    Wow thank you for showing. This was so beautiful. I haven’t seen anyone else use a compressor only regular dryer. But your use of compressor gives you much more control. What kind of compressor are you using?

    Have you ever used a posca wax/oil, for a resist, with alcohol inks?

    Is there a reason that you cleaned up the edges with alcohol and not blending solution?

      I very rarely use blending solution for a couple of reasons. First, I learned ai using 91-99% alcohol, so I'm very comfortable using it in many different ways. Second, blending solution is so much more expensive! 😆

    Beautiful, is the white straight alcohol ink, what are u dabbing it with, looks like a lollipop stick.

      Hi Deborah. I create the center using Snow Cap by Ranger. It's a white mixative and I am using a Micro Brush to apply it. All the products used and their links are listed in the description box below the video, if you would like to know more about either product.

    Impressed with you work. I’m a newbie so I have a couple of questions. What side of the photo paper are you using. I’m assuming it the glossy side but it looked flat. What brand of ink are you using. I just started to follow you b

      Thank you. You use the matte side of the photo paper. The glossy side is designed to absorb ink when a photo is printed on it so the ink does not flow on it. I use ranger and pinata inks.

    What type of compressor are you using? I have a small Master but it only has 15 or 20 psi which I find is not enough

      There plenty out there that I've not used. I like working on the back side of photo paper best. Yupo is another I've worked on, but it can get expensive if you paint as often as I do, so i stick to photo paper. You can also work on glazed tile, especially if you're just starting out, because you can use it over and over again.

    Can you recommend a different paper, can't seem to find the Kirkland , amazon is out. I'm from Ontario, Canada. Everything I've tried so far, does'nt move the inks. Help

      I've tried a few different photo papers, but kirkland is the only one that works for me. I'm sorry that I can't recommend an alternative ☹️

      @@suzanneshipley try the Costco website. I have read a couple of posts where ppl are buying it directly through Costco (since it is their brand). I haven't heard that they were not making it anymore. That would be awful!

    Hi this is the first time I’ve seen an airbrush. Do you add fluid to the gun? I’m looking for one on Amazon but they all seem to say add fluid first

      Hi. I only use it for the air, to push the ink and alcohol across the paper. I don't spray ink through the gun. You can use compressed air or even the ranger hand blower to move the ink/ alcohol.

    I absolutely love this! I tried several times on photo paper, using your steps, but my ink didn’t spread out beautifully like yours. It traveled in much tighter lines rather than fanning out to make the soft petals. Any suggestions?

    I cant tell from the video, unfortunately, but what angle of attack are you holding your airbrush at? Is it mostly vertical to the surface of the paper? I have had only limited success doing flowers, and I think it might be the angle I am using.
