    Just got here but instantly subscribed. I’m a lean PCOS girlie and it can be so hard to get validated and find good information because of not being overweight. I also have ADHD so my meds make it hard to feel hungry so I eat based on time not on feelings. I don’t get regular periods so it’s really hard

    I have pcod age 23 weight 36 don't get periods without hormonal pills should I take pills or leave it as it is don't get periods at all or any other natural way is there to get periods??? What is the correct treatment?

      Yeah u have to! Gluten is bad fr pol who have pcos or lean pcos

      There isn't any research to support the claim that everyone with PCOS needs to be on a GF diet. However, If you are sensitive to gluten, you should avoid it.
      I'd try eating a high-calorie diet of mostly whole foods and strength training 3-4 times a week to gain weight.
