Oh my... The drip method is insanely pretty what a great effect... Thanks... I'm new to these inks and they r to me very hard to control if you are as OCD....as I am with art. Lol...i live to use watercolor it's my go to medium. And it took along many years before I wasn't as focused on perfection. Because imperfect is mainly their beauty. I guess the same will be with these inks... Thanks for the videos..
You gave me the idea to FOLD my yupo paper to make a distinct pattern. TYSM and the LAYERING. Wow TYSMFS so far this video was far more informative for me, some other channels.

Great tutorial. Please turn down the background music. The same loop of music over and over was distracting for me and I wanted to hear your voice giving excellent tips and ideas. Thank you for sharing your art techniques.
Carol Love hi Carol! You’re right and that’s the feedback I’m getting which I really appreciate so I can improve my content :) thanks for watching. Happy painting!
THANK YOU JENNA!!!!!! You're art work is beautiful and inspiring. So glad you have video tutorials. I will watch you more now that I have found you. Love your way of teach, so calm and cool. I feel the love you have for beauty.
Marla Baum hi Marla, wow thank you that means a lot to me. It would be wonderful to see you in my art community or courses :) let me know if you’d like info
I am new to the alcohol ink genre. I’ve been into acrylic fluid art and other crafting but t not this. I’m excited to try alcohol inks but I have a question; is it very toxic or like some paints have low voc’s? I have parrots and I’ve always painted in same room except of course any spray painting or anything with high fumes. Should I treat the alcohol inks the same way?
i couldn't understand everything you said in your first technic.....spray bottle of alcohol over painting (how did yo do that painting?) then sprayed with what?
Couldn’t hear you very well over the loud background music- but I liked watching anyway, but I thought that using the alcohol inks in a spray bottle was a no-no since you can inhale it and cause damage
Nice techniques but absolutely agree about the spraying, and also please be careful about leaving the alcohol in an open container. Dangerous for the lungs. Put it in another dropper bottle. Please wear gloves if you’re doing this sort of contact work.
Love you experimenting tutorial! Awesome. One thing to help you more would be to turn the music off as for me anyway it’s very distracting. You don’t need this.

I have seen a number of alchohol ink artists recommend spraying alchohol on a painting to create texture. I have done it myself without any problems. What you are told you are not supposed to do is spray blending solution.
The techniques are nice but why are you wasting ink by not placing yupo under what you are working on to collect and use the ink from the piece you are working on, you could have made several new pieces with the excess instead of wasting it. That could have been used as a money saving tip.
Downvoted because of the music. Tutorials are enough on their own with the voiceover. The music alienates a lot of people. There are many who will be triggered by sensory overload from the visual, voice and music. It's such a shame because it's an interesting video.
Jenna, the monotone, computer generated music is very distracting. Actually it is annoying. Can you find something more suitable? I love the video but I had to stop watching it because of the bacground "Noise".
@@MsHumanist1 I can see my comment upset you. ... You did not like my honestly described reaction to your video. It meant to be informative to you and the intention was not to "annoy you ". :).
you have such a calming voice and presence, I am excited to try these techniques
Wax paper technique is so cool
What do you dilute your alcohol ink with ? ( in the supply list) in one o f the spray bottles.
I really love your work
Thank you got your knowledge & patience ! I'm just a Newbie & wanting to learn many things ! 👋💛💛
Just started playing with alcohol inks! Love them! Ty for planting new seeds of inspiration and discovery!!!😁😁😁‼️🎖🎖🎖🌈🎨🗽💃❤️❤️
Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful information and your creativity! Blessings!!!
Maria Nyce absolutely!! more to come through my blog and website jennawebbart.com 💗
Is that diluted alcohol in the cup you are using with dropper?
❤❤❤ nice job
Good morning can this technology be done on a primed canvas? Your work is so beautiful. Thanks Terri
Excellent!
What did you dilute the alcoholic in with in the spray bottle?
How would I prep a canvas for alcohol ink
Can you use the waxed paper technique on a mirror or glass?
If not, any tips hiw to do this on glass?
I’d love to see what you do with all those papers you did.
What type of paper did you use here?
Can you get a second print using the waxed paper or the original YUPO? Will have to try
Oh my... The drip method is insanely pretty what a great effect... Thanks...

Very awesome techniques. I’ve even used dryer sheets for texture. Love your style! 💐🎨🌹
Penny Chambers thank you so much Penny! Happy painting 💜Xx

Yes they produce fumes you need a respirator and well ventilated space. Free Supply guide on my website :) Happy painting!
So can I just use normal ink and alcohol u dont buy alcohol ink? Thanks
No, the paints are formulated to work with the isopropyl alcohol. Some episode make their own inks with sharpies
i couldn't understand everything you said in your first technic.....spray bottle of alcohol over painting (how did yo do that painting?) then sprayed with what?
7:38 which paper are you using?
Fernanda Soares it’s Yupo paper! 💁🏼♀️
JENNA WEBB ART thank you
thanks for the video. whatdo you mix alcohol with ?
Golpira Mirzazadeh isopropyl alcohol. For my free supplies guide go to www.jennawebbart.com/materials 🌈🔮💜
Have you tried foil? You can use it the same way as the plastic wrap and creates a cool effect
What kind of paper are you working on
Suzie Ludwig Yupo paper. I have a full class on this if you’re curious 🔮
Lovely. Love the technique. But please consider not having background music whilst you are talking. The music is louder than the voice
100% agree about the music. I know for next time :) thanks for watching ❤️
What is yupo
I struggled to hear you because of the music. But looks like great technique s, thanks for sharing
Carolanne Connolly-Brown thanks for watching Carolanne :) I’m sorry about the music. It’s great to know that moving forward so thank you
What paper did you use I can't find it on your Amazon 💜
Shiv L hey! It should be here on my free supplies guide LMK if you need help! Www.jennawebbart.com/materials 🔮

No clue what you’ve is and you didn’t include any information in your link that I could see
Love you experimenting tutorial! Awesome. One thing to help you more would be to turn the music off as for me anyway it’s very distracting. You don’t need this.
Thank you!!! I am aware about the music for next time thanks 😊
great tips - music was too loud & distracting
You are NOT supposed to aerosolize alcohol, let alone the ink. Clearly stated by Ranger NOT to spray it. Nice techniques though.
Agreed, bad practice!
Real artist discover new tips ways and techniques in their own style & ways! Most art is discovered doing it your own way and style.. NOT by what a company states should ir shouldn't be done on its warning label to protect them from misused lawsuits is all it is..
Hi, have you worked on mirrors or glass? Any tips?
I have seen a number of alchohol ink artists recommend spraying alchohol on a painting to create texture.
I have done it myself without any problems.
What you are told you are not supposed to do is spray blending solution.
Rules are meant to be broken
It would be better if you reduce the sound of your music in the videos
Alcohol inks by Tim Holz are sold in spray bottles.
Video was great; music overbearing;)
Whooo AmI thank you so much! I’ll lower the music volume a bunch next time Xx 💜
Please turn music down, very distracting
Very good presentation with great ideas. Music has to go please. Not conducive to learning.
I think it would be go d to wear plastic gloves. Alcohol ink is hard to get of your hands.
Its a shame there’s music distracting from you talking
Great video but sadly the music is pure torture. I had to abandon watching after a few minutes. 😟

The music is too loud, I have a hard time understanding what you are saying
@@susannooyen9845 totally agree! Noted for next time thanks for watching
You have a beautiful voice. Better without the music.
I had to stop watching your brilliant demo because of the loud unnecessary background music....😢
Why why why do people think it’s necessary to put music in their video. Grrrrr
Music is distracting
Please remove the distracting music...I can't watch and listen anymore trying to hear what you say over the music. Thanks
Downvoted because of the music.
Tutorials are enough on their own with the voiceover.
The music alienates a lot of people.
There are many who will be triggered by sensory overload from the visual, voice and music.
It's such a shame because it's an interesting video.
Background music is unnecessary and annoying. Sorry, couldn’t finish watching.
Get rid of music
Ok tricks, please remove the background music. It makes the video less fun to watch
The music is horrible and so distracting. Nice ideas other than that.
Your music is soooo repetitive. Please 86 the music. Headache
Jenna, the monotone, computer generated music is very distracting. Actually it is annoying. Can you find something more suitable? I love the video but I had to stop watching it because of the bacground "Noise".
Maria J. Bradshaw hmmm. Maybe remove the "Actaully it's annoying". It was clear you did not care for the music in the first line.
@@MsHumanist1 I can see my comment upset you. ... You did not like my honestly described reaction to your video. It meant to be informative to you and the intention was not to "annoy you ". :).
Terrible music
