I was a little surprised when the chef left the bits of Wagyu fond on the Teppan when cooking the fried rice. Though that may be a little low-brow for that establishment. I would have politely asked for them to be mixed in the fried rice too. Now what was going on with the rice, did she turn it into soup?? All in all this film was very enjoyable to watch, I might even say more so than all the rest I've watched in the past
