Happy JPR Friday!! Which Elite Four member is your favorite?
WILL !!!!! HES SO SILLY I LOVE HIM FOR THAT
Flint 🔥
I’m pretty fond of Drake. The Old Sea Dog archetype will always be cool.
Karen & Drake. I like Drake since he has a pseudo before a champion with a different pseudo, & Karen's great attitude makes a good character, I kind of wish she has used a Tyranitar before facing Lance, but she's still good
Rika
Bruno using two onixs when primape and poliwrath are right there is still peak example of why gen 1 balancing is absolute mess
Actually it's pretty well done when you remember that generation 1 elite four was supposed to be a boss rush..... So you were supposed to face boss after boss and constantly lose PP and pokémon and waste items...
So they weren't supposed to be that good individually but actually take you down as a group and weaken you until you reach Blue...
@@TheDeathmailThat would make sense if items weren't easy enough to buy.
@@iloveiceberglettuce Onix really needs a fighting type evolution if Game Freak is going to stubbornly insist on keeping his Onix. Also Bruno did use a Poliwrath in the Let’s Go games.
I think Kanto's E4 is supposed to be dual-typed in some way. Lorelei is Ice-Water, Brunto is Fighting-Rock, Agatha is Ghost-Poison and Lance is Dragon-Flying. Or at the very least, the non-Fighting types didn't have enough Pokemon to fill out a whole team, so they added other fitting Pokemon and gave Bruno two Onixes _(which fit his aesthetic pretty well)_ to match the other three.
It’s like Game Freak didn’t know well their Pokémon. Why doesn’t he use a Golem instead of two Onix?
A funny thing about Bruno i remember a video where someone used every Pokemon to defeat him and almost the entire dex succeeded!
Poor guy 💀
Found the vid, there is a part 2
cna you put the video's link?

“People actually tried to cancel me on Twitter”
You have to understand that those are literal children on that site and you should not care.
a lot of them aren't physically kids that's the sad part their heads just stuck there.
Children, Bots, and Adult Children.
@@cin2110 What makes it worse is the sheer volume of children in the bodies of adults that flood twitter with toxicity. It's the biggest reason I don't use twitter.
@@cassowary1817So children and bots basically.
I'm still confused on how Twitter has any value for anyone except companies using it as a medium to convey a message that news sites then relay to the people.
10:33 you ain’t gonna believe this… but Steven’s rematch in Oras also has Carbink for whatever godforsaken reason
He loves gems.
Car Car Binks
AND IT'S GOT A FULL OFFENSIVE MOVEPOOL WITH 50 IN OFFENSIVE STATS q_q
You are telling that the man whose entire personality is rocks and jewels, is using a jewel pokemon that always associates with him. Groundbreaking
steven loves rocks
Fun Fact: we still dont have a grass, electric or normal type elite four members
I'm hoping we get them in the next gen
normal type member should be the players mom
@@Mrr-Chezz That would be amazing.
@@Mrr-Chezz
You saying my mom is mid?
@@revolvingworld2676 You do realise you're also calling Norman (dad) mid too?
Malva is my favorite E4, more for the potential she had in her Team Flare role over her E4 battle. Like, the manga goes more into it, but with also being a newscaster, she uses her job to control the flow of information in the region, and runs cover-ups for Flare. But all we get in the games is one hint to this.
That's awesome! ❤
Team flare in the manga is an absolute menace they control the news ,banks ,companies ,the police .Not to mention spies everywhere.I love the chilling line one of the admins has that’s like:trying to control the kalos region? We already do.
Not to mention, in the manga, she hates Diantha with a passion (I think it's because she thinks Diantha has had an easy and successful life as an actress, I'm not sure), she actually manages to find and catch Yveltal, and when she feels that Lysandre doesn't give her the respect she deserves, she plans on offing him as soon as the team's goal is achieved.
@@wikiuser92 I thought part of it was she was attracted to Lysandre, but he had feelings for Diantha, and eventually, she got so fed up with this that her love for him turned to resentment, and a desire to kill him because of the indignity she felt he was inflicting on her.
I'm definitely glad the manga does her significantly more justice than the games did.
@@13CrystalHeart Now that I think about it, yeah, that was it. Thanks for putting it into words.
Yeah, I was actually pretty sad that Rika’s team was so easy to beat…even in the rematches at Blueberry Academy. I ADORE her ‘Loving but No Nonsense, Tomboy older sister’ vibes her character gives off.
It would be cool if the elite four later on specialize not only in types but also strategy like having a speedster team or a bulky hard hitting team.
That would be more interesting honestly, and it would make more sense. Having them mostly be type specialists is kind of silly considering they’re supposed to be the top trainers in the region, like really? Agatha 2nd/3rd strongest trainer in Kanto? She loses to any remotely fast Pokémon that has the move psychic, a TM move that some dude in saffron city is just kind of giving away to people.
They kinda attempted that with Raihan and failed miserably.
They needed to be this ever since like Gen 3. They aren't gym leaders. Make them mechanic based.
@nickdentoom1173 Yeah but that's because they wanted to have everything and nothing.
If they had focused on one weather proper and gave him some proper dragons, it could have worked very well.
Or don't do weather at all, since you can counter it very easily...and tried something else.
Depends what you mean by "Worst," because... Malva openly admits to having been a member of a criminal gang that tried to kill nearly every person in the world.
So she's morally terrible... and also really incompetent for admitting that. 😂
Yeah that always bewildered me. It's like "WHY IS EVERYONE OKAY WITH THIS??"
It's almost like people will like someone, fictional or not (fictional is more understandable though) if a lot of things have happened in their lives.
"They did a lot in life and have interesting stories to tell, that's why I like them!"
Lots of people don't have moral compasses, but instead have moral metronomes. Pun kinda intended? 😂
@@mrsnatural2368FR, she should've been arrested by Looker
@@mrsnatural2368 Honestly, that happened a lot in X/Y. At one point Lysandre's just outright saying how he wants to commit genocide in public and nobody cares, it's so bizarre.
@@commonviewer2488 being fair, that does come up in Pokemon Masters.
Only reason Looker doesn't and has to stay quiet is because Team Flare took lessons from their manga counterparts.
When you just noticed the Unovian elite four additional Pokemon are all Pokemon that gain mega evolutions foreshadowing gen 6.💀
...oh
that's quite something
Very much a coincidence
@@DanielPereira-ey9nt yeah, probably
@@DanielPereira-ey9ntI doubt that. That much of a coincidence is highly unlikely. Plus Gamefreak does stuff like that all the time to tease new stuff.
Know what's cool. The Unova elite 4 has a perfect square of type advantages:
Shauntal beats Caitlin.
Caitlin beats Marshal
Marshal beats Grimsley
Grimsley beats Shauntal (and Caitlin but lets ignore that for now).
It’s Bruno, that’s why we don’t talk about Bruno.
No, no, no~
It’s a sad detail that Chuck only uses the 2 Kanto fighting types that Bruno refuses to use
They did that on purpose.
Bruno did get a Poliwrath on his team in Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee however but they stubbornly insist on keeping his Onix. Then I realized Game Freak should introduce a fighting type evolution for Onix to deal with this problem for good.
@@Mario87456 The Onix is a remnant from when he was Brock 2.0.
@@TheTakato122 Is that so? What is your proof?
@@Mario87456 I made it up.
I love Rika, but man, did I absolutely wipe the floor with her when I battled her in Scarlet.
I kinda like Poppy more, not in terms of strength, but bc my Skeledirge 1v6'ed her entire team. Literally any strong fire, fighting, or ground type murders her team solo
0:13 OMG I use that exact same Xenoblade Chronicles wallpaper and font for my phone, Too!
BASED
BTW Rika’s entire team doesn’t have a single Pokémon with a BST over 500.
For real? Ouch. That poor woman, she is so cool, but so bad.
At least she isn't "la Prima" who has good pokemon but uses them poorly
@@quinnholloway5400 At least she actually learn for her rematch.
Why are ppl such simps for Rika? She sucks
Good god, I thought you were kidding about the Rika part. And then you immediately clarified it did, actually, happen. That's mind-blowing.
I *HATED* Rika’s interview minigame (if you could even call it that). It’s just an arbitrary watered-down memory game that only wastes the player’s time and patience.
There’s nothing fun or enriching or engaging about it from a gameplay perspective and it doesn’t hype you up for the battle ahead. It brings everything to a grinding halt and only accomplished making me look forward to absolutely clobbering her team for wasting my time. I think Pokémon fans are just too obsessed with her design, which is nice don’t get me wrong, that they’ll willingly ignore everything else no matter how *bad* it really is.
Honestly aside from her design I hate everything about her. That interview thing wasn’t just pointless but a hinderance.
@CesarR1037 Exactly! The only way I could see this kinda working was if the interview, depending how the player answers, directly influenced the Elite Four battles such as the order in which you face each member, stat buffs/stat nerfs at the start of each level, different battle conditions for each member, etc.
That would be expecting too much from GameFreak though 🙄 This interview combined with the queen of mediocrity that is champion Geeta easily made this the worst Elite 4 challenge of all time and that’s saying something with how low the bar is currently
Do you have the attention span of a toddler it literally lasts like one minute gosh
@toastisity I dunno. Did you seriously just give a like to your own comment?
@@Internetpurge he’ll say no. But we know the truth.
I had to reset on Aaron because his dustox kept using double team, and couldn't hit it. And it couldn't kill my team, so I had to restart my ds.
13:56 Rika is like Clodsire to me. I get the hype I guess but not to the point where there are people who get pissed at you for daring to say anything not in their favor. They truly are a perfect duo.
That’s Twitter for ya. Terminally online people with mental health problems galore.
I remember when I got called by a certain angry Smash streamer that played S/V (what they first came) when I thought she was mid (at first) for lacking boobs………..and then preceded to call my taste “trash” when I literally never name dropped anyone else like Karen, Sonia, Wicke, or Melony.
That was a funny moment
And the most ironic thing about this streamer is that he thinks Clodsire is ass and fugly 😂
Rika fanclub sounds pretty crappy
Why am i not shocked that people on Twitter, of all places, are defending Rika to death, even when somebody is only making an objective observation to her in-game fight? 😒
I like the fact that she's more flat-chested, because it adds more variety. regardless of what people think about it. But that part shouldn't matter at all tbh.
"Good evening everybody, good evening, it's JPR."
mildly cursed ngl
Good afternoon would've been even more cursed.
Bruno is historically a walking L and Aaron's Diamond and Pearl team is just embarrassing
What do you mean? Beautifly and Dustox are S-tier pokemon!!
Should’ve been a Lairon
In the originals, maybe. BDSP? Hell no.
Funniest thing is if you look at the smogon tiers for their respective gens Aaron is actually not nearly as bad as some of the E4 members of other regions. He’s only bad by Sinnoh standards
You done messed up, A-a-ron!
11:28-11:32 What makes that even worse is that Olivia has the type advantage over Kahili.
5:10 All I'm say is I'll take a diverse team over Surf/Earthquake fodder any day even if it was a result of a bad Pokedex. DP Flint benefitted from the limits.
Too bad Steelix is also weak to Water, and Drifblim is weak to Rock, so they aren't even covering for the weaknesses
And I think the fridge page of diamond/pearl/platinum explained why his team is like that
@@shadycactus7896 That's fair but at least there's a chance you might have to switch once or twice. You're pretty much safe with whatever single type weakness you have for him in Platinum. I guess Volkner is a somewhat better showcase of this with Octillery and Ambipom not overlapping weaknesses. Too bad those Pokemon are kinda bad.
@@shadycactus7896 The problem with Flints team is that aside from Lopunny, Hippowdon kinda walls his team all by itself (Depending also if you run Rock move/Crunch/Ice Fang) on it, due to his team not having a solid counter to Ground types.
Like, the only potential one is Rapidash, but he sends it out first, meaning Rapidash needs to spent a move setting up Sunny Day, but then gets destroyed by Earthquake anyways, due to its piss poor phyiscal defense.
Steelix also knows Sunny Day, so flipping Steelix and Rapidash, makes Flint more of a threat than he actually is now. However, Flint still isn't the worse Elite 4 member in Sinnoh, thats Bertha (Flint is a close second though, since Aaron and Lucian have counters too their weaknesses)
Larry was honestly challenging, when i saw him i thought: " Oh, i rembember you, you are the normal type gym leader, let me put my fighting type on first slot"
It was not easy from there 😅
the best part is how his ace does foreshadow the second type
It’s pretty hilarious that Bruno is so bad in RBY, and for an encore, he’s brought back in GSC and is still terrible. Poor guy can’t catch a break, but what do you expect when you bring Onix along and expect to do anything? It’s just as bad as Aaron settling on Dustox and Beautifly or Koga bringing an Ariados. Weak early game mons that can’t hold up to the pressure the late game brings to the table.
Jpr should have waited 12 minutes to record this video, then it would have actually have been the morning technically.
congratulation to drasna for being a dragon type elite 4 In the generation FAIRY WAS REALEASED EVERYONE GONNA HAVE A FAIRY TYPE ITS WAS BRAND SPANKING NEW!
Scientists are still looking for reasons that Bruno have an Onix.
Anyways if they learn from the mistakes of BDSP. It’d be cool if in remakes of Black and White, Grimsley got a Kingambit.
Rika and Grimsley still look pretty good looking in the thumbnail.
I pray to every god and goddess that the remakes aren't just like bdsp
But the chibi designs would make for a good plushie
Fighting is weak to Flying, which is weak to Rock perhaps?
Game Freak needs to give Onix a fighting type evolution if they aren’t going to have Bruno stop using Onix.
@@Mario87456 Or fighting type moves
10:40 carbink isnt just a Pokémon that appears on an elite four members team, it’s also a Pokémon that appears on a champions team(look at Steven’s Oras rematch, he actually has one)
Think the E4 of the first two generations are officially known as the Indigo Elite Four these days now if Pokemon Masters EX is anything to go by, makes sense since in both gens you do fight them at Indigo Plateau
The Kanto Elite 4 would have been a lot more threatening if Bruno was replaced with a normal type specialist

God, I forgot about Aaron til you showed his vespiquen. That monster I SWEAR gave me NIGHTMARES.
At least Houndoom & Magby are available in the Grand Underground before the National Dex in Shining Pearl, so BDSP aren't too shabby on Fire Types *the* *player* can pick from. Even Snorunt, as well as Swinub, from Platinum & Weirdly enough, Smoochum, are the additional Ice Types. If BDSP did *something* right, it had to be the extra Non-DP Dex Additions in the Grand Underground before the National Expansion. So, Aaron, has answers for Fire Types, Flint's Drifblim is a headache, Bertha tried & Lucian shows his true power.
Now I need the best elite four members video
14:39, funny you say that, my final team in Scarlet had both a Garchomp and a Mudsdale.
Now I'd like to see how you rate all the champions against each other XD (particularly if you factor in their rematches)
I can imagine how wild of a video that would be since there are just so many factors in place for each Champion.
(also now we need a Best Elite Four Member for every region XD)
I actually agree with you on Raihan. Bede and hop have more diversity, and thus, pose more of a challenge. This is the one example I can think of where the Gen V+ good AI backfires on someone.
I feel like it’s kind of wild to bring up kids using just their starters as a difficulty point for gen 4 but call Karen weak.
She has a tanky umbreon lead with sand attack, confuse ray, and mean look and then if you make it to vileplume it might just also paralyze you on top of it before you even make it to the rest of her actual team.
She absolutely can crush casual players who aren’t ready for death by a thousand annoying papercuts and should get legit credit for it.
Great video! I have to point out though that your phone wallpaper is sick
Imagine some twitter gremlins trying to weaponize cancel culture all because a poketuber criticized their low tier waifu.
a waifu that looks like a man
5:56 Is that the Goat Hokage?
There is one thing you forgot to consider about the two of the Paldea's Elite Four that is kind of important... Poppy is unreasonably skilled for how young she is and if her team is a bit weak? Are you shocked? She's that strong that young and makes Rika look even weaker in contrast. Got to give the kid props where she deserves it.
7:38 I still can’t get over flame orb conkeldurr 😭 (I’m very bias for Grims😭 don’t mind me)
I did a mono type run as Grimsley. The UNOVA ELITE FOUR!!! And I had fun with that. Also the thumbnail of Grimsley begging for spare change made me laugh so hard.
And yes Grimsley is my favorite elite four member.
I would have had the two gym leaders you didn't fight in the Galar gym battles be Elite Four.
Haven't seen the whole video But I try to comment this on many videos I watch.
The Kalos E4 is EXTREMELY Underrated!
THE CASTLE! THE CHAMBERS! THE CUTSCENES! - Those 3d cutscenes were AWESOME
The Kalos E4 IS the best in terms of the actual building AND has a BANGER Champion theme. the E4 music is great. Kalos might have my overall fav soundtrack!
A list of reasons why Kalos is my GOAT!
the building and atmosphere only get them so far though.
Its the same for me but they definitely deserve better, especially Malva since her team is fairly easy to counter and tragically doesn’t have much to cover her weaknesses.
It’s not like Talonflame is a bad Pokémon by any means but apart from Brave Bird and Flare Blitz, it’s nothing special.
And sadly, I feel bad for Rika because she’s very popular but its unfortunate that her team is underwhelming and could of chose something other than Camerupt, why not have a ground elite four member with Garchomp and Krookodile please!! 🫠🤷🏻♀️
While I love Rika’s team on an aesthetic level, for having many Pokémon you wouldn’t normally see on a high ranked trainer’s team, I agree that it was her undoing in terms of challenge. She’s the only Paldea E4 member I didn’t lose any Pokémon to😅
I remember having SO MUCH trouble with Rika. I can’t remember why exactly, but it was probably because my team wasn’t properly equipped to deal with ground types. But either way, that got me freaked out because this was only the FIRST of the Elite Four and I had so much trouble. I was terrified.
Enter Poppy. I Torch Songed her entire team. She had one opportunity to end me with her first Pokémon, Copperajah, which I couldn’t take out in one hit, but she chose to set up Stealth Rocks. Jokes on her, I had no plans on switching out.
I think that Aaron would be better if he was released in a gen with tera cause imagine tera bug drapion with x-scissor
13:58 And sadly its not because of anything to do with her actual character, team or anything. Hint: its the same reason why Penny fans can be lunatics too.
Funny enough at the mention of Sidney’s Sharpedo running Poison Fang to cover Fairies I looked at the Fairy types to be covering against in the ORAS Pokedex. If he ran Waterfall instead of either Aqua Jet or Slash so he had two moves that went to 120 after stab…Azumarill and Mega Altaria are the only ones Poison Fang hit harder
I love that thumbnail so much
For X&Y, Siebold was really funny. I had a Heliolisk with Dry Skin and it soloed his fight, never taking any damage.
I just feel bad for Bruno, as one of the people who actually likes him. He could have just been given the other two fighting types, but they gave him two Onix. The Onix line are my favorite Pokemon, which I guess colors my opinion a bit.
The saddest part is that even ignoring his rematch teams he did buff things up a bit over the years, and heck, even being able to evolve his Onix kind of helped. But fans don't seem to care if a trainer actually improves. That, and for whatever reason Gamefreak mostly insists on keeping an Onix on his team.
If they ever do another PWT, I hope there's an E4 division and Bruno gets an even more cracked team.
I kind of find it baffling that Bruno (both in Kanto and in Johto) still keeps around an Onix (not even evolving it into Steelix in the Johto games when ya first fight him) in non-rematch teams, the dudes at Gamefreak and the Pokemon Company must really love to keep things traditional (or really wants Bruno to keep a rock to throw at birds) cuz bro, Onix at that point in the game (late game) exists only to be exp fodder for water and grass mons.
Well I figured out an easy solution to the problem of Bruno having an Onix. Why not give Onix a fighting type evolution? I am surprised Game Freak hasn’t done that yet.
While many of Bertha's pokemon are pretty easy to deal with, I do appreciate that she has a counter for water and grass in wishcash and gliscor, and gliscor especially can be pretty dangerous with its elemental fang attacks
Me: *sees thumbnail* ...Don't do it....Don't you do it! Don't you even THINK about grilling our queen Rika!
9:52 as someone who completed ultra sun but never got a chance to play base sun or moon, I knew this
I honestly believe the the worst elite 4 (overall) goes to Alola's. Why did Gamefreak think it was a good idea to have the island kahuna's be E4 instead of just making new characters that were previous Island challenge champions? They had a second chance to correct their mistake in USUM but they didn't bother
Why yes I finished Ultra Sun, and yes I knew that fact
I think itd be neat if you could run into elite 4 and gym leaders in the post game open world, where they have their personal, non-themed teams.
To be fair Rika is the one who makes most of the bureaucratic work of the E4 given how Larry already is the league's construction consultant and Hassel also works as the school's Art teacher. Geeta needs her working there.
Glacia also has Sheer Cold on her Walrein. I'd say I've heard enough "horror stories" about her ruining nuzlockes with this one move to justify her not being chosen as the worst, especially when Sidney exists.
On some 3rd Gen runs, I have one pokemon fight each of the 6 pack trainers of Wally, the Elite Four, and the Champion.
In Sydney's case, I have my Linoone solo his entire team.
Pretty much agree on all of these with pretty good explanations.
When I took on Koga in my heartgold replay, I was appalled at how easy it was to beat him. I get that most of his pokemons' movesets revolve around his theme of being a tricky ninja. However, that doesn't excuse how terrible his team is designed.
7:49 Pour one out for Grimsley, he deserved a much better team....
I actually struggled with Rika...
Mostly because half my team is weak to Ground and the other half is weak to Rock. I added a Veluza because of her.
Your music choice is based as hell, ranging from Persona to Xenoblade, JRPG music all the way!
My favorite gym leader was Drake in Pokemon Emerald. Just imagine this one intimidating pirate with a bunch of dragons.
10:47
Sand gives a 50% Sp.Def boost to Rock types, not 30%
The E4 of Paldea are connected to the academy you attend, they’d be like teaching staff too (Hassel actually being your Art teacher) as part of the extra curricular activity to pursue becoming a Champion-rank. They would be like a final exam.
Rika being the weakest? Well, one of them has to be in order to build up to the final boss. Yet she does still come prepared with Ground and Water types that have abilities that would result in gaining HP like Water Absorb and Sap Sipper should you think that those moves should be enough to take down her Pokémon. And when you first go in, you don’t know what type she uses if you didn’t use a guide. You have to figure that out on your own. The outfits aren’t enough to give away what sort of Pokémon they train unless you spot a clue among them like how people realised Larry’s tie gives away the Flying Trainer role.
Even if you think a Grass type would be enough to take down Clodsire, unless they’re faster, she can still have him use Poison moves.
Since gen 8 Carbink shouldn't get underestimated anymore. Since it gets iron defense and body press, which is a pretty dangerous combination, it can boost its physical bulk quite a bit and output solid damage as well, and given most steel type moves are physical, it might well survive a 4x effective iron head depending on the attacker. Without body press though... Carbink's best use is probably to just set up stealth rock which - normal Pokémon gym leaders and such basically never do except *very* few exceptions
At the end of the day BW Elite 4 Battle Music is the best of the lot
Using Persona music as background music? great choice ngl
Funnily enough, Rika was the only elite four member I had trouble with. Granted, my team had no ground coverage so that might be the only reason.
Keep it up on your work and this video and channel
I love this video and channel
Thanks you for your video and channel
I love Pokemon all franchise
1:22 First TWO generations. In Gen 3 it begun to be a decent type, with things like Medicham, Blaziken or Hariyama with actual attacks instead of whatever they tried to pass as fighting moves in gen 1 and 2. Sure, it wasn't until Gen 4 that it became a really good/top tier type, but it was already decent in gen 3.
I imagine Bruno was a lot harder of a fight before they decided to make Onix Brock's ace. From my understanding of what's been confirmed, Onix's stats were more fitting of its appearance in early stages of development, but they needed a fully-evolved rock-type for Brock and needed to nerf its stats so that it wasn't too hard.
I actually found a very useful way to take out Poppy’s Tinkaton in a few turns. What you need are a few Revives and Full Restores and a Garganacl with Sturdy and Salt Cure. Send out Garganacl on the turn Poppy sends out Tinkaton and have it use Salt Cure. Garganacl will survive the first hit from Tinkaton thanks to Sturdy. The added effect that Salt Cure gas on Steel Pokémon will start taking away a significant bit of HP each turn and on the second turn Revive or fully heal the Pokémon that you want to use next.
Or, you know, just be good at the game so you don't need to use healing items during battles.
or just oneshot her with a fire type
Ok, I hate to say this, but am I the only one I’m the Pokémon fandom that thought Rika was a guy at first? I mean, i thought Grusha was a girl at first, but at least they told us in his debut trailer. Rika had no info on her until you started to play the game. Great video by the way, looking forward to the best elite four member video next. By the way, are you planning to do a best type for paldea video anytime soon? I’ve been trying to figure out which type is the best on my own, and all I got so far is fairy having a good number of wins, and almost nothing being able to take it down. I would really love to see if you’ve got anything better. Maybe I’ll subscribe to your channel if you make that video a reality.
Nope, you weren’t. There are still people who see Grusha and Rika and are surprised to learn they’re not as they seem at first glance.
I was among them too. But my opinion of them didn’t change.
Me: *sees Grusha* She’s cute!
Official site: He was a pro snowboarder in the past.
Me: He’s cute!
Me: *sees Rika* He looks cool!
Hassel: This young lady is Rika.
Me: She looks cool!
@@tranatkikomi6873 I can see why some people ship them together sometimes because of this.
The interesting thing about Sword and Shield is that in a narrative sense the actual Elite 4 are the Player and their 3 Rivals, Hop, Marnie, and Bede. Though Marnie and Bede are the only two to follow the mono-type rule.
Would have been fun to rank the BB League Elite 4 as well, since they are by far the hardest except maybe BDSP.
5:33 A very Quag moment.
8:56 Actually, the only other move Pyroar learns that's super effective against Water is Solar Beam (I don't think there's a way to set an NPC Pokémon's Hidden Power type).
The weird thing about Bruno is that he has access to a full team of fighting types, but for whatever reason is programmed with two onix.
Happy JPR Friday
I"m fully aware that Rika is the weakest E4 in Paldea, losing to an actual toddler in term of strength. But the fact that she use a Clodsire as an ace has earned my upmost respect to try for the "weaker" 'mon
MY BOIII WIT THAT XENOBLADE WALLPAPER LESSS GOOOO
Hell, a well-trained Abomasnow wipes the floor with Bertha’s entire team.
Yeah, I can agree that Rika's team is bad, even though I love her and the Sire.
