I just start watching your videos a few days ago and honestly brother... your videos changed my life. I was exposed to stoicism through your videos as well and I’m really really latching onto that and I’ve killed it these last two days, some of the most mentally and physically and spiritually healthy days of my entire life... after having a life packed full with depression, suicidal thoughts, and anxiety, your videos honestly may have just changed my life.

Big fan, boss. I just wanted to say that for 2 months now I've been doing a bunch of the things you talk about like journalling, nofap, meditation, cold showers etc. and it's genuinely made the biggest difference in my schoolwork as well as my emotional and physical wellbeing. I've been watching for a long time, but only recently have I begun to actually improve significantly. :)

Malcolm X's story saved my life as well. Even at a persons lowest point, a story providing evidence of such radical self transformation can give any degenerate the hope of giving their pain profound meaning. Reading that book was truly where my life was turned around for the better, glad to know I'm not alone in this regard!

Not to mention that X started as some underprivileged nobody from omaha Nebraska, the man is a true inspiration.

Talking about the power of thought... I haven't thought about it until just now, when I saw this episode. But I was doing some journaling. In January 2020 I wrote down several goals I wanted to hit within 6 moths of writing them. These goals were ambitious to say the least. Some, I had no idea how I was going to accomplish them. But I new it my goals were necessary and I worked hard each day, with these goals in mind. I wanted to gain 30lbs muscle... and I did. I wanted to get accepted into a 4 year university... and I did! And I wanted to pay off $12,000 in debt... and I payed off and negotiated down $40,000 in debt!!!!! I thought these were impossible goals within the time period. But I wrote down my needs, I worked toward my needs, and I attained them!! Thanks for the content, Captain Sinbad!
