- we are building a deck and pergola in this video as part of a full backyard makeover! We tear out an existing patio to make room for a larger, more functional deck with a beautiful pergola covering over it. The deck features a built in bar and fireplace with a TV over it. The pergola is covered with a polycarbonate cover to create a dry deck space underneath of it. Hope you like this backyard makeover and get some ideas for your own deck and pergola project!

Another outstanding and beautifully executed project! You guys NEVER disappoint!
Really appreciate that my friend!!
This is beautiful, like all of the work your team does!
Thank you so much!!
I feel like I've been watching this particular deck for a few weeks/months now... awesome to see the end result!
It's been a while for sure, glad you enjoyed the journey!
That deck turned out great! The tranquil space out back with the fire pit looks really good. Well done!
Appreciate the love man! Glad you like the fire pit setup, it's going to be awesome!
Cara é simplesmente lindíssimo a cada projeto que vejo fico mais impressionado parabéns a você e sua equipe 👏👏👏👏

Looks great!

Mint as always🤘
Wonderfull
Nice work as always.
I have a question and would greatly appreciate your feedback:
Why do many homeowners choose not to level, gravel (or cement), and insulate the space beneath their decks before installing the wooden structures? Is it primarily due to financial constraints? Additionally, is it true that skipping these steps could potentially lead to dampness in the basement over time?
Hey Sean. Been watching you now for a few years. Great work as always. Nearly finished building my own house (in Scotland so a bit of a travel for you guys to do the back yard). How do you come up with your designs? Is it collaborative or is mostly yourself? How much input do you look to get from the customer? Can you be swayed by their thoughts? Thanks. Always look forward to your videos. Top work.
We used to fold corners a couple of years ago. We stopped because the corner would crack literally the first winter. Same everything, tried all different glues also.
Have you followed up a year later? Most homeowners are blind to these issues that arise.
We do and we have yet to have one crack! What product were you using? We use Deckorators and haven’t had an issue.
@THEpremieroutdoor Trex, I don't use it anymore. I think material is complete garbage, the quality just isn't there
Love the Timelapse’s! Are these go pro cameras? Ours always die so fast!
Yes! We use external batteries to keep our charged up.
where's the weed mat on top of the 3/4 inch stone .....Give it a year and weeds will find there way through the pavers ....😂lol
No weed mat in secret garden , weeds will take over , tricky ...😂
What are the transparent sheets that you put on top of the pergola called? Where can I get them? And is it flat? Where does the water go when it rains?
How much did it cost ?
👌👌👌👌👌👌🥰🥰🥰🥰
🙌🙌🙌
I would never use any wood so close to the ground
👍🧿
🙌🙌🤝🤝
Excelente video ¡¡¡
Thank you!!
What's the cover material of the roof pergola?
Palram! Look in to man, its awesome!
What's the cost breakdown 😂
The patio fireplace is taking up too much unnecessary space. Should have been 2 feet deep and the length was okay.
Please show a last video and not a time-lapse video for the end result, for those of us who have been watching from the beginning we don't need to see it all over again. Thank you from the UK
Appreciate you watching them all!! Would a final walkthrough video be cool? At the end of the last video we were 99% done so there isn’t much to show after that
Nooooooo I love the time-lapse videos! Especially yalls videos. Super inspiring
No, I love the time-lapse videos
You could just skip to the end if you don't want to watch it. I for one and probably many others on here enjoy the time lapse. What an odd comment...
Just skip through the video-don’t you know how to do that?
Looks nice, but not very functional. Im glad the clients have more money than sense!
Curious why you think its not functional 🧐
@THEpremieroutdoor My opinion isn't based on craftsmanship.
To me, functional would be 3 seasons. The fireplace and pit on the table with walls seems to not be very functional.✌️
