That’s amazing, this one actually sounds more like a piano, I wonder why Roland doesn’t use this engine on the current models along side the “pure acoustic” on fp90x. This sounds way better, amazingly played 👏👏🕺🕺
The first piano sound has a nice character, Sounds a bit like an upright piano.

@@jonathanosborn4800 So since I left this comment I actually bought a V-Piano. There is truly something special about it that I believe hasn't been yet surpassed by either Roland themselves or Kawai's 'Rendered' pianos. It truly feels like an acoustic instrument under your fingers. The sound engine is so infinitely tweakable that you with some patience and skill you can make it sound both uncannily realistic and brilliantly open, airy and sparkling, in a way not possible on any other DPs I've come across.
The RD-2000 and Fantom 8 both lack the same finely tuned synergy between action and sound engine. If you get a chance to play an original V-Piano, don't judge it by the preset patches. It needs to be tweaked, and have the Evolution upgrade installed.
@@Nismology5I just got a Fantom 7. And I fully agree. I hope Roland will decide to update the V-Piano parameters, (heck, even implement their V-Piano Editor) in their Fantom series.
A bit too warm for me, but the most detailed and flavored piano sound I've heard in a digital piano
I loved mine when I owned one years ago.
I don't think anything has been produced that is as good? Not tried the kawai yet but I think I could be getting another v piano at some point
I enjoyed mine and do miss it! but eventually grew tired of the sound and got a Nord Grand which I’m much happier with. I suppose it is 12+ years old though!
The opening demo was really impactful on my mood. It’s not often a demonstration inspires me. Thank you for sharing!!

Eu tenho um desse, o primeiro que veio ao Brasil em 2009. Ainda em estado de novo. Grande piano! Ele tem 4 saídas p/ caixas/ monitores de referência para um perfeito som stereo.
