PRAGUE ASTRONOMICAL CLOCK: WHAT IS THE BIG CONTROVERSY?
This video takes a look at the recent row that has erupted over the Prague astronomical clock. Purists and historians are up in arms about the changes to the calendar dial that were done by the Czech painter and restorer Stanislav Jirčík in 2018. Jirčík was commissioned to do a copy of the original Calendar dial or board, by the Czech painter Josef Mánes originally completed in 1866; however, after four years, it has to come to light that Jircik’s new version often bears no relationship to the Mane’s original - and people are outraged. This video addresses the changes and also looks at some of the other major changes to the clock that have happened over the last 600 years- since, it is not the first time, that significant changes have been made to the clock.

Yes. Because Britain and Germany agreement signature Germany could take back German teretory Sudet land and part from Poland. Than Zionist Jewish leaders convinced England and France to go and declare war to Germany for exchange created Israel. So Britain and France declared war to Germany. That's how started World War 2. All because of Zionists just like today we will have World War 3. US and England are run by Zionist Lobies. All creating only destruction. Wake up people !

Finally, a well put together video about this topic! I heard that had he invented his contact lens in a capitalist country, he'd become one of the top10 richest ppl in the world. So, today, i asked ChatGPT about it. Otto Wichterle, the inventor of soft contact lenses, developed this groundbreaking product under challenging circumstances in Socialist Czechoslovakia. His invention became revolutionary in vision correction, but due to the economic and political climate, he did not directly benefit financially. Instead, his patents were sold to companies like Bausch & Lomb, which brought the lenses to the mass market in the USA starting in 1965. Within a decade of commercialization, the soft contact lens market had grown substantially. By 1975, the industry was generating hundreds of millions of dollars annually in the United States alone, driven by the popularity of the lenses due to their comfort and ease of use compared to rigid lenses. The growth continued over the following decades, with the global market reaching billions in revenue as technology advanced and manufacturing scaled up【5】【6】【7】. Had Wichterle been able to patent and retain royalties in a capitalist environment like the USA, it is plausible he could have amassed substantial wealth, potentially ranking among the wealthiest individuals of the time. For comparison, inventors and entrepreneurs in analogous fields who capitalized on global healthcare innovations, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, often became multimillionaires or billionaires. However, reaching the "top 10 richest" status globally would depend on factors like equity stakes, licensing terms, and the speed of market expansion【5】【6】. Given the trajectory of the contact lens industry, the assertion that Wichterle could have joined the wealthiest ranks is plausible but would depend on specific business and legal arrangements that did not exist in his context. His invention undeniably revolutionized the field of ophthalmology, leaving a legacy far beyond his financial situation.

He is called a Good King because of his deeds - that made him a good KIng - and, he was, afterall, a christian that brought christianity to the Czech lands. The piousness of Wenceslas is captured in the last stanza of the song: Therefore, Christian men, be sure Wealth or rank possessing Ye, who now will bless the poor Shall yourselves find blessing.

Bohemian time and commencement of a day at sunset was not 'adopted' from Italy. The sole source for a day starting at sunset is the Judaistic version of creation where it was declared a day started at sunset. Judaism continues to practice the tradition, particularly in regard to the sabbath, and preceded Italy by millennia. So almost but not quite.

I think people find it uninteresting because we have been taught that the earth is a globe. For the few who have come to uncover the lies and how the mazzaroth/ zodiac rotates above us, the clock is fascinating as it reveals the truth that has been and continues to be hidden from us.

Anyone who believes this clock was made in the 1500s hasn't done any research of the past..I'm now certain a previous civilization built this clock and our present world simply inherited it from the ppl that did build it.. Also this clock only works when applied to a stationary, non-rotating, flat plane as mentioned in earlier comments.. Research Jon Levi on YT for lots of supporting evidence & proofs.. Research mud flood also and orphan trains in Europe and the US.. the history we've been thought isn't even close to reality but watch and you be the judge..

The subtlety of the original was lost, the subtlety in both color shifts and anatomy. The only thing I do like is the addition of the dog. That said, he was chosen for the work and paid for the work. All things change. For example, I prefer a zodiac dial with the animals instead of the symbols. Things simply change and modernize. It is a marvel indeed that the clock is still operational and still so wondrous to behold.

The Soviets only declared war on Japan after the bombing of Hiroshima on August 8th, 1945. A cynical, Machiavellian move by Stalin to grab as much land in Manchuria and Asia from the Japanese as they could. He'd assembled a million-man army for the big land grab over the now defeated Japanese , while the USSR had made no contribution to ending the War. So...when you say the US "didn't need the Soviets", that's like Monday morning quarterbacking, especially with all the blood which had been spilled by Americans over the grueling Pacific campaign. The USSR didn't offer to help, did they? Stalin let the US (and Australia, NZ, Indian, Chinese, Filipino, and other allied forces) do all the hard work with not even a token contribution. Considering that the Nazis had surrendered earlier, the USSR clearly had the capacity to offer a real, if belated, contribution.
