40 years of internet?! Wtf?! I am 44, and the first time I even HEARD of the internet was the early 90s. Most people didn’t even have internet until the mid 2000s. I did not have a PC until 2006, and prior to that, I only had access to the internet at the library or a friend’s home computer with dial up. The internet has not been around for over 40 years. Half of my life was spent without it.
@@iamcasihart The person who made this comment probably just googled when the internet was invented (which was, in fact, 40 years ago) but didn't know that it didn't become available to the public until ten years later. And even then, I don't think that cat videos were much of a thing until UA-cam was invented over _another_ decade later.
Your really don't get cat videos until ~2000 so only about 20-25 years. Consider that most videos on the internet didn't come about until wide spread digital camera usage.

I think my favorite part of the clip is from 12:39 to 13:28 with the woman trying to incorporate her cats into her report. She tries a variety if different settings and positions but the cat always jumps down and leaves after she gets the first sentence out. Reminds me of the Looney Tunes.
The orange cat she had at first just seemed like it didn't want to be held. The brown/white cat definitely didn't like her newscasting voice: it was probably too loud (generally, cats don't like loud noises).
Would have been hilarious to get as far as she could, then reset with the cat to get the next as far as she could until her entire report is on video. With fifteen instances of the cat running off. Cat people would get the joke.
They certainly make it more fun to watch, but that isn't necessarily better. I mean, can you tell me what any of these newscasters talked about in detail or were you just watching the cats the whole time? Cause I was watching the cats.
every time mr panda is on the ground he’s screaming and whining for his owner, then the second he’s picked up he’s calm and happy. i’m in love lmao he’s so silly
I remember a nephew of mine brought a cat over to my parents' house and she grew very attached to my Dad. Dad had emphysema at the time and was sitting a lot in the living room chair breathing oxygen. He was in his last days and his health was very poor. The cat would always climb onto Dad's lap and curl up and he would always pet her while they'd watch TV together. She was the perfect companion for him. Dad passed away a few months later.
I believe owning a cat will make you a very patient person since they do test your patience real hard lol. Although they might be quite mischievous sometimes, I still can't consider a house without a cat a home. My cats are the reason why I am eager to go home and be at home^^
my cat did not try my patience.. he was charming and sociable, and dropped by to say hello often he was a large white fluffy cat with blue eyes, cross eyed and would have been very popular if i was a meteorologist !

The person who made this comment probably just googled when the internet was invented (which was, in fact, 40 years ago) but didn't know that it didn't become available to the public until ten years later. And even then, I don't think that cat videos were much of a thing until UA-cam was invented over _another_ decade later.
Your really don't get cat videos until ~2000 so only about 20-25 years. Consider that most videos on the internet didn't come about until wide spread digital camera usage.
😂 Ziggy closing the laptop and him trying to close the laptop is personal
I think that he wanted to rest directly on the warmth of the laptop, haha. He had no idea what the ramifications were. Of course, even if he did ... I'm sure he wouldn't care. Because that's Cat Psychology 101. 🙂

13:56 My cat once did the same 😂 I was watching vids in my laptop and she jumped on it and closed it. We had a staring competition for 2 minutes after that 😂
😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
You can always tell the character of a person by how they treat their pets in these kinds of situations. Happy to see a lot of them just vibing with their cats 😹
Truly so
6:23: thats my favorite one, because the cat looks both cute, confused and lovely at the same time.🤣
Such a cute and sweet looking kitty 💜
That jawline
“Why?” 😂
Probably fascinated by the bright lights lol
The cat has such pretty eyes ❤
5:50 I love her cat, his vacant stare later in the clip is so cute.
exactly 😂
To the guy near the end who not only wasn't embarrassed by his cat but made it central to the show, kudos!
I think my favorite part of the clip is from 12:39 to 13:28 with the woman trying to incorporate her cats into her report. She tries a variety if different settings and positions but the cat always jumps down and leaves after she gets the first sentence out. Reminds me of the Looney Tunes.
"You're using your work voice, I ain't having this" is what went through my head.
It has to be the cat's idea, and that... wasn't :D
The orange cat she had at first just seemed like it didn't want to be held. The brown/white cat definitely didn't like her newscasting voice: it was probably too loud (generally, cats don't like loud noises).
Sounds like her cats didn’t like her newscaster voice.
Would have been hilarious to get as far as she could, then reset with the cat to get the next as far as she could until her entire report is on video. With fifteen instances of the cat running off. Cat people would get the joke.
Cats make the news way better. We should've done reporting from home forever ago 😆😅
They certainly make it more fun to watch, but that isn't necessarily better. I mean, can you tell me what any of these newscasters talked about in detail or were you just watching the cats the whole time? Cause I was watching the cats.
Agree!
Not a single news story was as interesting as the cat that showed up in it.
Every pet, home news was the best thing this virus give to us.
“Now, from WCAT Headquarters in Mew York, this is the Daily Mews Report!”
"Don't make me call cat removal"
cat: "that's not gonna help you"
every time mr panda is on the ground he’s screaming and whining for his owner, then the second he’s picked up he’s calm and happy. i’m in love lmao he’s so silly
I love how everyone asks the cat “anything you want to add” 😂
I remember a nephew of mine brought a cat over to my parents' house and she grew very attached to my Dad. Dad had emphysema at the time and was sitting a lot in the living room chair breathing oxygen. He was in his last days and his health was very poor. The cat would always climb onto Dad's lap and curl up and he would always pet her while they'd watch TV together. She was the perfect companion for him. Dad passed away a few months later.
So sorry for your loss! My condolences 🌹!
RIP
Im sorry you lost your dad. I can relate, I lost mine to brain tumor. 😢😢😢
That kitty knew he needed some love❤
There are so many wonderful stories I have heard of cat's keeping the sick and dying company prior to passing. They are amazing animals.
I’m so sorry for your loss😢 I’m glad your dad had a sweet kitty for a companion in his last months!!❤️
I believe owning a cat will make you a very patient person since they do test your patience real hard lol. Although they might be quite mischievous sometimes, I still can't consider a house without a cat a home. My cats are the reason why I am eager to go home and be at home^^
I completely agree.
Me who owns a cat: you are completely correct lol.
my cat did not try my patience..
he was charming and sociable,
and dropped by to say hello often
he was a large white fluffy cat with blue eyes, cross eyed
and would have been very popular if i was a meteorologist !
@@chocho8036 this reads like short-form poetry
dogs test your patience more, a lot more. I own both. 2 dogs 4 cats.
Cats truly are connected to the human soul. This was so uplifting 😊
Cat dressed as sunflower 🌻🌻🌻 cone HAD ME WHEEZING 😂🤣😹😹😹
15:40 I love how he said it so seriously and professionally😂
3:45 That's my son, Otis. Wow, amazing mom! No hesitation calling the furbaby her son!
Right 😂
I loved that!
They are our children tbh it's probably how they see us as their parent cats.
Yes 😘❤
It's so wholesome the way everyone breaks into smiles and laughter the moment the cats appear ❤
I love Jason Adams and his cat Ninja. Jason doesn't stop, keeps on going but acknowledges his cat very smoothly, doesn't lose his composure, just like it's all part of the weather forecast and compliments Ninja at the same time. Love it! 🙏🏻👍🏻❤️
“Excuse me, I am trying to do my job”😂😂😂
@@myahitt1247 I can't stop laughing at that moment!🤣

"3,2,1"
Cat: "Action!"
8:45 Cat: "And cut!!"
😂😂😂
Love the Mr. Panda segment. The guy talking to him like a child. So funny and real. We all do it. Admit it!
Journalist: 3,2,1
Cat: Meow.
The slow decline of the woman's decorum AND sanity beginning at 12:37 has got to be the best physical representation of what it's like to own a cat that I've ever seen
> what it's like to own a cat
Did you mean "to be owned by a cat"?
I’m a music teacher teaching online. At first, I was really careful to keep my cat outside the office so she wouldn’t distract the kids. Then, I had a couple of students that had anxiety. I forgot to close the door one day and she hopped up. She helped my anxious students more than I ever could. They love her. She joins me now, whenever I need her. When the kids relax, she’ll hope down and go about her day.
That's really sweet
I LOVE Betty the weather cat channeling the NBC peacock from my childhood in the 1970's. Totally awesome!! She's a beauty!
The dude laughing and saying, "GOT 'ER" is an excellent addition 😂😂😂
