Thanks for the review, that is what a test should look like, not a lot of talking and a lot of test on and off the screen to see how it reacts! EXCELELNT job!!!!

Thank you for this video. Great example of the difference between this ALR and standard screen and how well it copes with light at the edges of the projection - no need for a boarder. This is perfect for me because i have inhertied a 16:10 projector and one day will upgrade to 16:9, so I won't have to change this screen. Perfect. I think i may have found the screen for me.

I have new projector, an XGIMI Horizon Pro. Is a short throw with a throw ratio 1.20. My room is small with white cealing and walls, will this kind of screen work good with that kind of projector?

A bit of a weird question:
Where did you get it from, or can you recommend resellers that ship EU-wide? I can't seem to find anybody that'll ship this screen (or a Kauber, or a Deluxx, or even Draper (~5k eur for a screen is a bit excessive for my setup at this point, but still ^_^)) to eastern Europe. Local resellers seem satisfied with the cheapest matte white screens and there are practically no, uhh... projector junkies here (sorry for the pun, but I guess you get my point :D )

I cannot find it anywhere - what is the total canvas height of the 298x168cm version? 168cm only? The screen seems to have 4:3 ratio and not 16:9.

The are is no 4:3 or 16:9 version. The screen does not have borders, you can play whatever format you wish. It has over 50cm more than the 168cm to adjust where do you want to stop.

Hi! I really need some explanation of how to adjust the drop limit of the screen. There is a yellow screwdriver attached, however I don't want to mess anything. There shall be 2 screws for retraction and drop limit (I only need to change the drop limit), but I cannot find them. I also do not know which side shall I turn the screwdriver (clockwise or counterclockwise) once I locate the screw and I dont know if I shall do it with the screen completly rolled out and connected to the power source or not. Could you please help me?

The two screws is under the left side of the case, you have to have the fiber a little drop down in order to see them. The one that is close to you as you look them it adjust the drop down. Open full the fiber, then try to turn this screw, if nothing happen turn it again at the opposite direction, the screen will go down a little. This is the procedure..

hi ! quick question, does this screen let the light go trough ? Or is black in the back ? as i will have a mirror behind the scren, i need to be sure nothing go trough to avoid any reflection. thank you

    • @projectorjunkies4152
      @projectorjunkies4152  3 роки тому +1

It is not black, just the same gray ALR pvc material, but does not permit light to go throw, so it is safe.

@@projectorjunkies4152 thank you ! You happy with the screen ? i am still hesitating as i saw many people having "waves" with that screen. but it seems to me a good quality price !

@@stefroro7170 all the ALR screens make small waves at a specific point of length. You just have to open the screen a little more or less. I am VERY happy with my screen, the picture is amazing!Just wait to see one video i will upload today of the viewsonic m2 on the celexon, just amazing...

is it good for UST Projector?

  • @carlosmunoz1052

I have ordered a 110 "one for my acer vl7860 laser. It replaces a 106" matte white one, I hope it gets along well with my projector and doesn't have a hot spot.
I'll put my comments here too, both good and bad.
a question how many centimeters there are from the end of the casing to the beginning of the counterpart? 5cm?

@@yepachternaam565 Oh yeah. I'm very happy. the image clearly improves. Another advantage it has, is that as it does not have black margins if you only get 108 "for example it does not show how it would be in a white one. At first I noticed some horizontal lines, this is normal. They have been disappearing with the weeks of use
