What, you’re not giving away the recipes for free after all that time and effort you put into perfecting the recipes for all of them and designing and executing an impressively scientific study? And then summarizing it all into a super helpful video? Just kidding! This is amazing and you deserve to be paid for all of your incredible work.
Oh the recipes are all for free in the video with the same quantities and method 😊 the guide is a plus if you’d like to have them written, pretty fair for 1/3 of what a coffee cost here 😂😂
I LOVE the format of this one. The vegan milkman, makin' deliveries! The outcomes were fascinating--shocked by the hazelnut milk, which I love, but find too assertive for general use--and the recipes easy and useful. Thanks for posting 🙂
I know you from Instagram! You've taught me so much and you put so much great effort into your work and video production. I can't wait for you to be famously known so you can make full impact! Also, I love your garden!
Fantastic work! I am truly grateful for your effort in sharing all this valuable information. I've always faced challenges when it comes to making oat milk, but now, thanks to you, I've found a solution!
From a price perspective, oat would win. It’s one of the plant milks that doesn’t separate in coffee. Other than overcoming sliminess, it’s also one of the easier to make at home. No cooking involved. And oats are acceptable for most people with food intolerances. Nice bland taste, too. So oats would win for me. Interesting work. Thanks.
Love it! Will try hazelnutmilk next time. Did you ever tried roasting the nuts before using them? Your 'dancing-english' accent makes it even more delightfull to watch 🤗🔥
My mom has severe food allergies, I'm going to try a few of the ones that are safe for here and see how it goes. I appreciate how easy this is to understand.
Hmmmm…have you experimented with sprouted nuts? I’ve been making milks but also sprouting a lot of my beans & nuts…curious how that would taste. Great video, thanks!
Olá, saudações do Brasil.
I just discovered you and I love your work. I suscribe. I have an electric soup maker, could I make plant milk in it? I would like to see the step by step. Greetings.
At last I'm able to watch the video! Yesterday when I got the notification and got redirected it said "this video is private" 😅 no idea what that was about
Do you ever make combination milks? I like oat most but it doesn’t have the protein of soy. And I have found that combining oat and soy to be really delicious. Your video has me thinking of adding hemp seed for the omega 3 fatty acids. Also do you prefer a particular milk for cooking?
Awesome video, really the best , most complete and most creative I've seen on plant based milk !!! What do you think of the new market on plant based milk maker ? Is it worth it or not ? Thank you for your content !
Thannnkssss, I m trying to produce in these days but strain phase Need so much effort ant time, and compared to your filters mine seems a lot slower. Can you tell where to find yours? Ciao grazie mille :)
Hey Tomaso! Very nice idea and execution! I think that your content is something that i can't find anywhere else, so for me your channel scores in authenticity and originality 10/10! Since plant milks can be very expensive at the supermarket, making them at home is incredibly convenient. But apart from taste, the nutritional profile of each is different. You know what would elevate this video even more for me? If you could provide the macros for each milk. I make my own soy milk sometimes since i want extra protein as a vegan athlete, but i don't know how much of the protein goes into the milk itself and how much stays in the okara. Could you give us the exact macro breakdown of each milk, especially those made of pulses, peas, beans etc? And something else. Homemade plant milks don't last more than 3-4 days in the fridge. So one has to repeat the same process every 3-4 days to have its own nutritious and tasty milk. But for those of us that don't have the time to do this, how can we preserve the milk for longer if we make a bigger batch of 2 and more litres every time? That could be a game changer for me if i could somehow have soymilk available for 10 days or more. Thank you and greetings from Greece!
She has a bunch of interesting content including "Will it Tofu?" & more related stuff such as homemade stuff from the dregs among others & thought you might find her stuff interesting

Glad you enjoyed it! 😊
Hazelnut milk is delicious, especially chocolate hazelnut milk! Thank you for sharing this video!
love it too ❤️
Amazing video. I would love to chip in to help fund more of these videos!
Sorghum and tigernut make amazing gf and allergy-friendly nutfree milks and both have enough protein to coagulate like soy.
I am so surprised you're not extremely well known with this level of quality!! Keep up 🩷
I appreciate that! ✨
He is pretty well known on Instagram!
Surprised you missed Pumpkin seeds! so good 😃
Next time!

Thank you so much glad you love the content 😊😊
I wanna try these, especially the flax milk. Everyone overlooks the enzymes, I am so happy you went the extra mile to include that.
Fantastic work! I am truly grateful for your effort in sharing all this valuable information. I've always faced challenges when it comes to making oat milk, but now, thanks to you, I've found a solution!
Thank you so much! Let us know how it goes ❤️🧩

Great rundown... and worth buying the recipes.

Hope it goes well 🌱
This was awesome! Thank you.
Thank you so much 😊
You're such a pro! How do you know about all secret tricks, like adding enzymes to break down the sliminess of the flax seeds?
Hmmmm…have you experimented with sprouted nuts? I’ve been making milks but also sprouting a lot of my beans & nuts…curious how that would taste. Great video, thanks!
Great job! What a comprehensive taste test! I also love poppy seed milk. 😊
Thanks so much! 😊
@@menschchef I appreciate the quality of your videos, that's incredible! I watch every single one of them!
This is such a great idea, and so much work to do them all! Well done!! 💖🙌

Fantastic video, thank you very much. I also like to mix the ingredients, so combinations are endless.

Hey do u have one for every plant based yoghurt
Hello chef, could you please tell me what do enzymes do the milk and how can we ensure the oat milk is thicker. TIA 😊
I just discovered you and I love your work. I suscribe. I have an electric soup maker, could I make plant milk in it? I would like to see the step by step. Greetings.
You're a G. Love the tats, Good looks
Glad you like them 👌🏼

I took it down as it was meant to be published at a different time 👌🏼

I do. Mostly nut mix to be honest 👌🏼

Thanks for the exhaustive feedback! I’ll keep it in mind for the next one 🧩
Thank you so much, it was really interesting ! I want to try them all haha ! What enzyme do you use for the oat milk ?
Both amylase and glocoamylase but I put a link on the description for a mix that’ll work just fine
U are god or wot!?
I've tried with oat milk, it didn't work. Do you have any tips? (Ihave nuts and soy intolerances)
? Did you try the enzyme method? What do you mean didn’t work?
👍🏻👍🏻💐
I love this video but found it a little difficult to follow your results at the end. Maybe bigger graphics would be helpful.
Thanks for the tip!
Have you by any chance heard of another user called Mary's Test Kitchen?
Nope 🤷🏻♂️
She has a bunch of interesting content including "Will it Tofu?" & more related stuff such as homemade stuff from the dregs among others & thought you might find her stuff interesting
I wish I knew what he just said.
What is the problem? How can I help?
This is all neat and stuff but none of them are REAL milk. Only dairy.
Came from instagram just subbed to your UA-cam channel I’m a big fan👏
Welcome to the channel ✨
