На нормальных заводах резину через рентген пропускают ища скрытые разрывы, здесь лампочкой подсветил, дыр сквозных не увидел и нормалёк. Потом ещё весь корд удалил и вообще порядок. Вот интересно такие покрышки вообще до лысых доживают, или ещё на первой тысяче идут в помойку?

That tire was scrap and unsafe for a cap. It should have be ground up and used on other recycling projects.

old tires should never bee reused, but ground up and recycled through road projects in the asphalt mix for road endurance and flexibility .

negligible difference, don't go too far off from spec, your suspension is designed for a certain size wheel
