You are right, those points (in Time) creates anxiety and stress. I quit work ...and got away of toxic people and started to ride and walk and also started to concentrate relaxing my breathing by taking a deep breath on and exhaling it out very slowly. I work in a outpatient clinic as a medical assistant. When I check in patients for their appointments, I instruct them to take 3 deep breaths and their their blood pressure while sitting up. Most of the time, I’ll get a near normal blood pressure reading. Deep breaths relaxes the circulatory system.

Due to spinal issues I can't walk for very long periods of time without excessive paid etc. I can ride a bike without any significant issues so I ride 20 to 30 miles per day as weather permits and have significantly lowered my blood pressure as well as immensely improved the blood circulation in my legs. As I am 80 years old, I think this is great.

Don't forget about hibiscus tea if you don't like beet juice. Hibiscus tea, or the Mexican Jamaica drink (like the tea only sweetened), reduce blood pressure significantly, and tastes a whole lot better than beet juice. Not that beet juice tastes bad because it really doesn't, but Hibiscus tastes a lot better. And you get a large bag of dried Hibiscus flowers at any Mexican grocery store for cheap, and it makes a LOT of tea or Jamaica drink.

I agree with everything you have said on your list, I've discovering the hard way over the last few years by researching anywhere I could find the correct information. It's has been a long hard journey for me anyway, I've been adding more of these methods as I learn them, thankfully I've lasted this long. My blood pressure can be as high as 220/120 and I could get it lowered day or night 24/7. Today is the first time I've seen the squeeze technique, I'm after eating a beetroot now I'm going for a jog. I'm now almost 58yo,I've had super high blood pressure for at least these last 20 years, I've only really addressed it for about the last 6 by natural lifestyle changes, it is still a daily battle but I consider the better lifestyle better than taking BP lowering medication, I believe our bodies have hundreds of self regulating controls just like a thermostatic controller in your house, If we override any of these it will mask the true cause of the imbalance that causes the blood pressure in the first place, it is better to address the cause if you can find it and even if you can't it's still necessary to life a healthy lifestyle to reduce all cause mortality.

I'm 75 years old. As a part of a regular consultation to check on the efficacy of my current medication, my BP was a little elevated, 143/75 average of 10 readings. I have taken to running (jogging) for 2 months now, early morning, 3 half mile runs separated by a short walk. I have kept a spreadsheet and taken the average of 5 readings in the morning and 5 in the evening. WOW. Is my doctor pleased with his good advice?, 1/2 an hour exercise daily, reduce alcohol, reduce salt, eat less. My running BP average is 116/63 and a BPM of 53. I leave a 2 hour interval before the readings are taken. Oh, and I feel great, and a stone lighter (more fuel for the aeroplane !! 😎)

@@JohnGone-wl8uo You are right. Also stress is a big contributor to high blood pressure. Waste accumulated in the body due to constipation is also. Sludge in the bloodstream due to inadequate hydration (water intake). Drink at least 8-8oz cups of water daily. Begin the day with two cups of water in which you squeeze half of a fresh lemon and 1/8 teaspoon Celtic gray salt or Himalayan pink salt available from a health food store or whole foods market. Also add ground cayenne pepper, as much as you can tolerate and I often add turmeric powder too and magnesium powder. Take this first thing. Wait for at least an hour before taking any medications to prevent interactions.
Increase vegetable consumption, both the amount and kinds. This will, help to provide needed nutrients that help with blood pressure control. Potassium rich foods especially, and all electrolyte foods. Whole grains like brown rice, millet, quinoa etc.
Provide variety and good nutrients. Nuts and seeds, not in large quantities at any one time are good too, especially almonds, English walnuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, and sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, especially good for zinc which the body must have. Vitamin D-3 plus Vitamin K-2 supplements are necessary. Purchase from a health food store.
Continue your exercise out doors. Here you also get exposure to sunshine for Vitamin D also and fresh air so needed to vitalize the blood. Regular, adequate amount of nightly sleep is very important to stabilizing good blood pressure. Cultivate a merry, rejoicing heart. Be thankful. Trust in God to help you in your weakness. He wants you to have good health and will help you achieve it.The more of these factors you implement, the better will be your results. Blessings to you.

@@koolpaulchillz6454 There is a special American dental tool called a PHYSICS FORCEPS and designed to be clamped under the root area which applies pressure for forcing tooth upwards. I live in Australia but few know of this process. Although the normal extraction time is 4 minutes a local anaesthetic is still needed. I have deep rooted teeth. This tool was used for extreme back molar - UNBELIEVABLY NON-TRAUMATIC PROCESS WITH FAST HEALING. There is no drilling or gouging into the jawline creating extra damage with process. To find out which dental practices use this tool I needed to contact the suppliers and track from there - this was the hardest part but there are videos online.

I'm 76 spent most of my life doing carpentry work and now do physical work almost daily, clocking up around 50,000 movements each week. Today was 11090 according to my Suunto watch yet in the last 3 years have had high BP in the 130-140 range. Enjoyed Japanese food too much I think, so decided to get tough on the diet side with zero salt, more fruit with only vegetables in the evening and Fish or Eggs once each day.

Something that works to dilate the blood vessels and lower blood pressure more with a lot less trouble than beet juice is a supplement containing L-Arginine and L-Citrulline. I take it daily along with magnesium and fish oil. There are different forms of magnesium so you should Google forms of magnesium to determine which would work best for you. I am 75 and my pressure was running 145 over 90 until I started the above and becoming more active. I don't do a formal workout, I garden, mow my own yard, camp, kayak and take short hikes. January and February are my worst months for activity. My BP now is 125/ 70

@@godiscominggodiscoming8156 Nope, it is just an herb supplement that dilates the blood vessels to lower blood pressure and increase basic energy. It doesn't add strength or endurance like creatine will.

One thing I would change is your use of "instantly" lowers blood pressure when you say it is actually over a three hour period. Maybe "immediately" would work better, meaning same day results as instantly pretty much means right now.
