Ingredients
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup of Ketchup
1/3 cup BBQ amzn.to/2QDdAxJ
3 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 lbs. of ground beef 85% or 90%
2 beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
1 Onion, finely diced
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tbsp. Garlic, minced
2 Slices of bread,
½ cup of Milk
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
2 Eggs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. smoked paprika

Thank you for the delicious recipe! I substituted what I had, like chicken bouillon, spicy brown mustard and 90% lean ground beef. I mixed my spices into my sauces and eggs so all those flavors were evenly distributed before adding it to the meat. It was amazing! 😋😋😋
I used some lean pork mince mixed in with the beef. My daughter is coeliac so just used the g free bread we have, and it was just as good.
