All the times in my life where I was most motivated, was through fear. Anytime I started to pat myself on the back, I'd fall right back down again. And in knowing that, you'd think I'd be ahead, but nope.
Sinbad - So I check my phone for 10 MINUTES in the morning. I think I am addicted. I need to fix this. Wow, 10 minutes. Things are spiraling out of control man. Can't even imagine ........... 😑😑😑
It's really refreshing to finally watch one of these routine videos that isn't melodramatic and ridiculous. Being realistic about waking up at a reasonable hour, addressing the flaws that you're still trying to work on, how every day might be a little different, etc... Mad respect, really interesting to watch.
7:41 The way you practice this discipline , Teaches us new philosophies, views life from different perspectives and constantly works for improvement. ...I would say.. YOU WILL Brother ! 👍
Just making a schedule every night for the next day before going to sleep, takes your progress and productivity a lot higher and it also helps to stay on other disiciplines.
I've been binge watching so many Sinbad videos this week. Absolutely love the mix of spirituality and practicality. Keep up the good work, brother, greatness is already here for you Nikhil but it's circling back around for round 2 for like, double the greatness. Edit: Wow congratulations on the home purchase, that is amazing!!
When I'm really focused in that 'deep work' state I write down anything that comes up that doesn't require brainpower and save it for afterwards. Such an underrated way to get more done. I find days where I either didn't get enough done or feel like I don't have the energy are days where I didn't do this.
Thank you for being honest with the morning routine and even including the using social media bit. A lot of youtubers try to flex like they do "journaling, meditation, exercise, write a book, cure cancer and end world hunger" all before starting their work day.
Nikhil you Netflix and chill with your parents? 😦 Also one thing for productivity that changed my bum life was turning my phone on airplane mode and not accessing it until lunch time. If you can go until after work that is best but I am a phone addict so just going till lunch is a huge benfit in itself.
Your content is having such a profound impact on my life. Thank you. You came along at just at the right time. And your Jordan Peterson is fucking hilarious!
I love how raw and honest this is. Super refreshing to see a video with so much self-awareness and honesty. It's okay to scroll on your phone for 10 mins. It's okay to wake up at 730 instead of 430 as long as you know you're moving the ball down the field in the best way for yourself. Keep pushing brotha
Actually I was finding a delightfully balanced approach here Captain. A nice honesty in a realm chock full of perfection regimes. Is that a Hollywood agent I hear knocking at your door?
At last, a daily routine that's both productive and doesn't involve waking up at 5am. Thank you for your realness! You will score that Hollywood contract.
there is something so natural about this video. I've watched it at least 5 times this week and I keep coming back to it... amazing work. Not sure whats new, but keep doing more of it

Slowing down the output for one video every week or two weeks is a great idea man! Looking forward to your next cinematic projects, and never give up on the dream!
I like the musical choices in your videos. They’re much more catchy and unique than the horrible dubstep or chillhop that’s overused in so many videos.
My man, stick with you dream, I'm 40, 2nd career, selling cars, and finally building actual wealth, my goal is by the time I'm 50 to do whatever I want the rest of my days. You are a great story teller, I have no doubt one day I'll be watch films that you made on the big screen. I ain't takin no cold showers though. Haha.

I try finishing every UA-cam video i come across before it gets out of hand. I plan to draw daily, I look at various art projects and animations and analize character's composition, because I'm shit at backgrounds, which I'll work on later. I exercise every chance I get, because being lazy here means being unfocused and groggy. I want to study Danish, as well as to get better at English, learning new words and complex sentences. I usually take a walk or go for a run, I have no fixed schedule, quite busy as of late, but when I'm not, I challenge myself to complete my list of things for the day. I would write in journals extensively, both regular paper and a blog, would love to write some more. I don't like driving early to work because of the bad weather, but working gets me to be among people which gets me going, and I like working no matter how hard it is, I just embrace it, as long as it has reasonable pay, it's fine by me - I have some bad experience with factories.

Also your father have great Jaw line wonder what did he Chew back in India.
I appreciate your honesty dude. Life has its challenges but its always refreshing to hear, besides the GaryVee Bee just buzzing one to keep work, that you still have a normal life after that. Be it looking on your phone, sluggish in the afternoon, or even mini moments of procrastination that may enter your routine (which all are some of the things I still go through and some more lol), they a minuscule to your total being. Thank you for your vids and keep on doing your best and being your awesome self. :D
Yoooooo!!!! I'm also at my most productive at midnight. I produce music from like 10pm- 1 or 2 am, only 3-4 hours because I get headaches from using computer too much. I would drink cofee and watch youtube for one hour and sleep at 3am. Then I'd usually wake up at 9 or 10 am, as if the start of my day is afternoon. Because I wake up late in the morning, I feel lethargic throughout the most of the day. So to avoid that feeling, I take baths after lunch right after I clean the kitchen. From like 2pm until dusk, I do household chores and search a lot of things in the web. Everything right before sunset until night, 6pm - 3am, would be my most energetic part of the day. Actually, I've been feeling unproductive enough, for I don't do a lot of tasks. The most exciting time for me is when I make music and be creative, but I still feel as if it's not enough and I need to do more things such as learning how to edit videos, write stories like I did last year, do programming, etc. etc. Despite my chosen art which is music, I still feel like something is missing or that I should be doing else more productive (perhaps earning money, lol). I feel like I'm running out of time. I'm 17 and in my country, I can't find a job yet until next year. Yeah whatever.
This isn't your "deepest" video but it might be one of my favorites. You keep it real and show you're still human and not a UA-cam robot. I know nothing about film making so to put this non-technically, the flow of this video was good, the scenes felt natural and not forced.
So honest, good job. Man, I take your idea of the most productive hours of the day even further. I don't check my email, I don't buy anything... All of that stuff is too addictive and takes too long, so I leave it until I am mentally drained. I am into whatever I consider my most important work within like 20 minutes of waking up. Also because my job is not mentally demanding but does start very early, I have to get up INSANELY early to do more important work (that is, not my job) BEFORE I head off and do stupid "job" work.
@@CaptainSinbad Oh I make up for it with laziness in other areas haha. In fact I am quitting chocolate as of today because I just can't handle myself. Your diet is amazing haha.

Regarding your last line about your dreams, please don't give up on your them. I understand that you need to have a job to pay the bills, but for anyone aspiring to be a Hollywood actor, you do have to live and breathe your craft. Thanks for keeping it real Sinbad! I too tend to look at my phone way too much in the early morning. Its also hard to not binge-study on UA-cam. Its a strange mix of feeling right and feeling like a dopamine spike. Your dopamine detox video is even funnier to me for that. "Damn dude, I really need to study the markets/how to be a better businessman". "Well don't be on youtube. You should sit in the corner and be sad instead. It'll give you that reboot you need". *Is sad in the corner for 15 minutes then goes on youtube anyway.* But hey, regardless of that my music is still playing. I appreciate your content bud. Cheers

*Is sad in the corner for 15 minutes then goes on youtube anyway.*
But hey, regardless of that my music is still playing.
I appreciate your content bud. Cheers
Appreciate your honesty in this video, a lot of gurus say something like they'll work 20 hours a day without stopping and it's not believable or relatable
