get out there and use your car! Which track to you drive over there? I’d love to have a go around Silverstone someday. Looks epic on tv.
@@RefineMovement Yeah I want to try get into time attack, so starting with the d15 before I kswap to learn the car, I'm going to a local track called Blyton Park to kind of shake down the car to see how she is after replacing most of the suspension and bushings on her, I'll be putting some videos onto my channel after 12th Sept, if you ever get a free moment to check them out. I would love to drive Silverstone, its definitely on my list, it'd be cool to have you over here :)
No more choking and coughing on sun visor dust! Lucky you! Also, I never knew the space between the cigarette lighter and cup holder could house a tape deck! Mine has a cavity for storing small things.

Shoulda sprayed all the interior panels with black vinyl/plastic paint i did on my purple 97 ek hatchback and its held up amazing and looks great very minor scratches n goin 4yrs strong
On my civic I plan on doing a "luxury interior". Alcantara and leather all around this is really helpful in just restoring the car to perfect condition before I do any heavy work. ALso luckily everything you need to work on civics is cheap. I'm going for the cleanest build of all time
Wow man you’ve inspired me. I don’t have a civic but I’ve got a Ford super duty 7.3 that I’m putting back together and I’m looking to refresh the interior. Your car looks amazing! You made it look new again. I wonder how it’s held up during this time, and if you still recommended the paint
Pleasant voice, great project, personality is fun and you did a great job explaining each step without getting boring or tedious! Car looks fantastic and I feel inspired to work on my 25 year old Honda Civic's destroyed headliner now! Thanks for the great video set!👍👏🎯🔥🎉👀👓💥
Just did the same with my 97 dx coupe. discovered the mirror issue(so much better now) was just a bent tension plate. But badass work man. Glad to see someone else having the same desire to show some tlc to these old cars which deserve it after 20+ years. Again massive props.

Right! They’ve held up really well all this time up until now, I was impressed. James @concept286 on IG really picked a great set. A good clean and they are looking great in the interior now
Wao!!! Now that came out great, you got yourself a new car, remind me of when I did this to my ek.... exterior is important but also a well kept interior will also increase the value of a car. Excellent job my friend... keep going 👍
The pleather/vinyl material is on the integras sunvisors and headliner, it does seem to hold up a lot better. Although my Integra's headliner is starting to peel in the area close to the windshield part where the Florida sun hits it, but its 20 years old, I can't complain. But it doesn't sag like that cloth stuff. Wish car companies would use that material instead.
hey does anyone know where I could buy the ac control / radio and a digital gage cluster for a 1995 civic eg? really like the ac control in this car as the original one for 95 eg is very dated. can anyone point me in the right direction?
