Its an odd shaped guitar but the feature set is intriguing....but most important...the guitar actually seems to achieve some tones that make it VERY useful for guitarists. Well done,Tim and Fender!
Vigier used to put P-EQs in 1980, that's what you had on the Arpège-I (wooden neck) and the Arpège-II (carbon neck, used by Stanley Jordan, and you'll be in a shock listening to him playing the Hendrix songbook on this, it's not really his usual DI-sound)
Fabulous!! I don't feel qualified to assess the sound of the that guitar, and as a 75 year old retired engineer, my hearing is not what it was (it trails off steeply at 8Khz and I hear nothing at 10Khz and above) but it sounded incredibly clean to me. A JB bridge, the soap bar + Blade, (can’t recall the name?) and a Parallel Axis neck

@@timpierceguitaryou’re welcome. Honestly bud, after playing guitar on stage and building/modifying amplifiers for 20 years at this point, the biggest lesson I’ve learned is it’s about the time you put in learning to master the instrument.
