@@SublimeSynth nice! Yea this is a really solid delay pedal. Even without all the coop extra features, it’s just sounds nice and warm. I’ll probably keep this thing forever. I stopped using the pitch shifting pretty much all together because even though it sounds cool, it’s just too recognizable as a pedal. I’m not sure that’s a great thing or not. It just feels strange now when I hear it. That’s ok because it’s still straight up one of the best delays ever. This and the echo system (totally different beast for sooooo many reasons) are my favorite delays. Recently I’ve replaced the thermae on my board with the demedash t120 delux. That’s possibly the best delay pedal I’ve ever had. The modulation is perfect! Thanks for watching and taking the time to watch ☺️

I seem to have a knack for showing up late to a party but this is the best demo of the Thermae on the internet, in my humble opinion (I would argue it's even more meaningful than the almighty Knob's effort; blasphemy, I know).

Really really nice video. I do have a question though. Is there any way for me to sync up the sequences with my playing? Due to the fact that the sequences are not envelope triggered (I believe) the sequence does not start when I start to play. Additionally there is no indicator for how far I am into the sequence thus making it nearly impossible for me to know when to start playing.
Is it possible to hook it up to another pedal (something like a midi clock or some sort of midi controller) that triggers the sequence only when there is audio input?

The Thermae is a wild pedal (if you want it to be) but it also has some of the coolest modulation I've heard in a delay. Honestly, if I had to pick one pedal to get that BoC vibe, it would be the Zvex Instant Lo-Fi Junky. It's got great modulation and compression. That would be my go to pedal for that stuff. Thanks SO much for making this!! Starting to understand this after watching the vid 3x and reading the manual several times. Thermae seems nearly limitless in possibilities. The link by @jshimchi is broken. I'd love to read that info if anybody has a working link. Thanks again abunchofpedals!

Think of it as a pedal you don’t stomp on. Beyond that, they are as well made as any pedal I have ever owned...if stomping is your jam. I keep some on the floor, and for some, the hand is quicker than the stomp.

MCHiphopotamus lol, you felt that deep in your soul. I think it’s just the delay chips. It’s hard to get analog delay to sound super clear with massive delay times. This does get noisy... personally, I don’t mind, I thinking works perfectly for what I’m after. If I want prestige delay I’ll go either with the Echosystem or the Polymoon if I want something weird. What delays are you rocking?
