I just realized that this a beta feature, but you should be able to use it as well. If you go to your dashboard, in the top you should be able to click "Partner Dashboard". In there you should see "Project Betas". If you enable that feature, you should have that feature active on your editor!

That basic expanding picture hover you see on many websites was a pain in the ass to learn for a Wix noob like me but I did it! This vid was a big help to finding my errors
How are you suppose to target hidden buttons in already existing lists? Compared to everything else, hover functionalities are a bit convoluted in wix
i don't see any hover interaction option on the themed box

why can't I see elements when I Add to Hover them into the container box they become invisible on the first click. They are still there - I see them when I run the webiste but not in design mode. I did everything exactly like in this example - the only difference that the repeate wasn't empty
Seems to be an issue with the repeaters in the new editor. I notice the problem when connecting to database. If you use the layer panel, you’ll be able to select the hidden elements and edit them, but it becomes a guess and check workflow. Kinda annoying but hope that helps!
@@wixfix no it doesn't. Most of the time I don't see elements within container box (in the layer panel) and when I see them (happened once) then I can position or resize let's say textboxes but can't edit the Texts

Due how can i edit the repeater design. I want to make 4 horizontal boxes, not in the spare blocks pattern.
what about adding image instead of text? so that image shows when you hover over the first one?
Doesn’t work for studio
For Studio, you will want to use Hover Effects. I have a video on that for studio that you can check out!

Unfortunately the container box canceled the links that I attached to each image in the repeater. I can't believe it an or/or situation.. Is it?
Can you do this feature on a strip? If so, how?
Dunno why but when i connect a dataset to repeater and try and do a hover interaction box as you show and then add text the text flashes up for a second then is like its hidden at the back and you cant get to it

from here, how do you link out the images to a page?
You should be able to click the image, select the CMS settings and there should be a “link to” option. Let me know if that works.

I've enabled the beta feature and it was all going fine (was able to preview my edits) but after I published the site, the repeater hover boxes weren't displayed at all... Just wanted to check with you if you have the same problem or it was an issue on my end!
Is it connected to a data set? If so, is there any data in the content manager?
@@wixfix yes it is connected to the dataset which has data, that I could view in the preview mode! But I just somehow couldn't get it to load on the actual site :/
Is the content in the content manager live? It may still be in the sandbox view
How can I center the text within my hover option? it doesnt connect to any measure line
You should be able to use the toolbar!
