The return of that bird back to her human mother was a touching moment. Love it!
I know that was my favorite part too. As soon as baby realized that she was home and that it was her momma, baby got all excited and just cuddling her. Super emotional.

That call from Baby when she recognised "Mum"! It was, in the nicest way, like listening to a dog whose owner has been away for some time and they get overexcited when they return. It's so heartwarming! I'm glad the birds there have someone special who cares ❤️

@@user-fe9vm1et9o I'm pretty sure @M Spears... isn't talking about everybody having a personal relationship with every wild animal. More to the point it's only humans that have the hubris to think that the whole planet belongs to them and believe they're own superiority above all other species.
It's thru observation, interactions and studies that people are finally realizing that many other species have complex emotions and relationships ... similar to humans, but humans are not the be all end all that we think we are.
Humans can be just as dumb as what people once thought animals were.
@@user-fe9vm1et9o but the hippo had been born in the wild. It didn't know that the human wanted to save him and hippis are very territorial. If you raise a hippo at the Early stages of their life they will get affectionate with you and never do you harm. This is the case for most mammals in genera

The way his little webbed feet paw you when you snuggle is sooooo cute, especially attached to those twiggy long legs :). I've never seen a flamingo act that way. I've never actually seen a flamingo interact with a human come to think of it. That was really cool. Keep up the great work, you are so lucky to have them as friends.

I've watched so many of these type of videos. Can't seem to get enough of them. This is definitely one of my favorite. There is something about a bird wanting snuggles that is so precious to me. I feel like it's such an honor when an otherwise wild animal allows a person that kind of affection and closeness. Super cool

When I see rescuers here and the care and love that they give to the animals, I realise that this is what we call pure selfless love. The way she said that she felt emotional after the bird flew away afterall its a wild animal was wonderful.
