EVH MIJ Wolfgang specials. One of my favorite guitars 40 Grit. I was buying these back in 2013-2014 for $600-$800. Then they shot up to $1400-$1500. Hands down the best value. Congrats on 1000 subscribers 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
A little over a year ago I found a mint case queen, literally like new condition, 2010 MIJ Special like this. I wanted it to see if I would like the SS frets. I traded a PRS CE for it, my friends thought I was crazy until they played it. Mine has the most amazing birdseye maple neck I have ever seen. I did replace the springs and used some dexoit on the switch but otherwise almost 15 years old now it's stock and one of my all time favorite guitars. Great walkthrough on this one! Grats on 1K subs!
Mike…I have an MIJ Wolfgang I picked up a few yrs ago at GC for 1000 bucks…still has the plastic on the back covers…I freakin love that thing…rock my brother 🤘
Nice guitar. It's nice to know I'm not the only one with the same gripe in regards to Wolfgangs. I have a Standard and I would try to get a Special, but I can't take the 41.3mm(R2) nut. I've gotten used to the 43mm of my Ibanez, Jackson, and Charvel guitars. It's crazy what 1.5mm+ a difference makes, lol. I do think Wolfgangs are excellent guitars for the money, if you like the narrower fretboard. Awesome playing and thanks for sharing!
It’s ok… it just wouldn’t be my first choice for a gig grab. I don’t remember the USA feeling this tiny. I have been playing the R3’s more lately… thanks for watching!

I have a 2010 MIJ and the volume knob stripe glows in the dark. Is that standard for these?
I believe the dial line glows in the dark…… I’ll have to check mine. Thanks for watching!
