Why they go over and over this pointless BS in these trials non relevant and total waste of time. Even the defendent had no time to say a thing. If you have nine strong drinks in you and drive in a blinding snowstorm it is unlikely you are doing to have no damage to your car. On top of that, it defies commonsense that someone that intoxicated could zoom around ice and snow without any serious complications to the vehicle.
