Thank you for telling your story Antonio. I too am a hemorragic stroke survivor. Interesting to hear to you talk about your writing, I am still getting use to writing. Its a long road, but every day I feel like I am going in the right direction. Shared experienced is so important. 💚💙❤
Respect to you I'm 28 had ischemic stroke while in school at 27 this year thinking about how long it will take me to be okay makes me wanna tell my girl to be free i can't do even 5 years what I've been through it's too much and so uncertain
Thank you, Antonio for sharing your story. I can relate to your experience with fatigue. Recovery would be much better if fatigue would go away, eventually. I'm hoping it will still get better. Stay strong and keep on living life to the fullest.
Bille brate,i ja sam proživio ishemijski udar prije dvije godine...pijem statine, lijekove za tlak i razrijedjivanje krvi..pitam te otvoreno, ako smršaviš,jedeš zdravo i dodjes u priliku se riješiti potrebe pit te tablete,da li se dodatno poboljša stanje, jer neumitno sve te tablete imaju nuspojave...imas li takvih spoznaja...veeliki pozdrav fenomenalnom gostu i naravno tebi brate
osing weight and adopting a healthier diet can greatly contribute to overall well-being and support stroke recovery. The key is to create an environment that encourages the brain to heal and function optimally. When your physical health improves-such as better blood pressure control, stable blood sugar levels, and lower cholesterol-it may open the door for discussions about reducing or adjusting medications. This, of course, should always be done under the careful supervision and guidance of your general practitioner or medical professional team. Please keep in mind that while I share my experiences and observations, I am not a medical professional and cannot offer medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for any treatment-related decisions.

You let her be the judge of that. There is no point pushing away people you love to spare them. You will end up hurting them either way.
