Hi, about you re wings nut and you re flat washers I welding mine together. I take a flat washer more thicker like 5mm. And I make small hold to the nut to put a spring locking pin.

Thanks for watching Brad, the AX-27 is the taller version, this one is the DX-27, a bit cheaper and doesn’t open as high . Plenty good for me though
