I know this man! He’d relocated to Atlanta and starting his own auto repair shop early 2000’s in my neighborhood. He became a dear friend, I’ve lost contact. All he talked about was his girls, the type of dad with pics in the wallet. He never mentioned what he was going through, it breaks my heart knowing his heart was so heavy yet he never showed it. He is the most gentle, honest, hard working, never-let-you down and always smiling person I’ve met. When I walked in the room and saw him on TV, I screamed “Zell did not do this!!” I did not need to hear the results from the lie detector. I knew. Monzell Hughes is a great man and a tremendous father. He will do anything for those girls, he was living and building his life and dream business for them.

This is already a punishable crime, the minute she makes false accusations it is slander, the minute it is written down it is libel, the minute it is taken in a police report it can be prosecuted all the way up to a felony. What needs to happen is we need to start prosecuting. The problem is the majority of these crimes (NOT ALL) are committed by women, and right now they are considered a protected class.

A classic trick used is have a full blown out argument and call the cops and say the farther is violent so he can't see his kid. This works all the time because police and the judge always take the mother's side and if the house is owned by the father he will be kick out of his own home. M I’m fighting a custody battle because my wife has accused me of domestic violence against her and the children.
