  • Lately, I have received a lot of questions about exercise for lean PCOS. In this video, I will go over some evidence-based guidelines for lean PCOS workouts. There isn't a ton of research on exercise for lean PCOS but one thing is clear: exercise does improve PCOS in lean people.

    It’s so hard to find good information on lean PCOS - so thank you! It took me five years to get diagnosed with both PCOS and pre diabetes because I didn’t fit the typical PCOS body type. Exercise has always been a struggle for me and I am really trying hard to find something that works for me. Does anyone else with PCOS struggle with exhaustion all day after working out (even just for 15 minutes of light strength training or 30 minutes of walking) - or is that specific to one particular type, or is it just me lol

      Maria yes exhaustion is a common complaint among women with PCOS. I have a video on that :-) however what you’re describing sounds a bit extreme. I would definitely talk to your physician about that. You could have another condition that is at work. Hypothyroidism is one that’s common among PCOS patients

    Nice, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
