Hello Dr would you please tell me prevention in stroke patient I mean " don't sit under fan or air conditioner or don't take bath with tape water and so and so. Please do reply. Thanks Arif bangash from Pakistan.
Road To Recovery, Stage 7 Able to walk independently with walker. I can walk very slowly without it but my problem is I couldn’t let go of the assistive device due to fear of getting injured. 😢
I do practice walking by myself without an assistive device when my husband or daughter is around. When they are working, and I’m by myself, confidence issues kicking in. I practice walking by carrying my walker but still afraid to fall. Thank you for all your videos!
ROAD TO RECOVERY + STROKE STAGE 7 But i have numbness, tingling and burning sendation on my arm after ES and i think after overusing on my affected arm. Stroke date march 20, 2024
My husband had brain stroke 4 months running he can walk Allhamdulillah But his left hand has prblm He can't open his finger but he can close his finger... Plz tell me sir Which stage he is in? And which exercise has to be beneficial for him😢 Plz reply sir
good evening sir I got a stroke due to heart failure affecting my right hand I watching your video I think I'm on stage 4 or maybe 5 thank you so so much will continue watching your videos God Bless
I am adeel from Pakistan i had cerebellum stroke from 19 January since i am doing exercise my right hand is shaking while I am stage 6 give me some tips thank you
Road to recovery stage 4 probably I had a cerebellar stroke and brain surgery to remove part of the cerebellum on December 24, 2023. I also have MS so there are definitely some barriers or obstacles there. The stroke affected my right side. I walk at home without any assistance or aide but use a rollator when I’m out. I have full function of the right arm but it trembles or tremors when I try to do something. I’m left handed so I tend to ignore that hand. My question is there any exercise that I can do to make the tremor go away or less? This recovery has been the hardest thing I have ever had to do (and I had a difficult job as a 911 dispatcher) so my hats off to those that are ahead of me and behind me!
Hello sir, My mother went to the rehabilitation for two months then she stop giving her any therapy cuz she's not improve it and we live in the US now. My question is there any private rehabilitation that can accept cash or private insurance to start again from the zero?
I have left side weakness all movements is active. But numbness I can't feel feel the objects. What have exercise for that left upper and lower limb have same numbness I can't feel the object.
road to recovery stage 4 I had my stroke 7 months ago on my right side my shoulder still pain alot not many movement and my knee is weak when walking any advice thanks for your videos
Yes. There will still be improvement. You can ise a treadmill on slow speed and with somebody close by. Be conscious about how you take everystep to develop plasticity of the right way of walking
