    The roof sheet screws are meant to be on the higher ridig to allow water run off on the lower .
    Also, I would have put roof perlins across.

    I would never install this transparent PVC corrugated board! 1) it is very hot underneath in the summer 2) it is not aesthetically pleasing either. I thought that the owner would find a more demanding solution. 3) and yes, this plate is so thin that you don't have to plan for years with it. Unfortunately, the construction of the terrace is not a carpentry job either.
