I honestly thought royal oak would be considered more money for a home. I may need to add them back on my list. Yes, definitely Bloomfield always represents status if you say your from there lol. I still wanna buy there as well. Never considered Rochester or Troy until now. Great informative video :)
Oh yea Rochester and Troy are great. Definitely two of my favorites, I actually prefer them to Bloomfield for the stage of life I’m in currently. I’ll retire in Bloomfield though haha
Ed Love your channel, However you should narrow areas a bit. Birmingham for example - your median may be correct but misleading. West of Adams add 200k. Also you lump Bloomfield Township into one area (Townships are kinda unique to Michigan I might add) however you will be lucky to find anything in Bloomfield hills proper with a median under $1M. Also in that mix is Franklin. Very expensive. Also in the township mix does not take into consideration the areas around the lakes... insanely expensive. Keep up the channel. I may have to move to Michigan and appreciate the info.- the City in particular - that is interesting!
Thanks Mike, appreciate you watching. Yea this is true of almost any area or city, there’s going to different areas, cross streets ect that will vary the housing prices. If I tried to get that granular these videos would be unbearably long for the average viewer. So I like to give a broad overview, showing the median which let’s you know there are homes priced lower and higher. But your correct in your observations. Come on down lots of great things are happening, and I’m really excited for the future!

@@MrJusho1 it’s not a slight to Ann Arbor, AA just isn’t metro Detroit. It has its own suburbs and Metropolitan area.
